The ladies really didn’t have too much change this week except girl #2 seems like she’s caught up in height to girl #1. I have to make a correction to from week 3. I stated I topped the girls when i actually did some light FIMing.I wanted to be sure i corrected that mistake before my diary process any further. I kind of went a little too heavy on the feeding and the girls showed some slight yellowing and a 1 leaf started to Slightly curl into a taco. Nothing too serious but I definitely will be dialing back on the feeding doses. decided to do some defoliation To the fan leafs that were significantly blocking light from future bud sites. I’m not sure how these girls will take to me cutting off foliage. Only time will tell. These girl are starting to put off Some stank. The smell it’s very strong but you can get a sense of what’s to come. It smells of gassy sweet pineapple citrus. Have to admit I was skeptical until I did a stem rub and these girls were spot on. When rubbing the stem they smell so much more sweeter almost like a candy sweet smell. really appreciate all who have viewed my diary. I’m actually shocked how people viewed it so far. These guys seem to have some stunted growth from being in that shitty rock wool dish setup I had but they are making up for it now that they are in the air pots. I transplanted them into sunshine #4 because my other plants have had problems with N tox in coco loco, the only other soil mix I have...probably won’t ever be using fox farm soil again. Too expensive for what it is and it’s a pain in the ass dealing with nute probs. Day 8: into the new grow tent tomorrow

Everything is going smooth. Starting to see some stretching. I have removed a few leaves on the top to help get light deeper into the plants. I am going to start them on some maxibloom when they start popping pistils.

DAY 13 - First full watering (10L) with 20 ml Canna Terra Vega DAY 14 - Circulation fan turned on (low) during lights on WEEK 3 Good growth, two Iced Out still lagging DAY 18 - Light at 225w, Extraction fan on level 3 during lights on DAY 20 - 2nd watering, 8L with 30ml Vega + Light at 250w DAY 21 - On point, mostly :) Could've pushed nutes a bit more from the go WEEK 4 DAY 24 - So far this week I'm just kicking back and watching them do their thing. The two lagging Iced Outs are trying to catch up. DAY 26 - Watering 10L with 50 ml Vega (one day too late...) + light on 300w (max) DAY 28 - 4 weeks from popping the seeds, looking good except for the two Iced Outs, one of them is trying to get with the program, the other... Well, some plants are just pricks. WEEK 5 I think this is the week we'll see them take off :) DAY 29 - Plants are starting to show sex, removed 2 Urkle Mints males, the other two are females, the rest are fems so we're down to 13 female plants total with only a single weakling DAY 29 - Watering 8L with 50ml Vega (shouldn't have been later than today!) Very hot week - Doubled up on fans to keep a calm temperature. Had to transplant one of the plants due to an issue (Planted too low inside the pot) Keeping in veg for another few weeks

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Firrst week of flower has gone well switched bulbs to 12 12. nice heads starting to pop up during the end of week 2

we are almost at the end .. the colors change, the shortcomings are felt but the peaks are of very considerable size the trichomes are all milky, expect a little amber I had to further modify the vase due to the very small size .... it always fell
