D29. We're now officially in flower! I can see the beginnings of tiny (purple?) hedgehogs. I adjusted LST wires, tucked some leaves, and for the first time, filled the bottom reservoir since the plant should be mature enough to start drinking from it. (7 liters @ pH 6.2.) ------------------------------ D31. The LST is progressing nicely, and she is slowly getting more expansive. Even the branch from the first node, which I thought was pointless, is doing great, and it looks like it will produce a nice top eventually. I have her one liter of SST @ pH 6.8 with fulvic and humic acid mixed in. DLI bumped up to 42. ------------------------------ D35. We're at the end of the first week of flower, and she is rocking along nicely in the tent. Adjusting LST wires and tucking leaves every day. DLI bumped up to 45. ------------------------------

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

What do I have to tell you this time we are really competitive. The two Darks are spectacular, as I have repeated several times, one is worked with a topping that clones only the central part of the plant in a series of 16 buds. If, on the other hand, you decide to leave other lateral branches, it happens as in the second plant that the center weakens a little but two immense main colas are created. I prefer topping only with the main line but I'm not sure if it's the most productive. Although I did a little misfire with the photos this week, my partner abandoned me but I'm gearing up to shock you last week, don't sing too much victory for super growers and look at these girls well ... Day 59 - Seems since ropping up the res with nutrients the girls have taken well to it. They've started to fatten up considerably and are showing some nice colours. They are hard and sticky.. yield looks well on the first pheno. Day 60 - plants are getting on well, the EC is dropping which lets me know the plants are utilising the nutrients, pH slightly rising which again is a good sign. Leaves are changing colour too. I'll see what happens over the next few days, she should start to fade soon. Won't start flusing yet as she still has more to give. Stay tuned Day 63 - Girls getting on well, strong gassy smell from one of the phenos (left) and really sweet candy like aroma from the second pheno (right) actually smells so dank! 😄 Other thsn that, feeds have been dropped.. currently sitting around 0.5 EC. pH 5.8.. girls seem to like it there but I'd like it a little higher (6.0). They put on a lot of size from one day to the other which was nice to see. Can't complain really, I'll continue for now letting the EC drop and do a res change with plain RO water and let the plants flush fir a couple days. Planning for a day 70 harvest. Stay tuned

Day 25: They where forced into flowering almost a week ago. So ofcourse no signs of preflower yet but I gues we might see the first signs in the end of this week, but surely next week. Everything still looks nicely green, no stress in the stems or branches as well. I did some run-offs. Ph 6-6.2 with like 1.6-1.8 ec which is good to me. The soil has lots of grow nutrients in it, so I stopped giving them grow nutrients since today. I did feed them some flowering nutrients. Just 2ml Canna Terra Flores per liter, which is not much compaired to the week after (4-6ml per liter). To give them a little start. Thats it for this week, might update again this week if I feel like too, Untill next week!
