The heat had me nervous this week but they made it out without a hitch. Didn't do much at all this week with these ladies just watered twice. Second watering added a little fish bone meal, molasses, aloe Vera, and algae to the water to fuel those microbes...

Added some Universol Yellow to counterpart the KMPS which has high K. ORP dropped a lot, countered it with KMPS and POLY(DIMETHYLAMINE-CO-EPICHLOROHYDRIN). Discovered some Bananas on Christmas, the plant looked due anyway so no worries, wanted to chop her anyway, guess I was right with the timing and the plant showed me it is done and did a last attempt to pollinate itself, normal behaviour in my opinion, also the Bananas were blanks, didn't see any pollen. Chopped her on day 83 from sprout that's why this week only has 6 days. Values are average of the day. Start of week 10, she's being fed only water as she will be chopped by the end of the week. I took some fan leaves off, as I've read it makes the plant believe it's being eaten by an animal and will push for more trichomes to daze the animal to not find its back back, can't hurt 😂

🌱 Amnesia Skunk — Grow Recap (from seed to now) Strain: Amnesia Skunk Auto-Flower: 12/12 from seed Current age: Week 7 from seed Flowering reference: Week 3 of flower (by morphology, not calendar) How we got here • From day one, this run was intentional: 12/12 from seed, no veg phase. • Plants established quickly with strong root development and steady internodal spacing. • Early structure showed vigorous lateral branching, typical of Amnesia-leaning genetics. • Transition into flower was smooth — no stall, no stress signals. • By early flower, canopy density increased fast, especially in a full 8×8 room (~27 plants). This is where room logic started to matter more than single-plant logic. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Snapshot (current) • Day temp: ~28 °C • RH: ~65% • EC: ~2.4 • pH: ~6.5 • Height: ~40–80 cm • Lighting: LED (multi-layer canopy + under-canopy) On paper? Some growers panic at 28 °C in flower. In practice? This is where understanding beats numbers. ⸻ 🍃 LED, Leaf Temperature & VPD (the part most skip) Under LED lighting, room temperature ≠ what the plant feels. Unlike HPS, LEDs: • Don’t dump infrared heat • Keep leaf surface temperature 2–4 °C cooler than ambient So when: • Room temp ≈ 28 °C • Leaf temp ≈ 24–26 °C • RH ≈ 65% 👉 Leaf VPD lands right in the comfort zone for early–mid flower. And the plants confirm it: • Deep, relaxed green • No tacoing • No stress-praying • Strong internodes • Uniform nutrient uptake across phenotypes That’s real data. We’re not ignoring numbers — we’re letting plant behavior be the final authority. Stability fixing something that isn’t broken. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — why it was heavier this week Let’s be very clear: This was not aesthetic defoliation. This was functional, room-driven defoliation. Context matters • 🏠 8×8 room • 🌱 ~27 plants • 🌬️ Airflow, humidity pockets, and light penetration scale very differently at this density A single plant might not ask for it — but the room did. Why we defoliated • Improve airflow through a dense canopy • Reduce micro-humidity pockets • Let photons travel into the canopy, not just hit the top • Reset apical dominance • Refocus energy toward flowering sites Yes — it was heavier than initially planned. But: • Genetics are strong • Roots are dialed • Feed is stable • Plants are healthy Healthy plants recover fast. Stressed plants don’t. We also: • Found a few minor under-canopy light burns • Nothing serious • Removed affected leaves • Cleaned structure The girls responded immediately — posture, color, and turgor all stayed on point. ⸻ 🌸 Where we are now (Week 3 flower) • Clear flower initiation • Sites are stacking evenly • Stretch is slowing • Structure is set • Energy is shifting from leaf production → flower development This is exactly where we want to be. ⸻ 🔮 What to expect next (and what not to) Expect: • Calyx stacking to accelerate • Stretch to finish over the next 7–10 days • Flowers to start defining their final architecture • Strong recovery response from defoliation Don’t expect: • Explosive bulk yet (that comes later) • Resin maturity at this stage • Any need for drastic changes From here on: • Stability • Observation • Small, intentional adjustments only if the plants ask ⸻ 🙏 Final words Thank you to everybody: • Lovers ❤️ • Haters 😉 • New followers • OGs • The GD platform • The GD community • The ones who ask questions • And the silent ones who just watch and learn Everyone is welcome here. This week was defoliation week, and the girls told us clearly what they needed — so we listened. Plants are looking outstanding, and this Amnesia Skunk run is right where it should be. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Here we are at the end of my plant's wonderful eleventh week of flowering, another week full of exciting developments and new discoveries. The constant and unstoppable growth of the plant has come to an end, showing a beauty and vitality that are a true spectacle for the eyes. 😎 The abundant layer of resin that has formed is a clear sign of the health and well-being of the plant, once again confirming the benefits of the premium nutrients used throughout the entire growth cycle. TrollMaster's "TENT-X" environmental control system continues to prove its worth, precisely maintaining optimal temperature and humidity levels to promote vigorous plant growth. The combination of advanced and precision technologies ensures that plants can thrive in a controlled and conducive environment😎 I am thrilled to share with you the latest video showing the temperature, humidity and VPD trends of this last week of flowering, providing further demonstration of the extraordinary performance of the TrollMaster control system and its synergy with the other elements of the grow room. With each week that passes, the anticipation for the new discoveries and challenges that await us continues to grow. With the constant support of Plagron nutrients, trust in the TrollMaster control system and the excellence of MEDIC GROW LED lighting, I am sure that I am always ready to face any challenge! Thank you again for being by my side in this extraordinary adventure, dedicated to exploring the wonders of plant cultivation. Together we continue to look to the future with confidence and enthusiastically anticipate the successes that each new week holds for us. 💪👽🌱✨ REVIEW TENT-X: I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness and functionality of the TROL MASTER! This device is simply amazing, as it has allowed me to monitor the environments I use it in accurately and efficiently. One of the most impressive features of this device is its ability to operate LED lights easily and intuitively. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, I could easily customize the lighting of my rooms according to my tastes and different situations. I particularly appreciated the possibility of programming the sunrise/sunset simulation, thus creating a more natural situation. But that's not all: the device goes further and manages to keep me constantly informed about the humidity and temperature of the surrounding environment. This feature has proven to be very useful, especially in times when I am not present. I was able to set humidity limits, so that the device would immediately alert me if the levels exceeded the desired threshold. This allowed me to intervene promptly and avoid excessive oscillations. The accuracy of the temperature measurements was another welcome surprise. The device is equipped with a high precision sensor that allows me to constantly monitor the temperature of the rooms. Here too I was able to set temperature limits, allowing me to be notified immediately if they were exceeded. Overall, I was really satisfied. The TENT-X exceeded all my expectations. Its ease of use, precision of measurements and possibility of customization make it an indispensable tool for those seeking to monitor and optimize environmental conditions.

24.12.24 Looking very well to me 😃 we're leaning slightly, towards the light. Otherwise I'm pleased with this one especially. I got a pack of 10 seeds, Which RQS added an extra 2 for me some seeds are very small, so I chose the biggest seed I had, of them all. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

Week 6 all done and the babies are flowering and smelling lovely! Nothing new to report this week, I've just been watering in the top dress from last week. I'm still leaving this Orange Sherbet girl all natural with no lst or defoliation to compare to the others and she's loving life, bouncing back from her seedling stunt to becoming the tallest girl in the tent. 😍 Hope you all had a good week and thanks for checking in 🙏

11/3 Week 6 Watered roughly one gal each @6.5PH, Fish Sh!t 5ml - Karo 1 tps /gal Flower Girl still in the pot, no deficiencies I can see, well new ones :) Mag-Sulfur Foliar spray (Epsom Salt 1tbs/gal) on all as leaving cal-mag out this time Moved the two healthy plants to the center of the light, they can use it, the others might respond well to lower levels. 11/4 Better pics uploaded Placed Brandy on a block of coco coir to bring her canopy up to Layla's level. Moved Maggie to the corner she has a stretch going that I HOPE is ending and I dont want to set the lights to her. Watching that plant carefully Considering a PK boost watching only Layla for that as the other two ... well hell what can they tell me? 11/5 Working to getting the canopy under control with one stunted plant and another stretching like crazy. Put a block under Brandy to move her up level with Layla. Trained down Maggie this growth needs to end, it was already stressed. Still giving light pref to healthy plants. 11/6 Raised lights three clicks, increased extraction, showing some heat stress in those edges. 11/7 Good results on the heat stress curling has ended. Noticed some improvement also in the tops of Brandy and Maggie, so raised lights another couple of clicks. See if it continues, coming up on a make or break feeding in couple of days. update Foliar Feed All - Epsom Salt 1tbs/gal Well Maggie's came today - To runoff- 1% peroxide - 5ml CalMag - PH 6.8 Hitting Sulfur as hard as I can. Before pics posted Brandy not dry enough waiting Layla just got fed but she got pics too as there are signs of Mag deficiency 1 gal 6.5 PH - CalMag 5ml - Fish Sh!t 5ml - Bio_Bloom 5ml as a PK booster JIC 11/8 Video of plants 24hrs after giving Maggie the h2o2 1% , think she looks better lets see how it goes 11/9 48 hrs after treatment and Maggie is showing great improvement, serious improvement in leaf structure and coloring. Pics at lights out tomorrow new week anyway. Brandy showing some improvement but its early. Canopy is level now so lights set to Maggie being slightly taller ***Last update before the new week.*** May have found ONE of my problems, certainly not THE problem, but one. I have been using lemon juice as a PH UP since we went organic late last spring. Because of all the problems I have been looking into a lot of things further and found that lemon juice begins to degrade as a PH up after as little as an hour. A 6.0 PH water gallon can go to 6.5ish in 24 hours simply sitting in a dark corner in a jug. One can imagine the variances in soil. Why I dont know but I am going back to chemical PH additives post haste in fact its already done.

Watering has jumped up to every 2 days ph 6.3-6.8 with 20% runoff Flower Fuel has been added to AP,GG and ZK watering's. Lights have been lowered to 24-28 inches. White Widow just started flower at end of the week. Still waiting on the Cream Cookie. Doing light Defoliation to expose bud sites to the lights.
