Week 12! Earlier diary entry than usual, but here's a tribute to this amazing strain by Royal Queen Seeds and the nutrients by PLAGRON - as well as a few additional pictures from Tuesday. We're nearing harvest, we've dialed back the growlight to about 25% to slightly reduce the temperature and prevent her from crisping up too fast. From now on, we'll just have to be patient. The past few days she's began to drive out more and more foxtails. Perhaps from the heat, perhaps genetics - most likely the heat. Irregardless, we don't mind foxtails in this form. (In week 13) We aimed to stop watering her in week 12, but since her trichomes still haven't turned amber we picked up one final watering to get her through week 13. We're picking off more and more leaves as she goes.

Flush week! 50 gallons of tap water flushed through the roots at the start of this week. She has been on plain tap water(2.5 gallons every 4 days) for the last two waterings.

Day 57 She starts bulking up her buds. However, still no smell. I dont know whts missing. Day 59 Watered her today. Used only plain water and RootPower. Day 62 She starts smelling. She smells sweet and fruity but with the gaseous ending. Gave her a tea this morning that contains bat guano, fish bone meal, cow bone meal, and molasses. Hope that helps with her bud fattening.

Non vedo l ora di vedere la stanza riempirsi di buds.😋 Ho lasciato riposare loro per una settimana intera dallo stress che potevano aver risentito. Poi nel giorno 35 ho eseguito ancora l allenamento per riempire, più o meno, tutta la superficie del vaso.💪 Mentre le piegavo ho eseguito anche una massiccia defogliazione eliminando foglie e germogli inutili.🤙 Ho bagnato loro nel giorno 32 e 35 con 1 litro soltanto di acqua, dato che il clima è molto umido questa settimana e ha influenzato i valori nella stanza, alzandoli intorno al 70/75%👍 Nel complesso molto bene, sono le ragazze più belle nella stanza e mi sono innamorato della loro struttura solida e veloce😍 Grazie a tutti per aver guardato e restate sintonizzati per nuovi aggiornamenti golosi🙏 Buona settimana e felice crescita🌱🌱🌱

День 85 В обоих боксах пышнеют шишки. В верхнем очень рыхлый куст. Колы в шишках, но большое пространство. Верхушки только начали расти в ширину.На балкон в другой бокс пришлось повесить лампу ДНаТ 250. Она помогает держать на балконе температуру +16°C и выше. Сушит воздух тоже хорошо. За бортом -20°C — проветривать нечасто получается. Влажность 60% и выше. Возможно из-за этого макушки не уплотняются.

The calmag deficiency has improved significantly and the plants are now putting all their energy into the flowers. In the meantime, no new eggs are forming, which makes us very happy :)

The 7 blue gelato 41s are doing ok theyre hermie/pollinated perhaps as the calyxes have swelled but gonna run them the whole way through as an experience for my first grow. The stems also smell very good like blueberry/ cookie

Week 7 As expected, Delta 9 by CBG just started to kick right in, look at those buds. I'm starting to use pH Perfect Connoisseur Bloom part A&B by Advanced Nutrients, this nute base it's being complemented with Big Bud and Nirvana also by AN. Bio-Grow by BioBizz about 1ml / lt. As an experiment, I'm using Delta 9 by CBG in "micro" dosage, about 0.5ml for the 4lt solution, instead of foliar irrigation every 10 days with a 4 to 6ml / lt solution. SOME BUDS looks like they're getting a lack or excess of nutrients by the yellow parts of the leaves, but actually, at those buds, I R.I.B pruned them. (R.I.B stands for "Right, I burned em" or something like that) This is not pruning as such, but a method of burning the upper pistils of the buds in development. These burns produce mitosis in the cells as the flower regenerates causing, theoretically, it to reach a much larger size than it would be in its initial state. Just experimental.

Week 9 From Seed Sour Diesel — 12/12 From Seed (≈ Week 4 Flower) First, a quick recap for anyone joining the journey now. This Sour Diesel had a rougher start compared to the rest of the room. Earlier in the run she experienced stress that slowed her development, which is why she remains smaller than the other plants in the room. That said, plants have an incredible ability to recover when given the right environment and a little patience. And despite her size, she is now building beautiful flower structure and starting to frost up nicely. Sometimes the smaller plants still carry the biggest character. ⸻ Current Room Conditions The room is currently running slightly on the warm and humid side, but this is intentional and carefully controlled. Environment • Canopy temperature: ~28°C (gradually tapering toward ~26°C) • Relative humidity: ~70% (slowly being reduced toward ~60%) • CO₂: 1000+ ppm through passive enrichment • PPFD across canopy: 800 → 1300 µmol This might look risky on paper, but the room has very strong airflow and constant air exchange, including inner-canopy movement. Good airflow changes everything. Without proper air movement these numbers would be dangerous, but with healthy circulation and CO₂ availability, the plants are able to metabolize efficiently. ⸻ Nutrient Program (Current Week) Feed EC: ~2.4 Soil EC: ~0.9 Current weekly top feed includes: • CalMag Pro • Terra Bloom (base nutrient) • Power Buds • Green Sensation • Pure Zym • Sugar Royal • Vita Race (foliar where applicable) ⸻ Why Power Buds and Green Sensation Now At this stage the plant has fully entered generative growth. The stretch phase is finishing and the plant is shifting energy toward flower development and resin production. Power Buds Power Buds helps signal the plant to transition more strongly into flower formation. At this stage we want the plant focusing on bud site development and structure, and this additive helps push that direction. Green Sensation Green Sensation comes in as a flower booster, supporting: • bud weight • terpene production • resin development • potassium and phosphorus availability during peak demand Around week 4 of flower, plants start increasing nutrient demand for flower building, which is why this product becomes relevant now. ⸻ Why Power Roots Was Removed Early in the run the focus is on root system establishment. Power Roots is excellent during: • seedling stage • early vegetative growth • transplant stress But once the root system is already developed and the plant has entered full flowering mode, the focus shifts from root expansion to flower production. At this point it becomes more beneficial to direct the feeding program toward generative growth rather than root stimulation. ⸻ A Quick Note on Leaf VPD Leaf VPD is always something to keep in mind, but we won’t go too deep here since we’ve covered it in previous reports. What matters most is that: • temperature • humidity • airflow • light intensity are all working together. Even though humidity is currently around 70%, the strong airflow and active transpiration keep the plants functioning properly. The leaves are still able to transpire and regulate themselves efficiently. ⸻ Plant Development Despite the smaller plant size, the flower formation is looking excellent. Bud sites are stacking well and trichome production is already beginning to show. She is starting to frost up nicely, almost like a light snowfall on the sugar leaves. The structure is surprisingly elegant for a plant that had a slower start. Sometimes the plants that struggle early end up showing the most personality later in flower. ⸻ What to Expect Next Week Over the coming week we should begin to see: • increased bud stacking • calyx swelling beginning • more visible trichome development • stronger aroma production The plant should now start focusing more energy on resin production and flower density. If conditions remain stable, the next weeks will likely show the true character of this Sour Diesel. ⸻ Final Words To everyone following this journey: Thank you. Hello and welcome to week 2 of veg phase for these five Epsilon F1 Hybrid ladies. Last week is now complete with daily updates and media so please check it out. For this week well frankly I am expecting massive growth. I have taken 3 fingered leaves from Normani today and five fingered from Ally. It takes more time to photo and diarise but it is rewarding to look back on! See you tomorrow! Day 9: Nothing to report. Sorry for lazy photos. Oh... I joined twitter @UnorthadoxDude Day 10: Fertigated 5l. Loving Ally's party hands 👈👉 Day 11: Normani has overtaken Ally as the tallest and largest plant. Dinah has overtaken Lauren in a similar fashion. All girls kooking good except for some odd marks here and there (see video). Today after the photos and video and when she was back in the tent. Day 14: Fertigated 5l and performed LST and defoliation. Normani height was 32cm. End of week summary: Huge week of growth and these ladies are only just getting started. The pheno difference of Dinah is stark but super interesting.

Mi scuso per l'assenza dall' postare ma lavorare con il caldo è pesante quindi stiamo facendo orari strani per lavorare con il fresco della sera, le gorilla cookies superstiti (solo 3) vanno alla grande, il caldo estivo a loro piace più che a me 😅 Le mie piante prendono luce diretta volutamente solo dalle 15 in poi fino alle 21 circa, altrimenti il caldo le brucierebbe Con cosa posso pacciamare la terra senza spendere troppo?

Hey growmies, It's been four days since the last short. Today, the Pink Gelato finally started drinking water again. Looks like the cinnamon and light watering actually helped. The other plants are doing okay, but the heat’s getting to them too. I think harvest time is coming up soon – just gotta find the right moment to start drying. All three plants got two liters with Cal-Mag today. Fingers crossed they all pull through!

Week 8 - The smell on these is out of this world I believe ever bit these can beat a photoperiod I went ahead and watered with nutes for the last day today going to begin flushing these last 2 weeks good luck growers Wish me luck I need it lol !
