First week of flowering. Added other ferts into daily mix. Added more soil to make it less compact. No changes in training. Damaged branches seems to be fully recovered.

05/06/2021 - Day 14 - First day of the 3rd week. MEMO: I'm using the following "names" for differentiating the two both in comments and pics: 🅰️ - "A" for the one transplanted in the garden soil and that will NOT receive any nutrient; 🅱️ - "B" for the one that will grow in the pot and that will receive nutrients. 👉 "A"is struggling a little after the transplant. Probably suffered a little or maybe she is focusing on the roots, idk. She is little if compared to "B" but she looks healthy so lets' go. 👉 "B" is GIANT! compared to "A". Can't say if the reason is the pot, the fertilizer, the luck or just the difference in transplant time, anyway she is flying 😂 Stem a little bended and unstable because he overgrew and had to cover it last week but not a big problem. Summer has come, sun is warm, all perfect. This week I'll probably proceed feeding "B" with "Easy Grow Booster Tablet" by RQS. Green Cure CBD Auto is doing great. She is starting to go into a bulking stage. She is starting to develop a smell. Kinds smells like a citrus flower smell at the moment. I am sure it will change as she develops more. She had been super thirsty in her small potter. Everything is going really well at the moment. My low EC + 40% Power of my Sanlight lead to yellowing of the leafs - after raising to EC 1.2+ problem was fixed. In hindsight i raised the EC too slowly which i'll fix for the next run. At this point in time my watering was fully automated using a Fritz DECT200 - this was managed by a python script on my Home NAS Raspi - i made the script publicly available here https://github.com/heyjan/fritzbox_water_automation Watering schedule was 9 shots in total for 60 seconds each

So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

Sanlight EVO 3-60 at 80% Day 22: did nothing today 👌🏻 Day 23: looking good and watered again🌊. Watered with rain water, 1 ml/l Cal Mag, and 1 ml/l Green Sensation. Transplanted into a bigger Pot👌🏻 Day 25: looking good and watered again. Watered with rain water and 1ml/l Powerzyme, 1 ml/l Hesi Boost, 1 ml/l Cal Mag, 1 ml/l Bloom Complex and 1 ml/l Green Sensation. EC at 1.0 and a pH of 6.4.

Bruce Banners are stacking nicely under the 1100 PPFD intensity. Trichomes are already frosting up the sugar leaves, and the bud structure is looking very dense. I've added 90W of heat mats to stabilize root temps and improve nutrient uptake during this peak metabolic phase. After a heater failure last week, there were some temperature fluctuations that one of the plants handled worse than the others.

The little one doesn't bend easily in one direction. After massaging it for a few minutes, it loosened up. But the next day, it braced itself against it again with all its strength. Unfortunately, a branch broke in the process. It recovered quite quickly, but unfortunately one of the two heads is lagging behind in development. This weeks update! Grow tent- so I had a buddy do my res change I talked him through the whole process couldn’t make it to the grow this week. Number and everything where perfect but!. He didn’t close the valve all the way to the blue dream res tank and left the drain pump on🤦‍♂️🏾. So when I got there this week leaves where curling and brown thought it might be a nutrient issue. Opened the res to check it. And there was only about a gallon of water in there out of the usual seven. No major harm I was planning on doing my last defoliation to her this week anyway. But that could have been bad. They are both receiving half strength nutes of the ripening mix GH recommends. Would have been a perfect week if not for that. No harm no foul tho. But def bout to start pushing them on the flower nutes and get back up to my 1000 ppm range buy adding extra bloom formula! #Staykited

En a segunda semana de vegetativo con el transcurso de la primera empecé a notar un crecimiento mas vigoroso en ambas geneticas, el ambiente lo tengo clavado en 0.8 y 1.1 de VPD y las plantas estan a gusto. A las tepache (las mas grandes) les realize una poda superior(defoliación) para retrasar el crecmiento y permitir que las cheetah puedan ganar tamaño el dia 16/7. Al dia siguiente corte apicalmente varias ramas, para hacerle clones y denuevo retrasasr el crecimiento a la tepache

Nothing special, everything is actually working. Clearly once my water was at the right temperature, no more worries. The flowers arrived at 12/12 + 11 with the trichromes that pop, it starts to be pleasant! I have a slight over-fattening, but really nothing serious, I will switch to an EC of 1.8 - 1.9 instead of 2.0. and I will observe. Here we can see the delay of one of the plants, it's as if I was shooting with only 3 plants.
