A new journey has begun. A very special one since I am doing first photoperiod dependant strains and first time doing in coco. I decided to put four plants in the grow tent and to do main lining. It is going to be quite challenging because of all new techniques I’ll be using. Day 1: all four seeds sprouted nicely. I put them in small pots until they don’t grow and be ready for transplantation. I just watered them with a pH controlled water measured to 5.8.

After 11 days 12/12 the Blueberry Muffins shows preflowering signs. Chicken and Waffle is a little late on that site, not that much growing, actually, but we will see. I tried to fill out the small tent as good as I could. In ten days they get lolli popped and cleaned up.

Week 7 begins for Divine storm. Both ladies are looking good and healthy, bud sites continue to bulk up and frost up. Switched out big bud coco for overdrive as we approach the end of the grow. Thanks for checking in, tune in next week! 👽🌳🔥

Alert alarm we have a beast. The few friends who have seen her were amazed and with their eyes open, she is a real monster, in height and she is filling all the flowers very, very well along the entire length. There is a very wise friend from the early hours of ganja cultivation who always tells me that Bubble Gum is a security, he explains it with genetics now I don't remember very well why but I think he's right. You can admire it with your own eyes. The flowering is over we are just waiting for another bit of ripening of the flowers, a bit of red pistil and let's hope it gets a bit cold for the resin the spring arrives here with us. Welcome to the Smoking Tiki's hut! For this grow, I'm using some of the seeds I won at the Summer Buds contest from last year. I kept the seeds in my fridge door during one year. It worked very well because all the seeds successfully germinated after 48h! 😎 I used 3x3 seeds. I selected 2x3 seeds with the bigger root to put them in some pots. I will let them grow a bit and then select the 3 best plants to make it until the harvest. It's the first time I grow some Fast Buds under a light and in a controlled environement, I'm really curious to see how it turns out! Day 82. Its 81 day from seed touched soil ! If leaves would be healthier, i would run them at least one more week, but it is, what it is. They spent 24 hours in darkness and now its Trim Jail !!! ;))) Harvest Day ! Day 88. Tried bud from each, clearest weed straight from drying rack ! Only 3 feeds makes huge difference to harshness at the beggining. Still Queen is pure Tangie, can it be seed mistake ? ;))) Day 89. Boy i am f@ckingly surprised !!! Heather - I love You, Your team, Your strains !!!! I still don't get how, but numbers are amazing, Thank You very much !!!! Where should I even begin? 😅 I'm only left with 6 plants in the tent. 😤 One Purple Queen did not make it. And one Triple G was moved outside. I changed the lights. Finally. 2x 250W LED. The plants🌱: As said, I'm only left with 6 plants in the tent. One Purple Queen broke today after tying down because of a very fragile stem even after applying good amount of silica and one Triple G Was moved outside today due to its slow grow rate and I want to flip in 2 week. To little time to develop properly. Now Triple G can take his time until mid August. I left the other one in the tent, it looks more robust but still, I'm very disappointed with this batch of seeds from RQS, only 2 Triple G's and one Purple Queen made it. So that's 2/5 and 1/5. 😒 But, heads up, the Honey Cream is doing fenomenall. I did tie down the remaining plants and did some light defoliating, so they open more up after topping them. I'll give them another 2 weeks of 18h of light and then it's flip time. End of the month. Can't wait. 😁 Problems 😤: As mentioned before, I had to remove one plant and the other one broke. 🙄 Not everything goes on plan every time. 🤷🏻 Trial and errors. Learn from them. 😉 APHIDS. I have forking APHIDS. But thanks god ONLY aphids. I applied some home miracle working insecticide and they are dying. 😁 Had luck I saw it now in the beginning. So I can fight them off before the bloom phase. Nasty little creatures as you can see above. Oh, broke some stems when LST was applied where I couldn't tie them down. Buuut, I tapped them up. Hope they get their sh*t togather untill next week so I can make some nicer pictures. Btw, did you see the NUT(e) BURN? No? Good😁 But it's there. Over applied some foliar feed with 19% N and natural roots shooting hormones and burned them. But lightly. Ony the tips, which is OK. The first day was a bit of a struggle for them but after 36 hours, they gone crazy. And that's the reason for tying them down today. 😅 Lights 💡: 2x EasyGrow S600V2. One can easily replace a HPS or CMH. Less heat for more GAS 😅 So, that's it for this week.😁 If any questions, let me know ☺️

I made some extract and made some edibles and added it to the diary! This diary may get a little unorthodox because they’re in the jungle down the centre line but will still document as much as I can and get close ups of the bud sites and buds as time goes on! Shouldn’t be too challenging but it’s a challenge lol it’s all doing great though! Better than I expected!
