Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

11-29 She is growing great and seems to love the EM 1. Watered yesterday. Gave silica, cal/mag, drop of balance, yucca, recharge 1/2 tsp and 1 ounce or 29.5 ml of em1 per gallon. Her weird leaf is still weird, just bigger now. 😂 Showed hairs last week, starting to stretch 💪🤘 12-2 2k ml Silica 3mg, cal/mag 3ml, drops 1ml, yucca sprinkle 😂 Fun video

Things are picking up slowly had some terrible weather over the last few weeks could really do with some sun again lol. We live and learn hopefully we pull thro this one.

Week 5 had been amazing just that this week we had 3 days of rain which was great for the plant. I gave her some Tea again except that this time I use the rain water I collected. Which was ph at 6.3 and the run of off was ph at 6.8 The plant is around 10 inches now and I am starting to notice some red/purple lines on the stems. The smell is weak but it is still a little early to judge. I would really like some feedback you guys.

Today the first lady moved into the 11 liter pot. The soil is from Canna, for the first two weeks it only gets water. The second one is still in the greenhouse as a small tip can only be seen now, so don't dare go out yet.

Hey Cannafam 💚 Its been a mixed week im the tent for my gals. lets start with the low and end up high, mmmmmmmm high 😃 The environment has been a real challenge again this week as were having another heatwave and although humidity has come down temps have shot up further and ive struggled to keep the tent under 30c, again the side lighting has been kept fown on level 3 to keep heat down so they are on about 300ppfd from above and 150 ppfd from the sides currently, extraction has been turned up but tbh its not making much difference as the tent is in a cupboard. I have started opening the doors when the lights are on at night but as the bedroom last night was still 27c with the windows open!(yes i haven't slept). VPD has also been whey above where i want it also ranging from 1.5 - 1.7 all week. The magnedium def has progressed so no feed this week and im gonna flush again before anything else as they are locked out and theres no point to keep chuckin calmag at them. Now on the highs, flowering is coming along well and ive now supercropped the top of the second plant as the other one seemed to respond, its the first time i've tried this so quite interesting to see how it turns out but flowers on top are looking tasty. Buds also have allot more substance this week and are looking good 😊 Smell is also increasing and theres some lovely citrus notes coming out. Thats all for now thanks for stopping by 😊✌️

nice week this week. very noticeable transformation. I have a yetti purple berry kush in there which smells just amazing. this week i tried, for the first time, some under canopy LED. 2nd day with it today as i write this. they really took it well. perked up and kept at it. the color and hue is starting to come through. Super happy with this tent. I think its worth the effort to create an organised space to give yourself the best chance possible. you will see the difference in approach form Auto tent and then photoperiod tent.

That decision shaped everything we’re seeing now. By removing the recovery time that usually comes with topping, overtraining, or prolonged veg, these plants never had to pause and re-prioritize. They rooted, established, stretched, set flower, and transitioned directly into production mode. No detours. No wasted momentum. Just one continuous push from seed to flower. And now, in Week 7 flower, it shows. The canopy is heavy. The flowers are swelling. The resin is stacking hard. The fade has started. And the room is finishing with exactly the kind of top-to-bottom consistency this run was built for. ⸻ From Seed to Here — Why This Run Behaved Like It Did This room was never pushed for speed. And right now, the plants are very clearly saying yes. ⸻ Under Canopy Lighting — One of the Biggest Differences in This Run This is one of the clearest upgrades in the room. The under canopy lighting is doing exactly what it was meant to do: keeping lower flower sites productive, reducing weak lowers, and allowing the plant to finish far more evenly from top to bottom. [This is a beginner's journey to grow a Blue Dream plant outdoors, from seed, for the very first time. I added 3 clones in week 7, and I will include their progress, but each week this journey will feature Foster, the Blue Dream. Thanks for joining me as I learn to grow outdoor cannabis in the beautiful Willamette Valley.] Foster is doing very well this week. At the recommendation of my local organics shop, I've switched my nutrients from Fox Farms (Big Bloom & Grow Big) over to GreenGro's Nature's Pride veg nutrients (info here: http://www.thegreengro.com/product/veg-6-3-3-5/). It's a powder, and I'm feeding 14ml/gal (or, since she's in a 45 gallon pot, 630ml) as a top dressing once/week. I really like the nutrients--it includes mycorrhizae. I will also add a microbial compost tea next Friday at feeding. The Nature's Pride nutrients are a bit more expensive than the Fox Farm nutrients I was working with, but the folks at my organics shop have the plant science background, and its what they use, so I'm going to track the results in the coming weeks. At any rate, It's been a very hot, windy, and humid week in Western Oregon, and she's been drinking nearly 2 gallons/day. New growth looks very healthy, and the sites where I've topped are growing 2 new vibrant colas.

Começou a crescer rapidamente. O formato ficou estranho, eu realmente não sei manipular o LST. Até consegui que os ramos inferiores esticassem e ficassem mais cheios, mas é muito difícil segurar o ápice principal. Resolvi amarrar ele pra baixo logo depois dessas fotos. Vai fazer com que ela fique ainda mais densa, ramificada, mas pelo menos dar um respiro na altura. Ela tá crescendo rápido, todo dia preciso recuar um pouco o LED. O cheiro começou a exalar e está bem bom. Acho que em breve preciso reforçar o adubo com algo rico em fósforo e potássio.

Plants growing pretty fast huge diffrence from a month ago

DISCLAIMER START EC Value on weekly page is the actual value, my EC meter was not calibrated and gave extremely false values, that's why it went so bad, corrected it on the weekly page when I noticed it, the EC value in the comment is wrong, the rest is correct. DISCLAIMER END The plant keeps growing super slow and doesn't like "high" EC, after the Increase in EC last week it got stunted and a couple days later started to show tip burn. Really really frustrated and if this one was in my usual setup I would have tossed it out of the window. New growth after topping is also growing EXTREMELY slow. Did some defoliation to get light to lower nodes but ya whatever the plant doesn't care and doesn't want to grow. Unsure if it is due to this pheno, the new setup, the new light or whatever, to many variables to definitely say. I see this grow as a big experiment from now on and don't expect anything anymore. Added some Universol Yellow (high P) after lowering EC due to tip burn. Changed the light to my old one the SP3000 to see if the higher amount of far red is helping it to stretch. Plant started to flower properly mid week so I'll start to mark it as flowering starting next week. On one leaf there is a bud starting to form. Values are average of the day.
