Cosecha: Día 63 - Cosecha Óptima Dinámica Nutricional y Translocación de Metabolitos El éxito de este ciclo radica en la ejecución estricta del escalonamiento gradual del Nitrógeno (N). Siguiendo los hallazgos de Saloner & Bernstein (2021), redujimos el suministro de N conforme avanzó la floración para evitar el antagonismo con la síntesis de metabolitos secundarios. Punto Dulce de N: Al mantener el flujo de N por debajo de los 160 mg/L y finalizar cerca de los 0-50 ppm en la fase de maduración, logramos "apagar" la inversión energética en biomasa foliar. Translocación de Azúcares: Esta deficiencia de N programada indujo una translocación masiva de carbohidratos desde las hojas abanico hacia las inflorescencias. La planta, al detectar la baja disponibilidad de nitratos, priorizó la ruta del ácido mevalónico y la ruta MEP/DOXP, maximizando la biosíntesis de cannabinoides y terpenos en lugar de aminoácidos estructurales tal como lo documentado en el articulo de Saloner y Bernstein. Análisis del Estado de los Tricomas Glandulares La decisión de cosechar en el día 63 se basó en un análisis micro-morfológico de los tricomas: Madurez Cromática: Se observó un 90% de tricomas lechosos (opacos) y un 10% de tricomas ámbar. Este ratio es el punto de máxima concentración de THC gracias a la aplicación de 250 ppm de Ácido Ascórbico como antioxidante en la última semana, justo antes de que la degradación enzimática hacia CBN. Integridad Estructural: Gracias al aporte de Silicio biodisponible (manteniendo el buffer de 40-49 ppm de Silicio), las cabezas de los tricomas glandulares mostraron una resiliencia mecánica superior, evitando la ruptura prematura y la oxidación de los aceites esenciales. Salud Metabólica y Protección Antioxidante La implementación del protocolo de Ácido Ascórbico (250 ppm) y Ácido Salicílico (70 ppm) en la recta final fue determinante: Neutralización de ROS: El ascorbato actuó como un potente antioxidante sistémico, neutralizando las Especies Reactivas de Oxígeno (ROS) generadas por la alta radiación y el calor del Exterior preservando la transparencia y pureza de la resina. Switched the LED to 'Flower' mode following 5 weeks of just 'Veg' light, she is showing signs of coming into flower now. She is short but bushy even after some defoliation. Looks like she has a few good bud sites developing. Bit of white tip on the edge of the leaves has appeared, not too concerned yet, will monitor and try and figure out what the problem could be...Possibly slight sign of 'nute burn' or N toxicity but i have been feeding her lite, i'm assuming the substrate is pos still 'Hot', rich with guano and mycorrhizal fungi. Took a cutting to clone from the Auto OG Kush earlier when i topped her just to see what she would produce. She rooted well and has filled the 1ltr pot. As expected going into flower the same time as the OG Auto mother. 17/9/18

May4: nice spring day so plants were outside in the afternoon. Some direct sun but also protected in small greenhouse. Light watering with some nutrients. I’m using Monster Maxx this year. I used a free sample of it last year making compost teas and it seemed to work great. Early to use any nutes but I think it is okay. This stuff has regular N fertilizer (nitrate, urea, and ammonia) but also two bacteria strains that have been shown to work. I was looking at last year’s roots today and they are the densest and most intricate I’ve seen, so I think this stuff works as advertised. Will still use compost teas later this season but for now this should do fine. Prepped most of the soil. Cannabis gets the Grade A+ soil, and tomatoes and peppers get last years cannabis soil and some fresh compost. May 9: weather is great so decided to transplant into the final container. Culled second seedling that was slower and had asymmetrical leaves. May 10: still misting leaves to provide moisture. So far so good.

Except for drying, curing, and smoking, this concludes my Medusa F1 grow. I harvested the plant on day 92. Overall, the plant was a thrill to watch grow. It thrived from day one, and I am more than happy with a wet yield of 336 grams given my setup. The buds are large, dense, laden with trichomes, and they have a great calyx-to-leaf ratio. I discovered a few mites on this plant and its neighbor (a Milky Way F1) in the last 7-10 days. However, the Medusa F1 resisted them so well that they barely multiplied. Or, if they did multiply, they left the Medusa for the Milky Way. The final proof of my efforts will be in the dry yield and quality of smoke. Sometimes I trim wet and sometimes I trim dry. In this case, I'm going to dry trim, so I just cut the plant and hung it upside down from a line in an out-of-the-way room that I can keep dim. There is a little circulation in the room via floor registers. I will return in due time with a dry weight and smoke report. SMOKE REPORT After drying for 6-7 days, I dry-trimmed and jarred up my Medusa F1 harvest. It was a breeze to trim because of its high calyx-to-leaf ratio. To me, that's a big plus. After 11 days in the jar, I had one bud lab-tested for potency, and then decided to proceed with my smoke report out of excitement at seeing the numbers (see below & photos). I added a ton of photos and one video to this smoke report (trimming setup, dried buds in and out of jars, proof-of-smoke video). Regarding taste and aroma, the buds smell mildly of herbs (sandalwood?) and pepper, and the same aromas carry over in the smoke. Regarding potency & effects, the bud I sampled (3 pulls) was quite strong, non-drowsy, and it came on in a quick rush. The rush peaked about 5-10 minutes after smoking, and I would describe the high as "stoney" in the traditional sense, but also "up." For about half an hour, the effects were enough to disrupt my focus -- definitely a strong high. Then, my focus returned and the sensations changed to a milder pleasant buzz, which lasted a couple hours before tapering off. The material smoked left behind nice white ash. POTENCY TESTING RESULTS TAC: 22.5% THC-A: 21.8% CBG-A: .68% Terpenes: Medium (1-2%)

changed ns, cleaned out the tank and added some 320ml of H2O2, to keep it tidy clean😊. Got the ns up to EC 1.2 and set pH to 5.8. To avoid bio-film i filter the ns after 48-72 hours after applying bio-complex (wich i feed with every new ns). In Hydro systems bio-complex shows its strongest effects in the first 48hrs. In the 1st week i filtered after exactly 48hrs and hardly saw any residue in the tank....... this week i waited 72hrs and had visible build-up at the surface of the tank (pics). The babies started showing signs of led-disease after i lowered the lamp down to 40 cm, but already recover without touching the lamp again. Day 11 GROWTH!!! Now they wanna take off…… Day 12 Supercropped the babies and installed trellis-netting - this time in a sturdy frame - and set it to about 15 cm above the box. Ns constantly at EC 1.2 and pH at 6.1 now. Day 13 The babies startet erecting their heads, right after bending them yesterday…… within 4 hrs they all looked into sun😎. Read pH yesterday, just before lights out….. 6.5 This morning it was back at 6.0/6.1. STAY TUNED!

Plant growth is amazing!. I really love royal queen seeds. The plant is very healty and strong. I am using organic nutrition from biobizz and plagron lightmix as soil. All together they are worling really well. Looks like this Matanuska plant is going to be a very bulky plant. Looking foward to finish the grow

Girls are really full on flowering!!! They all seem super happy! Been trying to get on a better flushing regiment as it seems to really help around harvest with salt build up using general hydroponics nutrients. I can already see some buildup around the fabric pots. Gonna do a basic pesticide foliar spray with azomax. I don’t see any pests but I’d like to keep it that way esp since I’m flowering now. But everything is going as planned and keeping a watchful eye on them. Oh and also did a little defoliation again...the Maui seems to just keep bushing out while the dosi just wants to stretch!! Super impressed with the genetics and resilience of these 2 strains

Sorry for not updating the diary in a while, I have been very busy with work, and also I had some issues with the grow so there wasn’t much to show honestly. First, my plant was having nitrogen deficiency I believe and then I burned her a bit by giving her too many nutrients at once (I know what a beginner mistake huh🙈) But after all this, I cut her yellow leaves off and she has been really well for the past week. In these past few weeks, I have learned so much about growing after making so many mistakes so that has only been a good thing. Even after all these troubles, looks like she will produce some really nice buds, some of the buds are already pretty big and are just growing and growing every day. Please let me know what you think how far away we are from harvesting?

je suis donc arrivé à la bout de la 4eme semaime de flo. en comptant la semaine de pré-flo avec.... j'ai hâte de voir le bout je vais vous avouez! Encore une semaine qui se termine j'ai commencé le rincage de "La Rica CBD 1:1" #1 et la cropped je pense les récolté ds une dizaine de jours, d'après ça fiche technique elle devrais déjà être a point mauis je préfère attendre une semaine de plus et la rincer dans les rêgles. la wWidow vas peut etre recevoir ça dernière dose d'engrais quoique la #1 me semble presque prête a réfléchir! j'ai remplacé le BIOBIZZ topMax par un produit de chez CANNA biocanna boost accelerator un engraissage sur deux, j'ai aussi du combattre une carrence en fer sur la quasi totalité des plants que j'ai résolu en partie ou du du moins résorbé graçe au produit de chez GHE : essential (une mixture d'oligo sous forme de chelaté)

Pushed up to a DLI of 31 by day 13. Started to see some tacoing so dialed it back to 26. Hadn't fertilized yet so the EC is low. Plus, I really hate dealing with a humidifier and she's almost able to self sustain humidity. So went with less light instead of more humidity. Gave first feeding at half strength on the left and full strength on the right; on day 14. Video day 16 DLI 27

Almost Ready to incorporate fish into the res to feed the Few roots hanging out! Cover crop coming in nicely! Seedlings looking super happy! Can't complain so far so good can't wait to start Feeding fish!!!

@ 1.2-1.4 kPa Raspberry parfait smells strong, this instantly noticeable when opening the tent. The BlueZushi smells good as well but only noticeable when rubbing on the sugar leaves.

So diese Woche war wieder einmal etwas ausrasieren da die Damen besonders die vorne rechts sehr dicht bewaldet sind und ich den Luftstrom um die pflanze erhöhen wollte sonnst war diese Woche nicht viel alle 2 tage nach justieren im alles gleichmäßig zu halten...... Eine Woche noch vegi und dann umstellen auf 12/12🤙
