Start of week 2 flowering. Put the triple cheese in my other tent under the spider famer SE3000 instead of the Sf2000 to give her that extra boost in flower. Because she is quite a biggie, she can use al the light I can give her. Gonne let her ride for another few days to a week before doing a heavy defoliation. 30 march. Defoliation time

I was able to move my light up an additional 5-6 inches I think i am going to need for the stretch during flower. The ladies are 30 inches tall before tucking under screen at 27 inches from the coco. switched feed from veg to bud after a clean RO water only feed a few days prior to switching from 18/6 to 12/12 light cycle. One side of the tent (V on left) smells like spicey lemon and herbs. The other side (blue nemo on right) smells like blueberry and skunky berries. I love how it hits my nose when I open the tent now, and really notice the scent notes changing as I pan over the canopy to take a video.

Thursday 16th march day 59 Harvested a couple days earlier then planned as my humidity was getting a bit high and worried about risking mold I decided to chop, have to get a good dehumidifier soon, everything looking lovely, nice and dense with very strong fruity potent smell definitely the best looking plants I have grown to date not the biggest buds but they look quality, chopped plants whole gonna do my best to keep the temp and rh% in the dry room as close 60/60 as I can to get a nice slow dry, 🍁😎 I only took the wet weight from 1 plant back left plant was 270g with large fan leaves removed

Beautiful genetic, she is 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this run and she has the same height as the rest of the ladies, beautiful stretch, the flowers are coming very nice and strong and I cannot wait to see what type of flowrs awaits me as I have never grown this genetic before however I'm starting to feel some sweet smell I don't know how she's gonna smell yet but I'm so excited, let's see how this lady perfoms! Weeks been chill, plants are not drinking as much as I thought they would be. Still annoying to water them separately with PH'd shit, some days I just give them tap and say fuck it. Can't say they are doing the best they could be doing. Been to busy with other things to give them the full attention they need for a first time liquid feed grow. Really should have done this indoors but I hate running a tent in the summer when the sun and heat are free. Granted the tomatoes are blocking some of their sun, have to move them aorund. been meaning to do that but no where to put them where they won't block out some other plants. Been having some fun making the little videos each week, been using open shot video editor to mash it all together and it works quite nice. Few crashes here and there as this laptop is garbage. It has so many features that I am not fully utilizing like cuts and effects but I've kept it stupid simple. Bugger one of the videos did not upload into the diary. Annoying AF these things take forever to "resize/convert" I like how the dead Blue Cindy plant looks like a biophage, sifi like alien thing.

I STARTED ON THE DIARY WAY TO EARLY. I HAD TO POP ADDITIONAL SEEDS DUE TO AN ENTIRE PACK NOT GERMINATING. AFTER THAT I EITHER BURNT OR INJURED A COUPLE SEEDS REMOVING A FEW HELMET HEADS. IM FEELING BETTER ABOUT THIS SEASON NOW THOUGH THAT THINGS ARE FINALLY IN THE RIGHT CONDITIONS. IM CONSIDERING POPPING A COUPLE MORE 10TH PLANET JUST IN CASE. WE'LL SEE. 4/20 Happy 420 and Easter to everybody! Checked the girls this morning and at noontime. It was a good idea to switch lights. I'm seeing positive growth under both the duel 1500 lumen cfl's and the 1000 watt l.e.d. with an actual draw of 105 watts. The single 150 hps couldn't go low enough without raising the temp. I may add it layer after transplant in edition to the l.e.d. the plant I had to put a straw on has perked itself up and now has 3 fingered leaves. I'll have to bury up the stem a little on a few after they fill these solo cups. I WATERED everything that was under 20 grams dry weight which was most everything. I'm seeing a dramatic difference thus far. I'm wondering if I should start a couple more 10th planet in case one doesn't make it. The kush seedlings have finally showed a little more advanced growth then the seeds popped later which makes me feel good. It will be interesting to see how these turn out. They are going to be extremely resilient high yielding potent plants that will make it to harvest early. Words have power. 4/21 The lighting switch is working out good. When the plants fill out the solos I'll put the hps back up and use both until they go to their final spits outdoors. I watered everything under the led light which is all pink/special kush. I watered a couple in the aerogarden if the were under 20 grams of dry soil weight. I may have to up the amount of water but I'll be keeping an wye out. Still wanting to pop a couple more 10th planet. I've seen the first 3 fingered leaf. Can't wait for this season. WENT BACK OVER AT 6PM AND EVERYTHING IS LOOKING GOOD. I'm FINALLY reaching REAL veg with a couple seedlings that have grown their first 3 finger leaves. I'm looking forward to the transplant to 1 gallon. They seem to explode after that. That and the few that stretched can be buried. Now it's time to hurry up and wait. The thing is, now that some have stretched they are growing leaves which makes it top heavy on a ciuplecdue to the elongated stem. Still looks good though. I also rotated the plants to minimize hot spots. 4/23 Things are doing well. I watered everything but two in the back of the aergarden that were still over 20-grams over dry weight and i added soil to the 10th planet cups. Not because they were stretching but just so I can weigh it with the others so I can water properly. I'll check on them later. The oldest seedlings have their first three fingered leaves. I've been shopping around for soil. I think I'll round up all my 1 gal pots and wash them as these will need a transplant in a while. I should check the ppfd again. I also need to ready my outdoor area and sanitize it. Plenty of stuff to do. May still end up popping a couple more 10th planet. Not sure. EDIT: WENT OVER THIS AFTERNOON AND LOCATED ALL MY ONE GALLON POTS (AND A COUPLE OF THOSE SLANTED ONES THAT ARE A LITTLE MORE THAN A GALLON). LEAF BLOWER AND A RAKE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT. I HAVE A BRUSH BURNER AND I WAS THINKING ABOUT USING IT BUT THEN REALITY SUNK IN. AT LEAST I GOT SOME WORK DONE. WASHED UP NIDE AND PUT ON HAND SANITIZER TO CHECK ON THE GIRLS. THEY LOOK GREAT TO ME. I QUICKLY SHOT TWO PICS AND BEAT FEET. I SHOULDVE NOT GONE IN AT ALL BUT THAT WAS THE POINT OF ME GOING THERE. TO CHECK IN THE GIRLS. IM SURE THEY'LL BE FINE. 4/24 Had to go back and water. I watered the two in the ag that weren't watered before. Most of the cups under the l.e.d were right on the cusp (220, 218 ect.) I watered a couple and left the others that weighed a tad more and misted the top with a spray bottle so it won't totally dry out. I'll check later but they are growing at a rapid pace now. I'll probably end up watering. I'll probably have to up the volume. I think I'm going to go get a bag of ffof to put in the house and warm up. That way I cam transplant whenever I want. I'll check around for prices. EDIT: Went to the local grow store and bought 3cf of Fox Farm Ocean Forest which will be mixed with the 2cu bag of Happy Frog I already have when I transplant into the 1 gallons pots. I got prices for all the soil so now I just need to figure out how many bags of each I need. I want to get it early so it's still there. I'll be doing my math. Went back over and and as predicted the three cups under the led were "almost" within ten grams of dry weight. They probably could've waited (212, 211, 208) but they are close to breaking the ten grams over dry limit that seems to be doing good for me. I showed my commercial buddy cause he hasn't seem them a while and I could tell he was impressed. I'll take pictures tomorrow. I cleaned the cage a little bit more. My buddy thinks going into 1 gals is the better option than going into 3's. If I have to then it would just be the bigger plants and I have a few gallon and a half ones I'll use for the bigger plants. Still debating whether to pop more seeds and pheno hunt or just go with what I've got. What I've got is looking good. I just don't want to lose any. Might be smart to start a couple extra. 4/25 WATERED EVERYTHING I think. I might think about increasing water volume of water I give at a time. I'll probably stick with whats working since I use the scale anyway. The kush under the l.e.d dries out faster than the cfl. They both are working good and I'm getting some good node development. The earlier plants are actually looking like a pot plant. I may start next week with a weak nutrient solution like ancient amber or the first fox farm one. Worked on some more of the cage. I'm ready to go! 4/26 WATERED EVERYTHING BUT THE BACK ROW OF THE AEROGARDEN WHICH WERE STILL IN RANGE. Plants are getting big. Transplant with the kush might be next week. 10th planet is doing incredible for being so young. Mk Ultra doing good as well. I thought about popping a few more and then pheno hunting but I'll probably stick with what I've got. I'm loving what I'm seeing.

7/2 Last week it was extremely hot (80's-90's) with cold nights. We had a severe thunderstorm last night and it's raining like crazy today. I didn't spend time in the garden as it was pouring. However I defoliated yesterday briefly. I had maybe a half dozen leaves yellow and die a couple days after the organicide application. They were mostly the largest oldest fan leaves most infected with pm. A couple smaller interior leaves yellowed and died as well but they were the leaves most infected. I assume that's normal. As I defoliated I noticed my first aphid of the season. I saw a few dead ones the organicide killed and a couple that were alive. Aphids aren't a big deal. They'll be evicted soon enough. I haven't seen one spot of pm though since the application. Maybe a little on a dead leaf but it seems to be working good. Didn't take pictures today but needed one to update the diary. Trying to upload videos but they take forever. 7/3 Ridiculously hot all last week. Extremely hot yesterday then a severe thunderstorm but it cleared to 90 degrees with 90%rh. This environment is a fungal nirvana. Still a slight smell from the organicide. I'm glad I used it though. I threw away some more leaves but this is the time that starts happening anyway. Before the stretch. With the ideal conditions I saw WPM rear it's head again. Only this time the organicide seemed to still have a residue. The PM only infected the super old biggest fan leaves and a few tiny tiny leaves on the very interior of the plant. I didn't know I had aphids but I've found a few dead on the underside of leaves I defoliated. So it seems to be working. My plants are growing towards the sun (partially due to my tarps which I need to be legal) which make airflow harder to maintain. My dad gave away my pallets this year. I had planned to put bags and supports on pallets with some sort of wheel so I could spin them. Oh well I'll do that next year in my new location. I have also found moth holes in couple leaves so BT it will still be needed. If videos didn't take so long to upload I would have a bunch. Happy growing. 7/5 Watered lightly (as it had been 90's) before feeding three gallons to the garden. Noticed some telltale leafhopper signs on a 9lb kush. The organicide seems to be doing a decent job of keeping PM at bay. The blueberry is now the worst it seems. I'm planning on another application before I try anything heavier. The fishy smell is now totally gone. Plants seem healthy and are a nice dark green. I have had some problems that have effected my ability to fully care for my girls. I have some defoliation I need to do. I also see moths sometimes in the morning plus the pm and the random munch. I guess that's to be expected outside but I need to get on top of this shit. I also have more LST I could be doing. 7/6 Rained all night and still off and on. Can't see any pm but I've found a few spots on the blueberry that could be septoria. I'm going to hit them either tonight or tomorrow with the organicide and if it doesn't work I may try a sulfer based fungacide. Took a few pictures. I need to defoliate as well. 7/7 Uploaded some duplicate pics accidentally. If I could've created the perfect environment for fungal infections I don't think I could've done better than yesterday. Hence the organicide. I was surprised it wasn't pronounced and only a little here and there. Also saw leaf hopper and pillar damage so hopefully this will straighten that out. Blueberry seems weak in it's stalk. I'm not sure if the wind is blowing it against that hard metal circle around it. It may have septoria. If it does I'll have to switch to something different or junk the plant. 7/8 This sucks. I can see signs of leaf septoria on the GDPs. This is definitely not a strain for the Maine climate. It's not resilient enough against diseases. This year has been particularly bad with 40 degree temp swings and rain then bright hot sun. I couldn't engineer better conditions. I appears senescence starts at the same time looking back over the past four years. However maybe that's just the life cycle of the earwigs. Oh yeah. I raked the inside of the grow bag with my hand and AT LEAST a half dozen earwigs came out RIGHT FROM THE SOIL IN THE BAG. I dealt with these prehistoric bastards last year and lost half my harvest. They eat other insects but the spread disease like crazy and they DO eat your plant while leaving behind the worst bacteria and plant disease. I have research to do. Like I said. This sucks. I'm changing locations next year but I need some help dealing with the septoria and the earwigs or I'll be fucked again. I defoliated anything that looked suspect. Still need to improve airflow.

(Days 21-28) (Day 23) I like the amount of stretch I’m seeing on practically all the plants. I'm going to lower the light at the end of the week to stop the stretch. The more stretch they get in veg the less I have to lollipop or prune down the road. Makes lst easier too. I’m going to try topping this week. Last time I topped at the 7-10th nodes and didn’t get the best horizontal growth. This round I’m ready to give everything 3 or more toppings, stay on top of training and defoliate much less. This soil looks insane. I should have added a thicker layer of oats because it’s starting to look proper. (Day 24) Got my stuff from the hydro store today and amended my soil again. Next visit I will be grabbing a P booster like bat guano before I enter flower. Today, I got the 2gal pots, some primo worm castings, 5-2-4 insect frass, 0-0-22 langbenite, 1-0-3 alfalfa meal and an exhale co2 bag. Guy at the store said it gets his 4x4 tent 1000ppm+. It takes a few weeks at least for it to start putting out any amount of co2. I got the room sealed and two fans bowing. I fed a compost tea with a little bit of each dry amendment, BSO dry compost, boogie brew base and worm castings aerated for 24h. I diluted it to about 850ppm which still might be a little high. (Day 25) Opened a bottle of EM1 that was improperly stored and it exploded all over me and part of the tent. I wiped off the plants but there is still specks here and there. Cleaned it off and sprayed with method1 pps. (Day 26) Topped 9/15 plants. Will do the rest next week once I see a little more growth. 5 of the bbb’s I started 6 days after everything else so they are still quite behind. I’m going to push the transplant another few days until they recover. Going to start lst after transplant. (Day 28) Transplanting into 1.6gal pots that I thought were 2gals tonight... Depending on how many females I get, they will be going into either 3, 7 or 10 gallon fabric pots. Growth is looking solid so far, zkittlez and the 3 WW’s are leading the pack in terms of growth speed and cotes are yellowing out. I’m pretty sure what I have is a zkittlez bagseed but there is also a strong chance it could have been from some shitty Canadian biker weed. I accidentally misplaced the seed so it’s possible it got mixed up and I germinated the wrong one. Judging by the rapid growth I’d say that’s a fair bet. Biker weed is notoriously fast growing. Either way it won’t be hard to tell once they’re in flower. The white widow is probably going to be a breeze. I’ve heard that’s why it’s so popular too. It’s just a hardy rookie strain with good resistance, decent quality and above average yield. A sure investment. The blackberries are lagging behind but I’m sure they will blow the others away in terms of quality. One of the tunas looks great and the other is a stubby runt. The stubby runt I currently have in flower is killing it right now so I’m not writing it off yet. Can’t wait to see if the tuna god produces some nostalgic smells. Tuna strains are still super popular on the Canadian black market. I plucked the first set of leaves that were starting to appear on each plant. These branches almost always turn to larf and they're so small I can't that stressing the plants out at all this early. If anything, the zkittlez and white widows need to slow down a bit anyway. I’ve been doing a shit ton of research over the past year into what causes weed and cigarettes to have black ashes/poor fire holding capacity. Smoking black weed drives me crazy because it’s all the legal and black market have nowadays. The cigar industry has numerous studies on the cause of ash color and burn rate and apparently it has to do with the ratio of mineral content in the soil/water. Soil/water that is high in phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and other heavy metals will burn poorly and reduce to flaky black ashes. Whereas soil that has higher levels of potassium and calcium carbonate have thick uniform white ashes with no streaks. Calcium carbonate (wood ash, biochar) can also prevent heavy metals in the soil making them unavailable to the plant. I’m discontinuing my “Organic cal mag” as it is full of chlorine which I did not realize when buying it. I’m going to be pretty cheesed if that stuff ruined the burn of my current flowering crop. My dog also found and destroyed my Alaskan fish fertilizer so that’s being discontinued for now too.

Advent aus der richtigen Zeitzone =) 🌱 Wochenupdate Diese Woche wurde echt viel gefummelt 😄 Im Fokus standen Canopy-Aufbau und selektives Entlauben =) Bin da wirklich pingelig und könnte das den ganzen Tag machen… echt schlimm 😅 Was ich jetzt schon sagen kann: Blueberry Cupcake hat mit Abstand den krassesten Stretch hingelegt. Purpz hat ihren Platz auch relativ gefüllt, performt echt gut und ist fast gleichauf mit BBCC. Notorious zieht auch, soll aber wohl etwas später definierter drücken. Mir gefällt ihr Wachstum richtig gut. Guzzlerz macht sich auch echt gut für ihren schlechten Start. Ihre Sides gehen mittlerweile richtig steil. Ein paar mehr Triebe wären nice gewesen, aber da lag sicher auch einiges an mir.. :D Abseits meiner Dummheiten lief alles absolut smooth. Eine tolle Veg und richtig gute Stretch-Phase bis jetzt =D🔥 🌿 Pflanzenstatus & Training Ich halte die Canopy aktuell noch flach – für zwei, drei Tage =) Anschließend steht das Verteilen auf die Meshes an. Danach dürfen sie endlich nach oben =D Die Richtungen sind grob gelegt, erste Ansätze sieht man auch schon =D Ich kann’s echt nicht erwarten… Budporn ist einfach magisch 😄🔥 Über die Tage sind immer wieder größere oder verdrehte Blätter rausgeflogen – hauptsächlich, um Luft und Licht auf möglichst viele Triebe zu bekommen 😊 Man kann wirklich ohne Bedenken ~30 % Biomasse rausnehmen, wenn die Vitalität das zulässt, ohne sichtbaren Stop im Wachstum 🌱 🌬️ Luft & Ventilation Hab jetzt noch zwei Clip-Ventis dazugezogen. Die Angst vor Schimmel kickt langsam wieder =D Es laufen jetzt zwei unter und zwei über der Canopy – jeweils gegenüberliegend und zirkulierend. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich den Boundary-Layer-Disruption-Effekt kenne bzw. davon weiß, und ihn durchaus stimmig finde 😊 Aber bis jetzt war die Angst vor Schimmel in irgendeiner Ecke doch größer 😂 Ich hab nicht den Eindruck, dass es negativ ist, zirkulierende Luft auf die Pflanzen zu richten, solange man nicht voll draufpustet 💨 ⚙️ System Läuft nach wie vor stabil =) Die Top-Ups halten die Nährlösung sauber auf Kurs. Gestern hat sich klar abgezeichnet, dass wir mitten im Stretch-Peak sind 😄 Sie ziehen massiv Kationen und verursachen dadurch einen deutlich messbaren pH-Drop. Flower: 61 days Oreoz from 3rd Coast Genetics is a gorgeous strain with super frosty nugs. The aroma has a nice kick of coffee with earthy undertones, complemented by a flowery, sugary finish. She is also covered in seeds from Father (Skunk #1 x Congolese) so the next generation is going to be very unpredictable.
