Vegetative state week 4. Going strong, making roots chase the water and going to do a little high stress training instead of filming this time I’m going to just grab the main stock bend pinch ,laid over to get those side branches thrusting.

The Ladies getting very Frosty and they like GLUE! A nice smell goes around every time i open the tent. It starts smelling like a little Candy Store with a Banana Touch its insane!

The plant started off good. Unfortunately the environment wasn't the best to begin with but overall I think with the deficiencies still present. It turned out okay. This was grown with just the standard grow micro bloom. Due to covid, I was unable to order additional macro nutrients. Yeilds suffered as a result but overall happy for my first grow.

End of week 3 and she’s really taking off.

All received their final feeding early this week and they are on ph water here on out. Had to add the humidifier in this week for the first time with these girls as the humidity dropped to 47%. They should be on cruise control from here with just water. They have a really nice fade happening to their leaves and developing nice purple hues. Hopefully they will be ready to harvest in a week or so time. Daiquiri Lime is the frostiness by far!!!

Preparing to transition toward generative steering for Week 3. Observations Healthy, vigorous growth. Uniform canopy with good plant structure. No visible nutrient deficiencies or pest issues. Ready for flower bulking phase in the following week.

12/11Might be a day early but I'm calling it the start of a new week. The ladies have been looking super unhappy last couple days determined they were root bound so got em put into their final home this morning. Chop and dropped cover crop put thin layer of mixture of BAD worm castings and Coast of Maine lobster compost and watered in with goodies. Set the ppfd to 300 and vpd closer to 1.0 12/13 everyone is looking happier but a bit hungry mixed up light foliar mainly for one girl but gave it to all of em. Inoculated the bed with BB+, Gnarly barley, and Kashi Gold, put down straw layer and watered in some wdg3000. 12/16 top dressed around each plant with craft blend and ocean blend and a mixture of castings and compost. Then watered in a quart each with all the goodies

it's been 3 weeks already, the girl is short, and I performed a major ring cut on her:) this will be my first such growth, I want to see something different :) overall, the girl looks healthy:) I think she will be really great :) as long as she hasn't received the main ones nutrients, but I will introduce her to them in the next watering - she will like it :) good luck to everyone :)!

I received the clones from An out of province breeder. It reached me after three days of driving on the road with no light. Their future was not certain. I didn’t think I would need that many fans for the clones because they are so tiny, I figured they didn’t need that much maintenance. I was 100% wrong when I’m working with this many plants. I ended up getting mild mildew on top of the soil on the first week because there was barely any air circulation. At this point I didn’t have any Ventilation put up yet. And one fan on the floor. I ended up installing three fans in one room. No issues

The Silver Widow is entering flowering now. Starting to stack up and pistols starting to show everywhere. She is one big bush and the odours coming off of her is amazing. Received their first dose of Massive Bloom Formulation yesterday. Mixture fed was 400 ppm 0.8 ec of Massive Bloom Formulation, 400 ppm 0.8 ec of Floranova bloom, and 400 ppm of Floranova grow for a total of 1200 ppm 2.4 ec. Thanks to all my friends who pop by and say hello, and thanks to Kannabia seeds and their reps for some great seeds.

Warning beast of a plant lol My Northern Lights #10 plant is an absolute beast! It's the biggest in the tent, growing incredibly strong. Even the second-deck buds are developing with amazing vigor. This plant is a true powerhouse, and I can't wait to see the massive yield it produces. It's got that classic Northern Lights aroma – earthy and sweet with a hint of pine. This one's gonna be a winner! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

End of week 12 for Cream Mandarine. It is looking like a nice yield of some frosty dense buds. That have a strong pleasant aroma. Thanks again sweet seeds. Was a Wonderful strain to grow. Day 15 - The new week meant a change of water, nutrients and an adjustment of lights. Chong is looking like a short, but sturdy little seedling with broad fan leaves and big roots. Max is 10cm vs. Chong at 7cm and her leaves are perky and the stem is thick. They both look good for their own individual reasons. Looking at the roots specifically, Chong seems to be facing similar problems as Cheech in the Cookies Gelato grow - the aeration in the bucket appears to have “dead zones” because of the colour the roots and the manner in which they are sticking together. I’ve adjusted the air stone to be more central in the bucket and cleaned the air tubes because the nutrients stick on the tubes. Other than that, I’ve controlled the PH back down to 6.0 after the addition of the nutrients using the Milwaukee PH controller and decided not to adjust the height of the lights because there was only about 2cm growth this week. Also added the first wire to give Chong a bit of a better bend in her stem, gently starting off the process of LST. Day 20 and the ladies are getting closer to topping. Both are showing clear third nodes with the fourth node opening up. I am sure we will be topping during this next week of veg.

Pure Ice Cream clone 1 is looking kinda crappy. I think she just rooted. This is normal path clones have taken in the past. She should take off in a reveg very soon. If not, shit happens as they say. Heeey all! Sorry for the huge amount of photos but this week was crazy. So many things happened and my lack of knowledge clearly showed up. I ended stressing one of my plants for no reason! 😱 At the start of the week everything was normal until I noticed that one of Roko's buds looked weird. It seemed to be too dry and orange for my tastes and I didn't know what it was. Obviously I started to ask around and I got so many mixed messages haha. Some people said it was nothing and I should not worry about it and others said they were 100% sure it was botrytis or budrot... aaaaaaaand I got paranoid lol. 😵😨 At first I tried to keep calm and ignore it for one day but the next one the bud looked even worse and that's when I feared the worst. What if it's really budrot? In general the values I write in here are approximates or an average of the week.. and usually my tent never goes over 60% of RH (in the dark it stays between 50% to 60% when I water them and on some rare occasions it reaches 65%). This time, after I checked the thermometer it said "75% of RH" but I did not know if it was during their sleep time or maybe some time after the lights went on) so once again I feared the worst! What if the plants stayed all the night with that amount of RH? Was that enough time for them to develop budrot? What if it's still nothing? Yikes. 😭 I had to do something and I did, I wasn't going to risk everything! I started removing the worst looking leaf to see if there was anything mushy or ugly between it and the pistils but I didn't see anything (maybe I was safe and that was something else? Or maybe the budrot was even deeper and I could not see it?) After reading I realized that the best idea was to cut the bud in half and then slice it to "see" if there was anything inside... so I did it and absolutely nothing showed up 😖! Those were good news! Sadly tho the poor plant had to go thru some stress after cutting that bud in half (at least from what I saw the insides were tightly packed and the photos showed some really cool stuff) The rest of the week was uneventful (compared to what I feared haha) and some leaves started to change even more in color (I love it). I think I'll start with the flush next week or the one after that one. There are some amber trichomes...! Thanks all for checking my diary! Hopefully you'll all find the pictures interesting! PD: None of the plants have seeds in them, even when one of the sliced buds seemed to be making them!

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days.
