day 7 Flowering: Hi all . It has been the start of their flowering this week and the initial stages of their stretch period. Time to exploit the burst of growth and set them in position for full light absorbing relaxation. The less stress to get light , the more focus on creating the beauty in flowering hopefully. I took some time to do a clear out of the small scrappy growth low down the stems to focus on the happy growing bud sites higher up. With their shape and size , the flowers would have been within the ball shapes and unable to develop properly. The shape of the plants from the tip spreading is very helpful now. I am able to tuck the really big powerhouse fans , underneath the developing lowers. This supports the lower growth to head higher but also keeps the main stem powered by the very important big fans. As these are autoflowers and able to use the available light through the huge fans , it can only be beneficial to keep them as long as possible while they are not blocking anything. The difference between the strains is noticable more now with the Strawberry Pie wanting to spread her branching more . Tip spreading has kept them smaller but their nature still has them wanting the long node lengths and cluster bud structures as opposed to long donkey di#ks. The other strains have benefited more from it and in particular, the #2 Six Shooter has an amazing amount of hopeful mains all fighting for focus so should be a good example of how tip spreading really works to create productive , squat beasts. Fingers crossed.lol They are still being fed just water with no additional boosts beside the last top dressings. I will be watering again with the biosys tea but they look so happy and green that I wont be adding any other products unless I notice a need. Cal.mag being the exception as I want to avoid the expected deficits from using l.e.d , before it can slow anything down in repair/recovery. The light is covering them all perfectly and with the height still to be lowered after the stretch is done , I know from previous Mars lights, the big solid nugs will appear.... I have used a video to show the past weeks growth rather than the usual pics and hope this will be more interesting than having to scroll pics. I also noticed a few leaf miners among the other plants and suspect we have some migration here too. Not too serious as yet but before it gets too bad , I used a store bought spray ( organic) to hopefully get to grips before they do. Failing this , a good smoke bomb might be used. Day 28: Halfway to the 8 week flowering point now and it is all going well. Gorilla Girl #1 is stacking her fluffy but chunky buds up very nicely. Plenty of growth this week and loving life it seems. Gorilla Girl #2 is forgingnahead of the game with her bud tightness and creating some very nice clumps of buds that look solid and some very nice colours appearing all over her. love how she looks this way her node stackingnis tighter than the other 3 so far and a definate pheno difference to #1 and#3 Gorilla Girl #3 is going for it with the amount of flowers she is pushing now but won't be as big as any of the other plants. I think she looks a little hungry too which is possibly why she has struggled in the pot. I am adding some megacrop to the feed for the two smaller pots in case rhe amount of medium is exhausted as in previous grows with it. The pot size with los seems to be very important on this on score . Lets see if she colours back up for the final push. Gorilla Girl #4 onbher archiver style has put out some beautiful examples of the strains bud. Her node spacing is between the #1!and #2 for comparison which gives her clumps with gaps on the stem and really highlights the flowersets. Any Bee would be made to pass this beautiful girl by without a visit!. .I am so far very impressed with the Gorilla girls from Sweet seeds. They have been easy to work with and grow too. The plants are looking top notch now too. Good work in the genetics dept guys. Sweet cheese a.k.a Norma Natural is forming a classic centre spiked cola with decent supporting nodes gaining height and weight too. interesting to see it grow thisnway but ... I also see how training is essential for a more even distribution of energies and food. All in all a good progression this week. fingers crossed for the upcoming half to go. be well Growmies.

27.11 Bud swell a little bit delayed because of the lower temperatures overall this time of year. It is around 21-22 degrees inside the tent in comparison to 26 in the summer. I hope they will be done by Christmas. I ve had a little problem at my spot and have to clear everything out for a few days. Bummer. Plants are on vegetative irrigation schedule. 6, 150 ml shots followed by 3 replenishment shots. About 10-15 % runoff.

This week has shown some nice growth, and gained some height too. Last week of veg, i think these girls will start to flower the next couple of days! At the moment great results under this TS1000 as always! We gave a very light nutrients this week just to jave some nitrogen as im using a light mix as soil, lets see how it goes the next weeks 😁💪 1 of the 6 cherry colas showed some strange leaves not sure if its genetics or what happened with that plant but lets see if she continues to flower normally now or not

This weeks video is not to trick anyone or deceive anyone. These plants are tough and if you start them young at higher EC values they will adapt. Never feed them to the point of harm…if you start to see burnt tips on the leaves then back off the EC. I hope all my videos helped someone along this journey. WEEK 7 TIME TO FLUSH FOR 2 WEEKS NUTRIENTS USED THIS WEEK PH’D WATER 5.8 It’s the end of week 7 and all is well. I will defoliate slowly over the next 2 weeks. All the major fan leaves will come off and any sugar leaves will be left in tact. Temps will be lowered, especially nighttime temperatures. Shooting for 66 degrees and 40% humidity at night. Daytime VPD will stay consistent at 1.4. CO2 will stop sometime this week. Really I am just looking to harden the colas not grow them any further. This weeks video is about EC “stacking”. I think it’s a good one and blows some people’s misconceptions about EC build up in the substrate. Just like you can train your plants with trellis netting, so can you train them with high EC. YOUR ENVIRONMENT MUST BE RIGHT BEFORE TRYING THIS. High CO2 levels and warm temps are a must for this to work and maintain rapid growth. Good luck guys and see you next week!

It’s about week 8! A few weeks into flower now. So far this is looking like the most successful indoor grow to date, but it is early of course. She’s filling the tent perfectly — flowering exactly at the right time — nice even canopy. These genetics have responded very well to scrogg. I am endlessly impressed by canuk genetics. She’s smelling stronger this week and buds are starting to form. Vertical growth is slowing down — some stretching still.

Almost forgot to refill the humidifier, big mistake if left it without humidity for a long time.. It’s how my project plant started having problems.. Week 2 completed, now going into week three. Auto Gelatos were transplanted into 1 gl fabric pots.. I added some great white to the roots before transfer..

After consulting with a few others working with this strain I have seen that they can have quite a stretch and given the time frame with my other project the time is here to switch to flower. So this is day one and when these photos were taken they had just woken up.

CBD 20-1 has been an easy grow :) she likes full strength feeds And guzzles water like there’s no tomorrow . Her colas are short but they are fat and packed with resin and trichome’s She smells fruity and fresh and I can’t wait to make meds with them :)
