The plant is now focusing 100% on bud development and trichome production

These plants were started their flush 3 days ago, continuing to flush today & I will be chopping them down in a few days depending to the trichomes. a couple of these plants' leading bud site were bent over to bring down the lighting closer to the surrounding bud sites. Hoping for a nice size harvest for my first grow!

I hung all the branches upside down in the closet. Thanks to the help of an air conditioner I keep the temperature at 23C and the humidity at 50%. When after a bending the branches will break (prematurely bend) then the drying will be complete and the tanning phase will begin. Initially I had problems with Ca and Mg deficiency, in fact the plant has grown less than the other, but I am still satisfied with the result. I usually don't weight buds when they are wet because it's just a waste of time. When they are dry I will update the diary with the precise weight. PS the same day I harvested my country rejected the decriminalization of cultivation of weed (referendum of popular origin). Skipped a week in my journal last week, as I was traveling. Had my neighbor water my plants. Came back and everything was looking great with the Lion Claw. I WAS having some minor early deficiencies with my photoperiod plants though... so I decided to go ahead and give everything a solid feeding of Foop Bloom 1, 2 and Sweetener. Also top dressed the Lion Claw and mulched with rice straw to help with the soil drying out a bit too quickly. She's a big plant for being in a 5-gallon pot. I have a sneaking suspicion that my neighbor didn't water them quite enough while I was gone. Will probably continue with the Foop feedings... probably once per week. Don't want to overdo it. 8/4 LIGHTLY sprayed with gravenstein apple FFJ and OHN. 8/6 LIGHTLY sprayed base soil area with neem oil / castile soap mixture.

These little girls seem to be recovering from being neglected in the seedling station. Finally starting to green out and perk up. Just been hitting them with microbe bombs, and it does take some time for the microbes to turn up the engine,

I dried it for 8 days and got me 42 grams and 2 grams of hash and if you think about a small one it was pretty full.

Well all these ladies had a major growth spurt. My lights are at the max height now so I hope they are done. Good news though the Gorilla zkittles and Red diesel are showing bud forming, so hopefully I can count on them to be done stretching now. Started them I defoliated pretty good on day 7 I started them on the rhino skin once I got something to keep it turning in my reservoir. I also top dressed 1/2 cup of compost mix and hit them with a light top feed of recharge. Looking forward to seeing these ladies pack on weight in the new few weeks.

The buds are covered in a thick layer of trichomes and resin, so much that the color of the bud is almost hidden under a silverish layer. I added a lot of pictures but pics are not so good this time. The combination of green sensation + terra aquatica's pro bloom (former general hydroponic ghe) has caused this severe looking lockout, but the buds are firm, next to rocksolid i think. Smell is intoxicatingly strong, going to check everyday from now on the trichs, dont want no more than 50%amber

Day 7 i I transplanted the seedlings in jiffy’s to the DWC basket water level was “just” touching the bottom of the basket which meant there was 1mm- 2mm air gap between the water level and the jiffy’s. The high pressured air in the water to spit when air was released at the top which kept the bottom of the jiffy moist which had minimal roots showing to the exterior of it. Day 7-13 I originally had 7.5 litres of water that was to the bottom of the basket. I replaced the water on the 13th which meant the water was changed after 6 days at such an early stage I will regularly change the water in the buckets. You can change every 7-14days but I am taking no chances. I refilled and added nutrients on Day 13 which was yesterday. And the plants are doing really well and are a nice VEG green colour. Hard to tell on the pictures with the light colour but you can see their progress. When I replaced the water this week I put 6.5L of water in each bucket With nutrients PH’d as close to 5.8 as possible. Some varied from 5.72 - 5.9. I have noted these on each bucket so that I can check if one does better than the others or shows deformities or stress I can amend it to match the others but hopefully not in such a close proximity of 5.8ph with an EC of 700+- The roots are now showing in every pot with the longest being some 6inches. The new Wakyme grow light is top notch so far with VEG button on only. Anyone contemplating buying one it cost me £99.00 from amazon and so far is performing just how I would like. Humidity has been taken care of with a cold air intake fan which is pulled from another area of the building of a cooler environment. Temperatures are spot on where I want them but I do allow a 2degree +- allowance but it does change back to its original temperature quickly enough. 5 more speed bud germinated and 2peyote critical feminised photoperiod germinated. Crystal candy XL auto ordered x10 Gorilla glue, Pineapple Express and Cali Kush waiting in the wings. I have these already If I can be anymore help to anyone let me know. Aug 2: Tropicana Cookies FF is three weeks younger than my two biggest plants (Sunday Punch EV and Mimosa Shot) and two weeks younger than Lemon Cream Kush. This is a very strong plant and is progressing very well. This wagon with LCK started force flowering a week later than the other wagon and will go another week longer. TC is now the tallest of the four plants despite being the youngest. Aug 5: now done force flowering after 2.5 weeks. Plants in this wagon are getting too big to easily get into garage. Continuing to use far red light as a bloom booster at dusk. Back to 15.5 h of daylight in the backyard now. Aug 7: now 51 inches so she’s had a quick vertical growth spurt. Looking very happy with leaves ‘praying’ upwards nicely.
