What a Journey, I enjoyed this "Egghunt " so much Last Decemmber @Silky_smooth, wrote me, if i want to participate into a Challenge called " Egghunt" That means growing a Plant from Seed into 50g Of Soil// Medium That means as much as fit into an Eggshell. So i did not think a lot and said yes. And the " EGGHUNT" begun. I started looking for funny // sweet little Growcontainers, and I found some Fancy ones. Black Sheeps, white Sheeps, ( Eggcups) , and some Tealightholders, one like a Rabbit, and a " Bridge" i filled Soil into the Cups, and Into the Sheepcups were under 10 gram of Soil. The " cups" from the Bridge had 35 g Sooooo... challenge accepted!! In the Beginning it was hard to me not to overwater them.But they Mastered my drownings very well After 14 Days i had to manage the Feeding of the Girls. Until that time they only got Beneficals and the Nutes from the 10g Soil. But i got some help from my Growmies, how to feed them , ( not over and underfeed).....Stoney gave me the Hint for an EC of 1000-1200 And so i did it I mixed bigger amounts of Feedingsolution, and the little Cups were diving into the Feedingsolution daily. I could see they got nice color and look fresh again. The bigger they got, the more they liked to drink Then i switched after 5 Weeks from Vegetation into Floweringmode. So they were diving 2 times in the Day into the Feedingsolution. not every Day, but very often.. From there on, it became much easier to me. Because i could see what they need. And the Fun began. Buds were swelling, and Flowers were smelling. In the last 2 Weeks i topdressed with laygranules, to keep humidity into the Cups Until we reached Today.. So Today i cut them and ooked into the cups, and i got to say,,, i could snot see any sooil, only ROOTS.... Solid , totally woven Roots. Most of the Soil was flushed away from the divings. But Plants looked good until last Day CONCLUSION: I learned so much in this Challenge.I learned so much about Watering/Feeding.. and having Fun on the Little Things I feel like i have Grown, together with my little Plants. I feel very confident to do Soilless/ DWC or any other grow hahaha... I feel like i can grow everything... Day 172. Some strains ended up frosty, smelly and nuggy, so I already have 76 g from first Strawberry, rest should bring some buds too, couple plants will go untrimmed to my friends as presents, one was already given away ... Think I will have like 300 g easy, and my friends got same amount as presents. Not a bad project, with loads of issues, happily almost no care was given or needed, so I count it as a result achieved : 1. I know that Hermie is bringing other hermies. 2. UK weather is only for autos, that lesson should be learnt long time ago, but I still hope to find mold resilient strain... No updates or other strain harvests will be done, have no time to play ... It's like providing a VIP treatment, pampering the flowers as they reach their peak potency. Speaking of peak, I must admit, I've become quite the trichome enthusiast. Every day, I examine those tiny resinous structures, observing their development with a level of dedication that might make my Medusa think I'm an extraterrestrial trichome investigator. Flowering day 77 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Day 135. Girl stinks a hell, cant move her to smaller tent and my new fan is delayed, so is new diary. Still in doubts what to do, dont want to postpone next run deep into summer, too hot at mines ... Day 137. Girl was moved to new home, humidity was at highest 50, hope during night i wont get bud rot, have no outfan still... Day 138. Girl was fed with last nutes, from now just phed water, hope she will last 3 weeks minimum. Have a feeling that she dont like it, but got humidity in mid 40ties maybe we will make it ;) Day 140. After filter instalation i created negative presure, plus inside fan moved air and tent was too small for this girl, her walls were breathing, so one head rubed heavily, all glued to flat ;)) Had many budrot cases and they were starting from a lot smaller incident, prevention is the key, plus i want to try out that stinky beuty ;)

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. This week was very relaxing, i add only PH+ (again ;), Calmag and PowerZyme. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. I moved my fastbuds plants under my new ELUFAH UAP-1500… from the start this light seems like it’s way more than 50 watts brighter than my other light. This light is going to be amazing. I’m already loving it. Can’t wait for grow pros to release more products from ELUFAH… Papapayton is doing great it’s at that stage it’s about to explode in a week or so

I had never done such extreme defoliation, I feel nervous to see the result, I hope this technique helps to increase the growth of flowers and not make it slower.
