This week is all about achieving environment consistency in my garage during winter months in Western Canada. Playing around with a mix of appliances and variables to get good temp and humidity.

Day 64 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 11-19 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. I started into the tenth week with an intense check of the main buds. Some of the trichomes are milky but the most are still clear. Maybe I‘m wrong. Some days ago I could spot some amber trichomes but the flowers expanded and it‘s not possible to find anymore amber ones. Watered 500ml pure rainwater. Day 65 🌤️☁️🌥️☁️ Today Tropicana needs a rest. She just want to sit and do nothing except waiting for sunshine warming her heart. In the evening she asked for water, potting soil lost enough weight. 600ml with 60ml light fermented flower and herb tee. ~100 ml drainage with PH 6,2. In the main flower it was possible to find a small amount of amber trichomes. Day 66 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-21 degrees, humidity 45-65%. This morning I understood, that Tropicana was not thirsty yesterday, she need to breath oxygen with her roots to feel happy. The beautiful smell is way not so intense since last night. I missed the strong smell when I opened the door to our balcony in the early morning. So no watering yesterday would be better. And my banana peel tee is not free of nitrogen, same with the herb and flower tee. Less is more will be written in my diary in the next days (weeks). Watching Trichome TV: I see more amber and I see that she needs more time after all this stress which I made for her. She told me that she is not only sick of water, she told me, that she hate to be moved all the time, too. Every move from A to B she would loose tiny roots and this would stress her a lot. When I checked the moisture I spotted too many of this root fly castings. Their mamas and papas had their orgie about a week ago and now they are eating the mulch layer roots as if there will be no morning. This is not Tropicanas day. But the sun is shining and tomorrow will be another day. Hopefully with a nose full of this tasty fruity and woody citrus smell. Day 67 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-19 degrees, humidity 42-80%. This morning the smell was more intensive like yesterday but still not like before. The leafs show the first signs of fading and I‘m very nervous. This night will fall a lot of rain for several hours. But a part of our balcony is canopied, so Tropicana will be a little bit protected by me this night. I don‘t want to make another mistake, so I use this possibility. Anyway the plants are always wet after a strong rain, it‘s just a little canopy, but not soaked with water. Day 68 🌧️☁️⛅️🌤️ 15-21 degrees and the humidity is 74-85%. Tropicana feels better. The smell this morning was much more intensive then the days before. Day 69 ⛅️🌤️🌥️☁️ 15-22 degrees, humidity 46-89%. Tropicanas flowers are swelling and while she is maturing her smell is getting more intense and complex. Right now mandarin and an earthy woody smell, sometimes even a bit sour like a mixture of pineapple and lime juice. It‘s possible to find new colors in the flowers. There’s purple and pink, orange and ocher brown appeared. Tropicanas main flower looks like the harvest time is near, but the trichomes are still clear and just started to get milky. Anyway she is incredible fast, especially if to remember the extrem conditions with minimal temperature around ten degrees in the early mornings. Day 70 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 63-94%. In the next days we will have humid thunderstorm weather. There is even a warning for huge hailstones for tomorrow. So there is a risk of damage and mold because of high humidity. I will have an eye on this. Tropicana looks healthy, so I‘m not worrying too much anymore.

The buds aren't very swollen, really the size of a golf ball 😋 But veeery dense and strong 💪👍 like nuts 😬

Die Ernte wird in Dryferm Bags getrocknet, habe ich schon bei einer anderen Pflanzen aus probiert. Hat super geklappt, auch wenn man erst Mal denkt das das doch garnicht gehen kann in einer Tüte.

Flowering day 18 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) The ladies have recovered well from the cold thanks to the heating mat and have developed beautifully 👍. During the check today I saw that despite spraying neem oil 3 times, there are still a few trips :-( . Now I've ordered nematodes again specifically against trips for leaf and substrate. I will use that immediately 👍. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.3 l (nutrients see table above) Next week I will remove the lowermost shoots so that the energy goes into the upper buds. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water and put into the 100 liter tank so that the water can stand and I'll have enough next week :-) Otherwise everything was cleaned. Eva Seeds High Level 6 weeks of Flowering Completed 8th March 2020 Hi Everyone 😀 Well both of my High level plants are going off!! The buds are stacking up and getting very Stinky!! 😍 I reckon 3 more weeks for Plant 1 and a little longer for plant 2 . That way I can make a judgement On perfect harvest times for this particular strain. This Plant is drinking Gallons of water now and I'm supplementing waterings with High tea and worm castings tea. Checked Ph and soil temp and was 6.4 and 22c Its becoming ultra sticky and smelly now and I'll be needing to sample this one pre cure for sure 😈 I'm a devil but I just wont be able to wait for this one . 😂 Thanks for reading this weeks update Leave a like if you wish & I'll catch you next week 👍

Ran out of room to raise my light more so i turned the intensity down from 80% to 69% giggity. The white hairs coming out of the buds stopped looking burnt and withered so I think my PPFD lower is better. My lame little dehumidifier is doing its best but these girls are moisture machines, transpiring like crazy. 58% RH is about as low as is possible. Many leaves have been removed to promote airflow and even light distribution as well as lower relative humidity. Lower larf has been removed without prejudice. The Jealousy would have been an unorganized massive bush without training and defoliation. It made so many bud sites. I love these genetics. When i do a trim the leaves smell so good on both plants. Fastbuds is the truth. Despite some minor mistakes and a few signs of suboptimal conditions these girls push on growing. Trust your insticts, listen to your girls! Can't wait for each of them to finish out. Giving them hopefully their full amount of water, less with the auto as it was stunted by the 12/12.

She looking healthy. Node spacing is just how I like it. No complaints at all. Doing the bigger strip next week

Another week is here, this grow everything go very very well... Without problems, plant looks nice, ph is stable, temperature is stable. Next week i add some co2 :)

Day 49 - Added a 1500 mL dehumidifier to the tent setup in an attempt to keep the relative humidity below or around 50%. Day 50 - Lady 2 is starting to smell really fruity when I put my nose right up to the colas. I can't wait to see how she'll smoke. Day 51 - The dehumidifier is collecting water from the air, but the tent is reading above 60%RH right now. It did just rain in my area so that definitely isn't helping my humidity control. I think it would be higher without the dehumidifier. I'll be checking periodically to see if it was worth buying that small dehumidifier. Day 53 - Right now my tent is at around 52%RH and the dehumidifier has collected around 800-900 mL of water, so averaging about 200-225 mL of water a day. I think that's not to bad and will help me keep the humidity lower than outside humidity.
