Hallo und herzlich Willkommen zurück 😸☀️diese Woche war das Wetter leider immer noch nicht so schön aber das wird schon werden ☀️☀️☀️ ich habe diese Woche bei meinem Auqarium einen Teil Wasser wechsel gemacht , ich benutze einen Teil des Aquarium Wassers für meine Pflanzen. Meiner Erfahrung nach belebt das Auqarium Wasser mit dem Fischmullm und den Microben das Bodenleben. Da reines Auqarium Wasser aber auch nicht gut für die Pflanzen ist meiner Erfahrung nach muss man es mischen. Ich mische 2 Liter Aquarium Wasser mit 8 Liter Leitungswasser. Der Ph des Gießwassers Stelle ich bei jungen Pflanzen meistens auf 6.0 ein. Ich hoffe euch und euren Pflanzen geht's gut 😺 bis nächste Woche 👋

Week 2 of flower Bud structure is good visible now. I increased the ec to 1.6 just to give them a boost, i will lower it a little next time. In a few days when they stop stretching i will do a big defoliation. I have a little issue with trips, i see the marks on the leave but not a big investation YET. I will spray them down with canna cure.

Defoliated this week and it feels way better – canopy is opened up nicely with better airflow and light penetration. The plants are really starting to stack and the white pistils are everywhere now. Nectar and Something Good are my favorites right now, both looking super strong and full. Rainbow Melon is doing okay, just semi nice compared to the other two. Overall everything is healthy, the stretch settled well, and the setup is handling it smooth. Excited to see how they bulk up from here.

Smell has become very strong. Fruity, pineapple, buds are flowering very fast for a Sativa. I will soon have to hang a net to give the plants support.

She is smelling so strong and stacking nicely, the buds are dense and super shiny and covered in tricombs. So far there’s more cloudy than clear but no Amber yet will keep y’all updated :)

The stretch is amazing! This plant is a real sky king! Buds are really stacking well on most of the branches. A major recovery from the massive defoliation from last week! Internodes are Sativa like. Branchy. BHB 1 is a monster! Around 19 viable bud sites. She's taaall. Lollipopped the lower quadrant for airflow and to redirect the growth where it is needed. BHB 2 is the shorter, slightly younger plant. Shorter and has about 1-12 bud sites. Five branches are taller than the rest (This is a similar trend in #1). The buds are looking healthy. I do get the occasional burnt leaf from my heater at night. Another week of stretching and another big defoliation and that problem should have sorted itself out. Just found out my res temp is at 62°F. I've started the circulation fan in my insulated box in sync with my exit fan. When it gets too warm, it'll start not only my exit fan, but also the box fan. Should raise the temp gradually back up to 65°. Where I like it. Still, no one has complained. Growth was/is still vigorous and healthy! Keeping the PPMs at around 800-900. Going to do a straight water flush for 24 hours, then start again at 500 PPMs or so. In soil I've always done periodic flushes throughout the cycle of the plant. Usually twice in veg. Once at around 6 weeks and another at transition. The third is at week four of flower and the last is the obligatory final flush. 24-48 hours after the flushes, there is a strong and vigorous spurt from the plant. three days later 'in soil' I go back to nutrients. DWC requires much less time to do the same thing, so 24 hours, it is! I've done two flushes so far and the experience in DWC is the same. Just faster. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already. Although the root rot is essentially gone, I continue to brew my microbe tea using Advanced Nutrients Tarantula. I add a litre every forty eight hours to each plants res. This is just prevention at this point. There is so much peat moss and soil left in the root ball when transplanted from their soil, it just seems prudent. Future grows will be done 'sterile. With no organic material or biosphere (microbes)... unless we run into problems again. With the res temps so low, I don't think it'll be an issue. 🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, daily photos of the plant will be posted! 📸🌱 Day 62 - Last-Minute Decisions with Urgent Changes 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! Due to the trichome pictures I took on Day 61—which you can check out too—I’ve made an unexpected decision to harvest my plant a bit earlier than planned and make some changes. 🌿 Watering and Flushing: The last time I watered was on Day 61, using all the usual nutrients at the doses I mentioned before. But after seeing the trichome pictures, I decided to start a light flush today. I gave the plant 4 liters of plain water to begin flushing and will now only water lightly on Day 64. After that, no more water until harvest on Day 67. 🌑 Dark Period: From Day 66 to Day 67, I plan to keep the plant in darkness. I’m not entirely sure if this will make a difference, but I’m curious to try it out. ✂️ Defoliation: The plant is doing well, and I’ve done a thorough defoliation. I removed all leaves that aren’t sugar leaves or directly attached to the buds to improve air circulation and reduce the risk of mold as I approach the end of the grow. 💭 Trimming Decisions: I’m still undecided about whether to do a wet trim or a dry trim. Based on what I’ve read, especially regarding the yield from trim, I’m leaning towards dry trimming, as it might give me more usable trim material. I can feel the plant entering its final phase, and I’m getting really excited about the results and what the next few days will bring. Remember, I post a video update every day. The ladies are thriving and loving the Advanced Nutrients Organic Line. The smell in the tent is amazing I could literally breathe that air in all day! My CandyLand has been the biggest through all three plants lifecycles. But all three are looking strong and healthy. The lights will be transitioned into the flowering schedule throughout the week.
