Flora fourth week!!

First week of flowering was interesting, started scrOG training looks like I’m exposing the plant to grow more cola’s crossing my fingers on this. The aroma of the plant is starting to get stronger.

Little Soaptini is hanging in there. It's definitely not the biggest plant in the bunch, but there's something so cute about it. The leaves have this adorable little curve to them, almost like tiny martini glasses. I'm excited to see how this underdog develops. Last week was awesome! I finally got around to giving all my plants a little upgrade – I repotted them into some bigger homes. They're all looking so happy and healthy now, it's crazy. I can't wait to see how much they grow this year!

End of week 4 marking around the half way point as both strains both have 8-9 week flower periods. Runtz Muffin #1 already looks like it's going to have more of a longer airy bud structure compared to the others

We picked up the cuttings for the GanjOS Lab from High4Life on December 30th and put them in our propagator for around 3 days for acclimatization.

Week 3 💚 8th - 15th of February 2021

F week 5. Leaves got brown spots and are dry. I think my light was too close and maybe some cal-mag issue too. I lifted light higher and changed the nutes in the reservoir. Let's see if that helps.

👇👇👇👇👇👇 It's been raining a lot here in Thailand these days. The plant is staying indoors under LED lighting most of the time. Humidity peaks at 90%, and I'm watering once a day. Gradually increased EC from 400 to 800 (200 to 400 PPM). Plants are hungry for extra EC. Started adding silica after the second node appeared.

I’m at the home stretch now. Two weeks till harvest. This grow has flown by! The buds are really swelling. They don’t yet look as big as some of the clusters on the last harvest. But those were all untrained and had way fewer bud sites. The difference this time is there are way more buds. PH is now good too. Soil is 6.5-7.0 in most tests. I’ve just given the final feed. From now on I’m just flushing them with PH adjusted water. The Biobizz nutes are PH neutral. I suspect micro organisms in the soil are raising the PH with their waste. I’ll always add PH- to the feed from now on. There are rusty spots appearing on some of the leaves of the most stretched plant. Possibly low in magnesium. I’ve feed with calmag. The affected leaves were all close to one of the lights though. Maybe that has something to do with it? Temps and humidity are bang on. The rig in the tent is keeping the temps in the high 20s. Outside the tent it is sometimes dropping into the high teens. The humidity in the tent is around 50%. About 10-15% down on the outside room. I’m really pleased with the impact of training Seems to have had on the plants. The LST, topping and super cropping has definitely had an impact. Even with autos. Ok. So one plant stalled. It was the weakest plant, was late and was not planted in the centre of the pot. I should have LSTed only. But I topped it. Pushed it too far. I’ve learnt a massive amount on this grow.

Minor leaf miner activity, but dont feel like treating it with neem this late. i just remove those leaves or the infected finger. such a resilient plant. the hailstorm definitely did some damage but she healed nicely. definitely going to have a lot of popcorn nugs but whatever, the yield should still be great barring mold/rot/mildew. wish she'd finish in about 2 weeks because the nights are getting colder and humidity/rain will only increase from here, but she has at least 3 weeks left - pistils arent even turning brown yet. no signs of bud rot, had a scare last week but it was just a tiny feather

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. This week is dedicated to finalizing the pot and nutrients for the rest of the lifecycle, looks like it took to the nutrients very well not much new upwards growth but new leaf sites appeared!

All plants growing well , buds developing well. Fat banana much stronger against the feeding then the Bubble Kush Auto, but still both growing well and dense buds .

Ginger nut cookies and Aussie Music Videos update 20th Feb 2020 On Monday just past, I started to leave this plant out at night thus reducing light hours to the same as a regular outdoors Plant. This should induce flowering as all my other Photoperiod dependent strains are now in Flowering mode. Thru the use of Topping and LST training I have managed to create lots of potential bud sites for this plant to develop into lovely sticky and stinky Buds. Later on today I will do some more LST & As soon as I see pistils developing I will begin to add P+K to the soil by using Guano , Mollasses , Liquid potash, comfrey teas ,Compost teas and Worm castings. The smell of the stems is increasing in strength and has a blend of Red diesel stink mixed with cookies dankness. 😛 Now for the Weekly Music Videos yes I say videos because there will be three 🙏 Last week I chose The Divinyls but this week I thought I would do something different and ask the People what they wanted to hear. Putting 12 plants in aero

Last week of flowering and will be cut !!! Very well formed by dense heads along the branches. I just cut one top of the plant and it gave very good results! I smell the fruit! I have made some flush due to nutrients that i gave during flowering...💪
