Week 2 has gone just as well as I'd like it too! I had an accident during the week where I had dropped a sticky bug trap on one of my girls, this led to me accidentally ripping off a fan leaf and a half, but she seems to have come out of it just fine! (Thankfully). I have been feeding 1/3 strength nutes the past few feeds, stepping it up from 1/4. I will be watering until I see runoff from now on to prevent nutrients from building up in the coco. Update(day 15, 4/12/20) Today I purchased a new oscillating fan, co2 bags and a new hygrometer that hooks up to my phone and shows me stats. The girls have been putting in a lot of work over the past 24 hours. I also had a Purple Punch photo seed sprout today which I may be turning into a mother plant. I will be starting a diary for this girl too. Update (Day 16 5/12/20) Second purple punch photo popped today, going to keep 1 inside and give the other to my mom to take care of. The girls got their first 1/4 dose of calmag today fed at 6ph due to all the nutrients settling there.( I do have ph +/- but I'm going to try run this whole grow at 5.8-6.2. Update (Day 17 6/12/20) Plants seem happy today. Fan leaves producing a the pre-existing nodes are starting to shoot out quite rapidly. Unfortunately, my streets power went out today for ~90 minutes, I opened the tent, windows and doors to get any light in I could, thankfully the power came back on shortly after. I fed the girls today with very little run-off(I'm trying to perfect the amount of water they need). Update (Day 18 7/12/20) The girls have jumped up over night! I wont be feeding today as I'd like the coco to dry out quite a bit more. Update (Day 19 8/12/20 Gave the girls a small feed today with very little run-off Everything seems to be going well so far, I'm very thankful! Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. Week 9

Starts smell a little bit. Getting bigger

Gorilla Zkittles is looking the strongest and biggest so far but all 7 seem pretty healthy. Best smells coming from the Purple Strawberry Sherbert, wow something else🤤🤤🤤 the temperatures are dropping and nighttime’s are soon gonna be to cold in my little room. Possibly another timed heater to go in there to come on as the lights fade. Humidity almost under control i think I should be able to keep the tent at or around 50% fingers crossed, but that’s another few pence on electricity😕.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Start of week 7 and plants are taking off The indica dominate phenos are showing signs of crowning and the sativa dominate phenos budlets are starting to connect. 2 more weeks of fertilizer then straight water till harvest.( 10 week flower) Also killed off 6 sativa dominate ( clones) they just take too long to set their flowers.

Harvest Update – Jixer (Exotic Genetix) Jixer has officially been harvested. This plant finished out beautifully with strong color expression and incredible resin production. Purple hues became very prominent across the top canopy while the lower buds stayed mostly green, giving the plant a really nice contrast at harvest. The plant produced enough flower to completely fill my Cannatrol Cool Cure, so final weight is still unknown until the buds finish the drying and curing process and are fully trimmed. Appearance & Structure • Top canopy developed deep purple coloration late in flower • Under-canopy buds remained bright green • Dense, well-stacked flower sites • Heavy trichome coverage across all buds and sugar leaves • Extremely sticky resin production Aroma Strong notes of pine cleaner with a sharp citrus edge, very loud once branches were cut. Equipment Performance Lighting: HLG 225 Diablo X LED performed exceptionally well. Bud density and trichome production were excellent under this fixture. Nutrients: The New Millennium nutrient lineup worked amazingly through the entire run. The plant stayed healthy throughout flower and finished with strong terpene and resin development. Harvest Notes • Entire plant harvested and loaded into the Cannatrol • Buds are currently beginning the Cool Cure process • Final dry weight will be determined after drying and trimming First Impressions This cultivar turned out extremely sticky with heavy trichome coverage. Resin production is some of the best I’ve seen in this tent. Very promising smoke once curing is complete.

So far so good. This is week 2 or 3of flowering and no issues so far. The fan leave are starting to thin out but I guess that Normal in the flowering stage. The only question I have in this stage is what should my humidity but for the flower stage ? I heard any where from 60-40?

Fed both on Day 46. The Caramel cream likes to EAT! R/O is high again. I’ll monitor again during the week to see if this is an issue. Day 50: ph water feed w/ calimagic. Moved into larger tent to prepare for flowering soon. Added additional lighting as well flowering. Grow on.
