[ Information ] For all grow information, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] (Flower) Day 1 - Light intensity increased to 65%. C02 increased to 1300ppm average. Day temp/humidity 85/70 (1-1.2VPD), night temp/humidity 75/65 (.8-1VPD). Fed a diluted compost tea mixture before lights on. Base water was R/O and tap water mixed lightly with silica and Tribus microbes. Tea was a mixture of Fish Hydrolysate, Bat Guano, Molasses, Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, and Earthworm Castings. 8 gallons of tea were added to 72 gallons of water mixture for an 80gal batch total. The batch was mixed for a half hour before feeding to the room. I did not PH or PPM test the mixture, organic material is hard to get an accurate PPM reading so the numbers are useless to me. I will be working to bring the lights to 100% power over this first week of flower. Day 4 - Light intensity increased daily, currently at 90%. Will raise to full power tomorrow. C02 increased to 1800ppm average. Temp and humidity for day and night are still the same. Lights were raised slightly to maintain 12 inches from canopy height, and a few growth nodes that were above the canopy got topped. Watered today with an 80gal (1.25gal p/pot) mixture, 10% tap 90% r/o water. 6.8 PH, 2.2ec. Foliar sprayed yesterday before lights off with a neem mixture for weekly IPM. Canopies are stretching relatively evenly, though I will be adding in support nets within a few days to help maintain the even spread. I've run this strain before so I'm fairly confident that I know what to expect during these few stretch weeks. Day 7 - Lights have been at 100% since day 5. C02 still 1800-2000ppm on average. Plants are stretching quickly into the lights, I have yet to readjust their height. The best growth usually happens when I do nothing, and I've done almost nothing the past couple days besides enjoy the unusually warm spring weather my area is currently experiencing. Watered today, 100gal (1.5gal p/pot) mixture, <1ec. Mainly an organic feeding for microbe health, also wanted a bit more runoff than normal due to the high ec feeding previously.

I’m still removing some leaves everyday, I prefer only removing a few leaves but instead of taking just the lowest ones I pick some from every part of the plant. I’ve had good results so far with giving the lower buds a bit more light through this “method”. I’ve seen a lot of online tutorials recommend exclusively removing leaves from the lowest 2-5 sections and a lot in one setting but rarely instead. What’s your experience with defoliation? Do you prefer one or another method? I’m currently watering once per week, giving her 5-7 liters with fertilisers over a few hours. She’s only getting watered again when the substrate is dry in the first few inches. I’m thinking about getting a cloth-pot for the next grow for better oxygen supply. Also, it’s way too early to take a look under the microscope but I think I’ll take one anyways. see ya

Did some defol and a little Lollipoping this week to get light to the lower budsites. The Ethos cookies Rbx are my favorite's so far this run, they stacking up like crazy👌 The Rosso Corsa, so far so good not stacking as nice as the Cookies, but she a verry sweet smelling stinky one, can't wait on this one Gorilla Breath, this is the one i did the most devol/lollipoping on, this little girl was bushy AF. ( excuse my French ) gonna keep a close eye on her this week deu to her Gorilla line-up ( Herm sensitive ) i might have went a bit to hard on her, time will tell. Rock on Growmies 💚

Empezamos (Día 8) nuestra segunda semana de vegetación de nuestras Sweet Seeds Tropicanna Poison XL. Tienen 13 días de vida desde la germinación y se están regando con un pulverizador con agua de osmosis con CALMAG. Las plantas están creciendo sanas y fuertes y están empezando a desarrollar sus primeras hojas de verdad. Estamos emocionados de ver cómo se desarrollan en las próximas semanas. 👽

So, with the harvest complete and the dry finished, the rest is now going into jars for the final cure and storage. Overall I enjoyed this grow, it needed minimal interventions and had a smaller work load compared to the other grows. The amount of dried flowers is 752g (1.11gpw) so a decent haul, I threw a lot of B grade buds in the hash bag due to the large number of low level flowering sites (I need to rethink my canopy management) and also with the lack of stretch after flipping made the internodal spacing a bit too tight. Managed to extract 215g of grade a hash from her as well which I have pressed into a slab (pictures). I learned many things along the way, namely root health and the importance of keeping organic additions as low as possible. I also decided to try out clones for my next run, just to get a little more canopy and growth consistency - those of which are in an aeroponics tub at the moment waiting to root (picture). Hope you guys had an alright week, the rain and floodings here in Europe has wreaked havoc on my outdoor garden, however this diary isn't about my Chamelauciums, its about that sticky green stuff. and boy this lady has started her stretch! I think I might have made the right call flipping her when I did because I can tell she's going to stretch big. Made adjustments to a couple of things this week; my bucket needed more oxygen, so I got a bigger pump and I have fixed my temperature issue by Literally just aiming an air-conditioner at the back of my tent, where my air pump is and as a result, now my water remains a chill 18 degrees! I also need to start keeping my tent closed, even though I absolutely love watching my plants during the day, some critters have made their way inside, eating at the leaves, for now in veg I don't really mind all that much, but I don't want any creepy crawlies when flowers start forming, those are mine and mine alone, not sharing those with any grasshoppers! I recommend keeping a go pro or something in your tent, its quite fun to observe grow, like how the leaves droop 20 minutes before lights out, and start praying upwards before light comes on, these plants really do get into a sleep like rhythm. doing a diary in general just adds a whole lot to the hobby, whether you do a private catalogue, or public, try it! This week I made a special video tour of the grow room, hope you like it. The Euphoria (my best creation) is doing great. Feeling good, sucking huge amounts of water and increasing her buds. Next week I’ll stop with Big Bud and will start giving her some Overdrive. This means we’re almost done here. and another week has passed. she is developing very well. she tolerated the FIMing very well and she is getting really bushy. i have changed the fertiliser from biobizz-grow to biobizz-fishmix.
