Because they light was not enough, I put them under the lamp and added a ventilator to stabilize them. Im waiting for better weather to grow them outside.

At harvest day I just cut off the stem and let them dry hanging over as complete plant and will trim them afterwards. Smell is killing me, whole house is smelling like haze. Had a lot of work to separate the roots off the soil.

This week not much happen

Day 58, 7th of November 2020: The 6th day since the lamp switched to be 12/12. I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plants remain in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... They look good and strech is on the way..... These Original Sensible ones are having really nice smell :) Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;)

This week has been really hard. Until this week the electricity was turned off on average once every two days, for 4 hours in the evening peak time. But the last 7 days the electricity is turned off twice or thrice a day also for 4 hours. I think that in this case it is better to reduce the light day and slowly started to reduce it at the beginning of flowering, and already reduced it from 18 to 16 hours, and that was a bad idea (((: The temperature outside was already around 30 degrees in the shade, and it rained almost every evening, as a result, the air humidity up to 65-70% so it was impossible to leave the girls in a closed box without a working fan. I had to cover the windows and work with my hands waving a piece of cardboard)))), adding back 30 minutes of evening sun outside the window each day. Same story since morning, but this more positive, we meet the morning sun, and move around the whole apartment behind the light frame of the window, running away from the shadow))) the main thing is that the morning is sunny, because will have to continue working with a piece of cardboard until the light is turned on (((: Also, as you can see in the first photo, I installed a large fan and removed the lower wall of the box, because the ventilation system did not help ((: Looks crazy but I already like it, new challenges and new experiences all the time, big plus a good habit to wake up at dawn! So no matter what, we are happy and breathe deeper 😍

🌱 Grow Diary Update — Sour Diesel Week 4 | First week of flower (12/12) This week, the spotlight is on Sour Diesel, because she clearly stood out from the rest of the room — and when one plant speaks louder than the others, we listen. ⸻ 📍 Quick recap (so everyone is on the same page) • Sour Diesel just entered week 6 / first week of flower • She was running on Autopots with mineral-only feed • Organics and amendments were removed from the Autopot system • The rest of the room handled this change fine • She did not She started showing: • Droopy posture • Loss of vigor • Early deficiency-type signals • A general “I’m not comfortable” look Important detail: 👉 She was the only plant reacting like this. ⸻ 🌿 Why this happened (the key lesson) Sour Diesel is an old-school genetic, and not all strains respond the same way to abrupt system changes. In her case: • She was previously thriving with organics + minerals • Removing organics reduced: • Nutrient complexity • Biological buffering • Availability of secondary elements • This happened right at the transition into flower, when demand increases sharply On top of that, we had environmental pressure: • Outside temps: ~4°C • Outside humidity: ~98% • Room stabilized at: 21°C / 58% RH Those conditions are acceptable — but combined with: • Feed change • Flower transition • Genetic sensitivity …it was enough for her to react. ⸻ 🚿 Why we took her off Autopots Autopots are great — but they’re not universal. We removed her from the Autopot regimen because: • She needed immediate, tailored feeding • She wasn’t responding well to mineral-only delivery • Hand-feeding lets us: • Adjust EC gently • Reintroduce organics • Observe response feed by feed This wasn’t a system failure — it was a plant-specific decision. ⸻ Current feeding strategy (now) • Medium: hand-fed (off Autopots) • EC: 1.43 • pH: 5.9 • Full recipe: organics + minerals • Added: CalMag Pro Why CalMag Pro? • We’re using rainwater + humidifier water, which is very soft • Low calcium & magnesium availability can show fast in flower • This is both: • A corrective move for her • A preventive move for the whole room Meanwhile, the rest of the Autopot system is running: • 2.29 EC • pH 6.0 • Mineral-only • Other plants are stable and happy ⸻ 🌬️ Environment (current) • Lights: stable • Airflow: good • Temp: ~21°C • RH: ~58% Nothing extreme — but this shows how context + timing + genetics matter more than numbers alone. ⸻ 🔮 What we expect (and what we don’t) What we expect: • Gradual recovery, not overnight • Leaf posture improving first • New growth responding before old leaves • Stability over speed What we don’t expect: • Instant “fix” • Old damage to reverse • Her to behave exactly like the rest of the room From now on, she’ll simply need a bit more attention than her sisters — and that’s okay. ⸻ 🧠 The bigger takeaway This is a perfect example of why: • There is no single “best way” • Systems are tools, not rules • Genetics always get a vote • Listening beats forcing We’re not chasing perfection — we’re responding with intention. So all good this week, All are still looking healthy & happy apart from the weirdo SP2. There’s amber trichomes so it’s coming down on the weekend. Such weird thing so small & weird but matured really quickly. Gonna dry & then attempt to smoke it - damn straight. Who knows might be chronic right. Also just starting to see some yellowing on bottom leaves of SP3. Was planning a top dress this week anyway but may have left it a few days late. Still this is the longest I’ve kept them looking this healthy and I’ll know for next time so I’m still happy. The big drama this week was a giant fucken Hornet got in the tent while I had it open watering the girls. It was MASSIVE like bigger than my thumb. I wasn’t brave enough to deal with head on but gave it smack with 3 ft bamboo cane and ran out the room and shut the door behind me. I think it’s flew out the window and is gone. But that was 2 days ago and I’m still shitting myself everytime I open the tent in case it’s in there waiting to get me. Hey there! So week 2 came with a couple of issues, my hometown (Wich is in Argentina, southern hemisphere) went through a heat wave, I did my best to try and keep the temp down inside, but my indoor was in a room without ac, so off to a slow 2 week too... This seed and most of the grow equipment was given to me and my intention was to made more seeds out of it and gift them for the second cannabis expo in Argentina.

Quick recap — seed to now (for anyone joining late) • 🌱 12/12 from seed • LSD genetics showing consistency and vigor • Early structure set without aggressive training • Environment prioritized over chasing charts • Feed increased gradually, never pushed • Plants transitioned naturally into flower • Defoliation timed after structure was established, not before This is calm, intentional growing. No panic moves. Why we changed nothing (and why that’s not doing nothing) Your room conditions: • 🌡️ Day temp: ~28 °C • 💧 RH: ~65% • ⚡ EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • 📏 Height: ~40–80 cm • 💡 LED lighting On paper, some growers would panic at 28 °C in flower. But here’s the key difference between growing by numbers and growing by understanding: Under LED, leaf temperature ≠ room temperature. LEDs don’t radiate infrared heat like HPS. So while the wall sensor says 28 °C, the leaf surface is usually 2–4 °C cooler. And the plant does not “feel” the room — it feels its own leaf temperature. That’s where leaf VPD comes in. ⸻ Leaf VPD — the part most people skip VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) is simply the difference between how much moisture the air can hold and how much it actually holds. But here’s the nuance most charts miss: • Room VPD is calculated with room temp • Leaf VPD is calculated with leaf temp So if: • Room = 28 °C • Leaf = ~24–26 °C • RH = 65% 👉 our leaf VPD lands right in the comfort zone for early–mid flower. And the plants are confirming that with their behavior: • Deep, relaxed green • No tacoing, no praying too hard • Internodes strong and structured • Uniform nutrient uptake across phenotypes That’s the real data. We’re not ignoring numbers We’re letting the plant be the final authority. Stability here beats “fixing” something that isn’t broken. ⸻ Defoliation — why this time was heavier Let’s be very clear: This was not aesthetic defoliation. This was functional defoliation. Context matters: • 🏠 8×8 room • 🌱 ~27 plants • 🌬️ Airflow, light penetration, humidity pockets all scale differently Sometimes a single plant wouldn’t “ask” for leaves to be removed — but the room does. Why you defoliated: • Improve airflow through a dense canopy • Reduce micro-humidity pockets • Allow photons to travel deeper, not just hit the roof • Reset apical dominance and refocus energy on flowering sites Yes — i went harder than originally planned. But: • Genetics are strong • Plants are healthy • Root zone is dialed • Feed is stable Healthy plants recover fast. Stressed plants don’t. These girls are the first category. And importantly: we didn’t stack stress. No feed change. No environment change. No light shock. That’s how we “go hard” safely. What to expect next week (and what not to expect) Expect: • Slight pause as plants redirect energy • Fresh flower site definition • Upright posture returning after defoliation • Strong tops responding to improved light access Do NOT expect: • Explosive vertical stretch (that window is closing) • Deficiency symptoms (unless something external changes) • Need for immediate correction Next week is observation week again. First attempt at FIMing, so hopefully it worked... only because of the colder weather, the growth slowed down...🌱🙏

11 days of drying. I just trimmed her and put her in glass jars to cure. Trim was not to bad, got through her in about 1.5 hours. I sampled this one alot while drying so her end weight is be more, maybe 5 grams. Her offical weigh was 61grams. The wet weight consist of entire plant. Branches and all which wad 465grams.

Here we are at day 54 and this girl is awesome she is such a small pretty little thing I'm probably only going to get about an ounce and a half off of her but that's okay because she smells really good.. Sensible Seeds big shout out to you guys if anyone is looking for bulk seeds they are your place as almost any breeder you can think of.. this has been an extremely easy girl from the beginning to now all I do is silica one watering then I'll hit her with recharge and then I'll top dress I'm thinking one more top dress and nothing but water from here on out maybe one more hit a recharge in a week and a half.. this is my first organic grow so I don't know if I'm doing this right as far as timing but it's all part of The learning experience.. A-Week 10(Day 74), B&C-Week 10(Day70) A- Still fattening up, took a Growmie’s advice, she was a little over fed, eased back this week on the nutrients and just used water and Sensi CalMag Extra. Gave her a regular dose Friday and she seems good, no new discoloured/burnt leaves. Tricomes are still showing as clear and cloudy mixed in with a few amber here and there. Watching closely to when I feel she is done, then I will start a water flush cycle for the last few feeds… B- Is looking great, doesn’t seem to have slowed down one bit, hard to tell sometimes when you are looking at them so frequently, but week to week you can see the stack grow 😍 Defoliated a little, and pulled her branches down a bit to let in more light, otherwise she’s chugging along! C- Is making me wonder how much she will produce?! Big colas all around, from 10-14 inches long 🤩Stacking very well, and loving the Indo Nutrient line. She’s a big drinker, takes almost a full gallon every 2.5 days. I figure it will be at least 1-2 weeks longer to harvest than A… Happy Gardening Growmie’s 🌱😎💨
