After topping last week we've just been watching them grow. Bending down the branches to help them spread out. Over this next week I'll start my lst ties to help pull them down and out.

Day 60 since seed touched soil. Joe is going okeish. Smallest from all by height, some branches stayed in first level of scrog only .. Still see signs of magnesium, thinking to load 200ppm of Epsom salt with next watering. Watered girls yesterday. Thinking to do heavy bottom clearing today. Dropped idea of third scrog level. Girls are secured enough and i dont want to loose access totally. Running out of height ... Distance to light- around 20-25 cm. Mars TSL2000 works just fine, with open window i keep day temps in 22-24 range. Took down all LST, cleared bottoms. Took a bit of leaves from top too. Very lanky, leafy, some tops didnt want to go higher, looks weak as producer, but all reviews are amazing about taste, so hopefully this will compensate ;))))) Day 62. So welcome to the final update prior to harvest and it’s covering Weeks 8 & 9 of the Lemon Pie Autoflowering grow. I fertilized one final time early in Week 8 at 5 mls per gallon and have been flushing with PH’d, air bubbled water ever since. They have begun to yellow out a bit and I have been defoliating as needed. All four of these lovely ladies will be chopped over Week 10 which is within the window of 65-75 days as recommended by Fast Buds. Alright, bad news ladies and gents, I got the bud rot. It’s been humid as hell here and I think the buds were way to dense and not drying. I noticed it by inspecting the buds. As bud rot rots from the inside out, I noticed a few “out of place” leaves on the buds that were brown. From my experience with late season bud rot last year I knew right away. I peeled open the bud and sure enough rot. I looked around a bit more and found it in a few more places, I decided right away to take the large buds, and leave some on the plant to mature. The big green behind the garage, I also found some on one bud, I cut and tossed it. The purple one has no rot yet, I think because of the spacing between the bud sites, it’s not dense. Anyway here is a partial harvest, and some bud rot pics. I’m letting them finish, I’ll just keep an eye on them. Pray for dry weather for me. Cheers.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Our Zamnesia Test #3 has reached the small 16 branches that will one day be buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but we're almost there, a few days and they will go into flowering. It's a plant with a low internodal distance, they are not the most suitable for topping due to the slow response of the mini brunches but just let them grow a little and not go into flowering immediately to still get an excellent result. As a general but very general rule, plants with a low internodal distance are less suitable for the application of techniques unlike plants with a wide internodal distance that are very easy to manage, they grow more slowly and can reach excellent sizes even if worked with techniques that keep them short. The topping worked very very well the plant at the time of topping went slightly into overfertilization due to the evident slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilization for growth but without making it go into crisis we are starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below with this plant I managed to keep myself more balanced the others for a week were quite evident. The ideal when topping repeatedly is probably to start with a slow-release fertilized soil or even start preparing the soil for a period that is at least sufficient for the vegetative phase at most adding a little alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. We are always using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic, we have only lowered the amount of grow in this topping phase for the reasons mentioned above. ---- Decide on the right soil and calculate your fertilizer sheet based on the soil on the official website. -- www.plagron.com Try a seed of this strain that drives us crazy.. -------- Strain Coming Soon! Entered diary of the month for the first time here on GD. It’s been a good run thanks to Ethos Genetics and Front Row AG Nutrients. Grow diaries has been kinds shitty lately. I’ve tried my best to upload as many good photos as possible. I know I grow a little differently than most here on grow diaries. Push the plants as hard as you can, lots of heat/humidity/co2 and high EC. My motto, if you’re gonna grow, harvest as much as you can with the space you have. Overall this was one of my best runs in a while. Deep orange and cream/cake smells and vigorous growth made this a great strain.

One of the two plants is a bit small. Checked Ph and EC.

Can't Lst this thing enough. Seems like every other day it needs readjusting. Autos are crazy when they start going.

04/09 - Started minor defoliation. Shes getting too bushy and blocking bud sites and causing moisture spots. Will remove a couple of leaves every other day for the next week. 05/09 - Full res change. Realised I mucked up the ratio. Went 35ml Micro, 25ml grow, (Shouldve been the other way around, so added an extra 10ml grow), 15ml Bloom and 15ml Silica. EC 1.4, PH 5.7. Will keep an eye on her and add some additional grow if she does alright. 06/09 - Minor defoliation. Removed about 12 leaves total so far. LST to spread the canopy a little more. PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.4, Water level dropping. Seems to be stretching and pistils have begun to form! Responding well to the uptick in nutes from the res change. 07/09 - Leaf tucking, LST and took a leaf or two. Shes getting her stretch on for sure. PH stable at 5.8, EC stable at 1.4. Water level still dropping. 09/09 - After much deliberation, I ended up going for a fairly heavy defoliation session and am now going to leave her the hell alone until at least mid flower. I removed a large chunk of shaded leaves and bud sites and effectively ended up lollipopping her. I also removed all the old LST, and added a couple to pull leaves out of the way. The canopy remains largely unchanged, but shes much more airy now, and Im seeing far fewer damp spots where leaf perspiration has occured. Now to see if I can keep my hands off for a few weeks!
