I’ve lost two of the four arms I was trying to save 😢 one snapped clean and the other is standing dead. No worries cause there is plenty left to take care of! I’ve built a 4.8m x 4.8m x 3.0m enclosure and now that I’ve splayed everything out there’s barely any room to move again haha absolutely loving it 🌴 I’ve stripped a good 1.5m of bottom plant material clean of side branches and foliage partially for energy distribution and airflow but also partially to bring the obvious foliage above the neighbouring properties tree line now if anyone peeks over they should see a bunch of sticks instead of a forest of sticky :p They are definitely in flower I think I’m at the end of pre-flower stretch. They’ve reached the top of the enclosure so I’ve pulled most of the tall arms over and I think they’ve stopped reaching meaning the next few weeks should produce some fun material to post up Thanks everyone for following along

pH was important as expected and a bit of light burn later on in the grow but ultimately it was pretty smooth sailing. I used a very common nutrient (GHE) and not overly strong. Buds were thick, dense, and moderately pine smelling. The plant did not grow excessively tall thanks to LST, and the LST did not seem to have any ill effects at all. Foliage was thick, and I let it go for a very long time before doing any sort of defoliation. Even then it was modest and just to get light to the lower colas. Still in trimming mode and will continue to update :) Also, other plants in the house got spider mites. Not this one. Could have been that it was in hydro and others weren't but hard to say.

Yooo growers 🌱, We’re 8 weeks in and let me tell you — this grow is going absolutely wild. Everything’s blowing up like weeds (the good kind, of course 😎). From the jump, the girls were full of energy, and now the tent’s starting to look like a mini jungle. I’ve been running a 300W HID in a 60x60 tent, keeping temps and humidity dialed in just right. Feeding with Green House nutrients and sticking to a solid 16-hour light schedule through veg — and man, the plants are loving it. Week by week, they just kept stacking height and packing on that lush green. Now here in week 8, things are looking prime. The structure’s solid, leaves are healthy, and I can already feel the pre-flower tension in the air. A few more days and the real show begins — flower time, baby! Day 72 - 07/01/20 This one was the only survivor of my 4 x RQS diary. my blueberry auto, jack herer auto and GG auto didnt sprout but the diesel did and here is her harvest! I added some nice photos of the plant and the yield was 325g wet weight. Should be over an ounce once its dried. Update - Dry weight was 30g although much of the bud is small :) Ive been curing for a few days and its insane how the flavour and burn changes throughout curing :) Update - Day 78 - 13/01/20 The sweet diesel smell and taste is coming through. buds are becoming more and more enjoyable to smoke as days go by. :) il post a few pictures later tonight! Added the photos of some buds and a video so you can all have an opinion on how my buds turned out visually. let me know in the comments :) Il do a few more curing updates to let you know how the second week of curing goes! Day 86 - 21/01/20 I finally finished the NYCD after about 2 weeks of curing. It smokes fairly well and is definitely the best thing ive grown so far :) Buds developed quality and a sweet earthy diesel flavour/aroma over the 2 weeks of curing. one major improvement i would make is to source high quality soil as i really struggled to flush this properly. even still without lab quality conditions ive never felt so depression free since ive been taking this medicine regularly. to finish up i will say that I liked the NYCD diesel taste but i still preferred sour diesel. The plant grew to a reasonable height around 60cm and produced an ounce of average bud. and I might not have won any GD competitions, but im still a winner! :'D Lucky for us I just started an Sour Diesel Auto from fastbuds so you can check that out to see what i thought of it compared to this one :)

Went ahead and numbered them all. I checked them earlier in the week and they looked a little pale green so I upped there nutrients to around 800-900 ppm and they seem to love it. They getting Sensi Cal-mag with every feeding to help with the rust spots on there leafs. Other then that no issues to report. They going threw a lot of water, 1-2 gallon a plant every day. The bud sites are growing bigger and and more sticky everyday. I can practically watch them fatten up and they are starting smelling really good. P7 is getting massive. She has 240 true watts on her, I'm not sure how much more she will stretch but I went ahead and LST her main stem. I can swap her with a smaller girl if she outgrows her corner. I'm thinking I will defoliate her lower area tomorrow.

HARVEST DAY! 162 days after the sprout, and 117 days after the switch. It makes almost 6 months!! What a never-ending journey! I chopped down the princess and decided to place the colas on the usual hanging net without trimming them directly. I just couldn't. Every cola requires at least 30-40 mins to be trimmed properly. I got something like 50 or 60 colas in total. It's a total pain in the ass believe me!!! There are layers consisting in calyx, leaf, calyx, leaf, and so on. You basically need to work between every couple of small calyxes in order to remove the leaf in the middle, while being very careful to not cut down everything. It's insane!!!!!! So.... just wait a little more for the final harvest and the smoke report. They will come, but definitely not now! In the meantime I uploaded some harvest photos and videos. ;-) See you soon!!!

Week 31/07 - 6/8

Week 8 in the books! The aroma is getting stronger every day and the trichomes just keep multiplying - it's like they're on a mission Every time I open the tent, I feel like Alice in Wonderland, just standing there for ages admiring what nature can pull off. This strain has been super rewarding so far - the buds keep packing on size, and just when I think they've hit their limit, the next week they surprise me again! They're getting denser, stickier, and honestly, I couldn't be happier. I did run into a few hiccups with the root system in these later weeks, but the genetics stayed strong and pushed through like champs💪. The front-left lady looks a little ahead of the others - pistils and trichomes suggest she's racing toward the finish line. I'll probably start harvesting her this week. Had a PH issue which almost spoiled the entire plant. But fantastically I noticed the issue right from the start, so even though she became very yellow she's pushing through till the end and is back to absorbing nutes. +Day 61 started flushing SHE'S A TRUE FIGHTER <3 I'm happy that I managed to learn the importance of pH.

I grew all of my plants the same and with 3 strains and only being allowed to have 5 plants total I have to pick the strongest growers and hope they stay strong and this time for me the gamble payed off nicely with a good harvest. I would recommend this strain as it grows fast and did not seem to be a picky eater and took in a lot of heavy feedings...
