Strawberry Gorilla Auto - FastBuds Welcome to week 11 of my grow diary, which is also the last week. As predicted last week, the weather has become even warmer. The heat has now completely taken over the house, and it has also rained for a few days, causing the humidity to rise again. Unfortunately, this led to mold forming on one shoot, so I decided to take action. Normally, the plant could have stayed in place for another 1-2 weeks for my needs, but I didn't want to take any risks and harvested it in week 11. Overall, I was satisfied with the growth of the plant. Environmental conditions are unpredictable in summer and more difficult to control than in winter/spring. I was able to gain more experience with this grow and now know that I should take a break in summer from now on. I really liked the mainlining. Before, I topped above node 2 and left 4 main shoots. With 2 main shoots, it is much easier to work with and does not require as much defoliation as with 4. I will definitely use this technique again in the future. Here's some initial feedback on the Strain "Strawberry Gorilla Auto" from FastBuds and the Organic Starter Kit from Advanced Nutrients: The plant grew really well and has enormous potential. The buds were so swollen towards the end that I was amazed. The organic fertilizer from Advanced Nutrients probably also had an influence. This was my very first purely organic grow, and I think I can be satisfied with the result. I can wholeheartedly recommend the fertilizer. I will definitely use it again in future projects and will probably do a comparison grow between the mineral and organic starter kits. Avg. Temperature - 27°C Avg. Humidity - 68% Avg. VPD - 1,16kPA The lamp runs at 60% which is 356w according to the energy meter. At a distance of 20cm the plant gets around 950-1100ppfd. Thank you for following me so far. Throughout the growth of the plant communicated, from the seed it is a strong and healthy plant. I did LST training, topping and defoliation on it. Finally, it also has a quality harvest. Is perfect 😉

🇩🇪 14.12. neue Woche neues Aussehen :) zwei Sonnensegel die nach oben zeigten entfernt, damit die inzwischen 4 seitentriebe etwas licht bekommen. die Drähte die letzten Tage über immer mal wieder neu justiert. Und vor ein paar Tagen zwei „Anker“ an den Stamm gesetzt damit die Pflanze bleibt wo sie ist. Durch den zug auf der anderen Seite hat sie angefangen sich dort mehr rüberzubiegen. Ansonsten macht sie sich ganz gut es läuft mehr oder weniger nach Plan. Happy Growing💛✌️ 🇬🇧 12.14. New week, new look :) I removed two upward-facing fan leaves so the four side shoots could get some light. I've been readjusting the wires a few times over the last couple of days. And a few days ago, I added two "anchors" to the stem to keep the plant in place. The tension on the other side had caused it to start bending more. Otherwise, it's doing quite well; things are more or less going according to plan. Happy Growing💛✌️

12/21/20 Seeing exponential growth now. I don’t want to start any type of training until I am able to take some clones off each plant. 11/3 Week 6 Watered roughly one gal each @6.5PH, Fish Sh!t 5ml - Karo 1 tps /gal Flower Girl still in the pot, no deficiencies I can see, well new ones :) Mag-Sulfur Foliar spray (Epsom Salt 1tbs/gal) on all as leaving cal-mag out this time Moved the two healthy plants to the center of the light, they can use it, the others might respond well to lower levels. 11/4 Better pics uploaded Placed Brandy on a block of coco coir to bring her canopy up to Layla's level. Moved Maggie to the corner she has a stretch going that I HOPE is ending and I dont want to set the lights to her. Watching that plant carefully Considering a PK boost watching only Layla for that as the other two ... well hell what can they tell me? 11/5 Working to getting the canopy under control with one stunted plant and another stretching like crazy. Put a block under Brandy to move her up level with Layla. Trained down Maggie this growth needs to end, it was already stressed. Still giving light pref to healthy plants. 11/6 Raised lights three clicks, increased extraction, showing some heat stress in those edges. 11/7 Good results on the heat stress curling has ended. Noticed some improvement also in the tops of Brandy and Maggie, so raised lights another couple of clicks. See if it continues, coming up on a make or break feeding in couple of days. update Foliar Feed All - Epsom Salt 1tbs/gal Well Maggie's came today - To runoff- 1% peroxide - 5ml CalMag - PH 6.8 Hitting Sulfur as hard as I can. Canopy is level now so lights set to Maggie being slightly taller ***Last update before the new week.*** May have found ONE of my problems,certainly not THE problem, but one. I have been using lemon juice as a PH UP since we went organic late last spring. Because of all the problems I have been looking into a lot of things further and found that lemon juice begins to degrade as a PH up after as little as an hour. A 6.0 PH water gallon can go to 6.5ish in 24 hours simply sitting in a dark corner in a jug. One can imagine the variances in soil. Why I dont know but I am going back to chemical PH additives post haste in fact its already done.

The ladies were flushed on the 68th and will be flushed again on the 71st. Analyzing the resin with a magnifying glass, I think we will not have a harvest before the 75th. B3 this blooming I think she will be looked after with more than 80 or 83 days.

Moving pass the transition a little more this week and slowly switching to bud development. The feeding has been holding up and I've decided to top dress and just let them ride out on what they have available in the medium.

Both are looking good, very big and colorful! They are both suffering from a slight nute burn so I’ll be cutting down on nutes from here on. Defoliating a bit here and there but cruising along for the rest 🔥

Week 3 and they are starting to take off. I used some Recharge by Real Growers. Instant compost soil amendment ingredients. Great stuff.

Seedsman White Widow. I accidentally killed my first seedling as a sprout by getting it wet right as it was sprouting. Live and learn. Here we go again and she's off to a much better start this time. 👍 My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Well today the Purp kush has yellow leaves at the very bottom two 🍃 going to ask whether or not I can pin in down to either too much or too little of something… light water or nutes!! Unfortunately I’m not to sure yet about these three being I have a new light plus any light is new to me…lol and I didn’t use a soil that has any nutrients(Ocean forest)+(unknown medium) I was desperate so made the choice!!! Almost done with Veg going into flower!! I have my second purp kush plant is 2 weeks behind this plant.. But let’s see I’ve topped her and used lst and I’ve also used stakes to position the girl where she can receive the most light on her leaves!! Thoughts??

Shame on me… habe den taupunkt am morgen deutlich unterschätzt. Täglich steigt die LF phasenweise bis auf 95%. Solar ist praktisch, Zelt darf aber nicht draußen stehen! Der grow hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, trotz einiger kleiner Fehler und Unachtsamkeiten meinerseits! Die Damen sind super und werden wieder in den Stock zurückkehren, konnte sie leider nicht voll bis zum Ende bringen ca 2 Wochen zu früh. Nächste mal weniger Pflanzen oder mehr entlauben und mehr umlauft dazu. Komme vom outdoor Growen und habe enorm viel Neues kennengelernt! Banana’s & painkiller XL sind noch im Spiel ohne jeglichen Schaden oder Betroffene stellen von Schimmel. 🐝

- 17-05-21 (Day 1) // // - 18-05-21 (Day 2) three of the girls got out of the soil correctly!😊 while the Runtz sprout is the only one that still remains in its seed despite she already opened it for 2/3 day now..🤔 its root seems to struggle to grow or pierce the soil .. After three days, i tried to help her removing her seed husk.. but there was nothing to do 😢 So here is a new start!! 😊 I put this Lemon Tree “Freebie” seed to germinate aaand to replace the poor Runtz Muffin. 😕🙌🏻 We'll see how it goes this time.. 🤞🏻🍀 Sending positive vibes for you and your garden ☮️💚 20-05-21 (Day 4) All the girls are doing great and continuing their grow.
