Slowly growing out some more leaves. I'm guessing it's still putting out most of it's energy in to roots. The leaf growth has sped up a little bit though. Chopped the cover crop again. Drilled drainage holes in the side of the container to insure proper drainage. Added a compost tea. It had worn castings, kelp meal, insect frass, mycorhyzae powder, bacillus powder, em1, some leafy green material, and some high carbon peat moss. Was brewed for 24 hours and applied liberally. Identified some knotweed in my container and promptly plucked it out. This stuff spreads rapidly and overwhelmed the whole garden in years past. I'm definately gunna have to keep an eye out for this ones return.

She was supposed to take about 8-9 weeks to harvest but I went 1 day short of 10 weeks of flower before harvesting. All the trichome were milky , no amber trichome that I kept looking for . Overall I’m very happy with her . I can’t wait to see her dry weight and I’ll be back with that and more pics 😊

This strain smells like fresh oranges, it’s really high in terps. Yielded 5 oz dry off one plant and 4 oz dry off the other. Very happy with yield and quality. Excellent daytime smoke or in larger doses even works at night. Presses into some delicious rosin! Once again I’m very happy with Barney’s Farm!

**Week 8 - Third Week of Flower** Things are getting wild in the Donutz tent! After the insane stretch last week, the plants have turned the space into a full-on jungle. The start of Week 8 called for drastic measures, and the results are setting the stage for explosive bud production. **Key Updates**: - **Aggressive Defoliation**: On Day 1 of the third flower week, the plants underwent a *brutal* defoliation. Every bud site that had started to develop its own leaves was stripped of its fan leaves, allowing light to flood the canopy. Even the smallest sites now have excellent exposure, giving them the best chance to mature into chunky nugs in the coming weeks. Despite the intensity of the trim, the plants are resilient and primed to bounce back strong. - **Boosted Nutrients**: To support the plants after the stress of defoliation, I added another 5-6g of Greenhouse Feeding Bloom per plant. This ensures the soil stays nutrient-rich and gives the plants the resources they need to recover and thrive. - **Watering**: Still rocking reverse osmosis (RO) water, ensuring clean and efficient hydration without any surprises. **Observations**: - The canopy is significantly cleaner and more open, with light now reaching deeper into the lower sections. - The plants are handling the defoliation well, with no immediate signs of stress or shock. - Bud sites are already looking promising, with visible development and an even distribution across the canopy. **Looking Ahead**: The next few weeks will be all about letting the plants recover and watching the buds stack up. With improved light penetration and a fresh dose of nutrients, everything is lined up for some impressive development. The Donutz are thriving, and the Florida Gang vibes are at an all-time high — the tent is set to deliver big!

I started out cutting off the big fan leaves and after an hour or so, I began to remember it took me 7-8 hours per plant just chopping and cutting large fan leaves... So! I thought to myself, “fuck this shit”.... I continued cut/hanging with no fan leaf trim, 1st plant took 2.5 hours and second plant 2 hours. Laziness is bliss. I will add “harvest week”, and numbers after 7-day dry period.

So both plants are in flowering phase now just the first week of it i didn't have footage but for the second i got some so here😁 starting off with the polyploid mutation which looks like an caterpillar with hairs to me haha, really nice to see a mutation with my own eyes in my own grow hehe 😅else the plants are doing really good and being healthy so far 😎 happy growing all 😎✌️💚

With no doubt these plants have not produced much more quantity and density of buds due to the 2 serious mistakes I've made (those who have read the weeks will know what I mean). However, I can say that I am happy with the production obtained given the mistakes made. Between the 2 plants, the one that has produced more and generated the most dense buds has been the Gorilla with the Man-lining technique applied, it has also loosed a bit less weight drying than the non man-lining one. In comparison with the Money Makers with which they have grown the result is the same. Both Gorillas have each produced more than any of the Moneys comparing them 1 to 1. Also buds are a bit dense than the moneys, but none of them is really desde at all. *****ESPAÑOL***** Sin duda estas plantas no han producido mucha mas cantidad y densidad de cogollos debido a los 2 graves errores que he cometido (quien se haya leído las semanas sabrá a que me refiero). No obstante, puedo decir que estoy contento con la producción obtenida dados los errores cometidos. Entre las 2 plantas, la que más a producido y ha generado cogollos más densos ha sido la Gorilla con la técnica de Man-lining aplicada, y también ha perdido un poquito menos de peso en el secado que la otra. En comparación con las Money Maker junto a las que han crecido el resultado es el mismo. Las Gorillas han producido cada una más que cualquiera de las Moneys comparándolas 1 a 1. Así mismo, los cogollos de las Gorillas presentan un pelín más densidad que el de las Moneys, aunque realmente ninguna de las 4 plantas ha generado cogollos densos del todo.

~MERINGUE by DUTCH PASSION~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This strain by Dutch Passion is one of my all time favorite strains that I've cultivated previously with phenomenal results so I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! I'm going to things a bit different this time around. I have a brand spanking new AC Infinity 4x4 tent and was just given one of HLG's newest lights for 2022, The Blackbird! I've got this 600w monster hooked up to my Trolmaster Hydro X Controller so I've got full control over timing, dimming and Sunrise/Sunset. This beauty is going to annihilate the 4x4 for sure! 😎👍 I'm going to grow her all by herself and veg her for around 70-90 days after witch I'll install a trellis net in the tent and spread her out. Because of the slightly larger internodal distance, buds don’t have the tendency to become really big, which could make her a bit more interesting for growers with higher humidity levels. There should be enough fresh air around these flowers though, because they become rock-hard. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where it stayed until a tap root emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerged from the Jiffy Pellet she was transferred to a 1qt plastic pot. As she grows I'll be moving her into larger pots along the way up until she's in her 10g fabric pot. ~Grown in a 10g fabric pot filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and fed Dutch Pro nutrients throughout the entire grow with de-chlorinated water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8. ~19/5 light cycle for vegetation, then 12/12 to flower with supplemental UVA added during the last weeks of flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~ Supplemental co2 provided throughout vegetation and flower - monitored and controlled by an AutoPilot APC8200 co2 controller. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked the seed for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which it was transferred to a moist paper towel laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉. After 30 hours she had not popped open yet so I soaked another seed for 3 hours and then into a paper towel and onto the heat mat it went. 12/3- This afternoon I checked and the seed had a root that was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 5 pm I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By the next morning she had her cotyledon leaves opened! 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the Dutch Passion Meringue! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 2qt plastic starter pot to begin growing. 12/7- Today when I checked her, she had roots just starting to emerge from her pellet, so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 'starter' pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! End of the 3rd week for the Purple Lemonade. I did some LST on her and she just got fed Goldleaf feterlizer. It's been a slow process with ups and downs. I encounter a few issues, but she's still hanging in there. Hopefully week 4 is better. I still got faith in her.

UPDATE GANG!!! SO sorry for the LAG!!! Lots going on this month in the house.... But I'm going to try to stay more consistent with the updates!!!! SOOO the plants are doing okay they are starting to change Hues as far as color appearance mainly I'm thinking because of the lower temps because of local weather, other then that the girls are doing fine a lot of those whiteflies sucked a lot of sap out of the plants they started getting crispy i hope this doesn't affect the quality of the buds, other then that I'm going to start ramping down the nutrients ill keep you update I'm going prolly chop in 2 or 3 weeks thanks guys!!!!!!

have some type of deficiency have some spots on leaves but besides that things look okay they both need more water now not sure how long I can veg in the containers I’ll probably try get another week or two then up pot to 7 gallons I broke a branch and new growth from topping today smh trying to bend it for training and was to rough so i put some tape on it hopefully they grow back in a week or two Feb 25 getting one of them ready for transplant I’ll probably do it in two days I’m going to let the one with the broken branch heal for another week probably before I transplant Feb 28 Did some trimming of the lower leafs Almost time for one to be transplanted the cover crop have not grown in the 7gal yet I seen some growing but not a lot
