Day 21: A great week for these girls considering my nearly drowning them with a high res !!!. Aside my errors and the recovery , all been good. Wedding Cake has had an excellent stretch period giving her a really nice size to flower with. She didn't blink with the over filling as she was the top end and didn't suffer . Buds are forming up really nice on her all over and below the main canopy is just as full. She will get so.e lower small growth removed for air movement but as she is happy and vibrant I dont want to upset her now. lol The Ghost O.g did suffer a little with her main growing size but has put out some very tangible mains now. She has so.e very big fan leaves on her too. Gorilla Glue#4 had the worst of the drowning and her leaves are showing the signs of damage now. She is a good size and typically GG but I think recovery has slowed her down a little. Overall I am happy with their survival in such a hostile situation. good genetics . Be sane and safe Growmies.

I have harvested my ladies. The buds are nice and thick. I'll definitly do an update on the drying and curing. I have already done some wet trimming as you can see by the two pictures, first round was just a rough trim, second one a bit more precise. They are now drying in my garage on a washing line.

Happy Halloween cannafam! 🎃 Everyone continues to stretch and seem to be fully transitioned into flowering. Since today is Halloween, the girls got a special treat this morning; 10ml of my homebrew pumpkin FPE and 10ml of my pear FFJ😁. So far they seem to be loving it but I will continue to monitor them, obviously.

So, they streched a lot, I had to bend severely. And so quick, like 5 cms in a day! They touch the light, I had no more room... I did a late FIM on 2 of them.... emergency I finally found a way to get the lamp 5 cms higher. Lukily it has stabilized but still, top of the buds are at 5 cms from light!!!! That's why I decided to drop the power at 50% and I lower the day light to 16 hours.

I love these last stages! The girls are still stretching but I decided to give them a defoliation a week early. If you look back on last week you can see how bushy they have gotten so there was a definite need to get some light to the lower bud sites. I can definitely start to smell the familiar gassy aroma coming through now so may be time to get the fan and carbon filter cranked up. I will be top amending the soil again at some point this coming week but as for now I have just been feeding with water and liquid seaweed. I've had a few compliments from friends on the good health of the plants this time round compared to previous grows when the Sour Diesels had nutrient issues, not helped by the Coco medium I was using. I'll be sticking to this choice of soil and organic nutrients with the results I'm getting so far! I mean, look at those pistils!! 😁 I love that I've had 93 views on this diary so far! Officially week 7 Dec 31: Came back a week later to very heavy pots, needed 36 hour drying period, not happy, smaller plant has tips of leaves curling down, some like taco, dryed out the pots and went back to normal conservative feeding, need to fine tune the auto irrigation setup before I use it again for sure. All in all, nothing crazy happened. Really cool to see a plant be small, but way bigger after a week of vacation. First grow seems to be going pretty good! PS: I think my hygrometer is broken, saying 85-100% RA even when I significantly improve airflow and it doesn't seem anywhere near that. Gonna do the salt paste test on the hygrometer . Jan 1: I recalibrated my hygrometer and it’s working great, weird leaf curling of smaller plant still happening but seems to be improving, big plant is frosty and fat for week 7, seems to be at same stage in development as smaller plant but the pheno is beautiful.

Se empieza a percibir ya, diferentes aromas entre ellas. En esta fase, la solución de riego, llevaba la máxima dosis del fertilizante base. Great development. Good smelling too, pine and sweet lemon. Nothing out of the ordinary, but very nice and strong. Stretch sems to slow down now. Major defoliation on day 94. There still is a lot left since I am a stern believer in cutting off rather less than more. Over the next few weeks I will only take a select few leaves here and there blocking light to budsites up top and everything sickly looking down below.👍 Another few scoops of megaworm and Guanokalong added on top of the soil. No change in feeding, she looks like close to the max she can take and I already feed her a lot.

Our little Biscotti, which arrived at the moment of flowering, revealed itself, this time unfortunately it is not purple apparently, I had hoped for it, but I have other seeds in that magical package that so much luck brought me. In the meantime, this one, even if it's not a violation, started regularly, was decanted into a nine-litre airpot and is growing. I pruned the branches below so as not to have too much stuff at the bottom now it seems sparse but in the end she will thank me or rather I will thank her and Zammi. Okay, that was it, her growth period is over. My summary is a bit of a mixed bag. Sonnenerde: I liked how the plant grew in this living soil and am curious on the result after drying and curing. But so far, I'm happy with the experiment Blumat: I give up - I fell like this is not the watering system for me, despite me really liking the idea and the concept of it. To be fair, I need to check the drippers, if the membrane and moving parts are spotless, to rule out reasons beyond my wrongdoing, but I'm not too hopeful. I just don't think I'll use it again. the water hoses/pipes(?) make the whole plant too immobile, not even turning the pot is possible. I'm sure it's great for certain situations, but just not for me. Bio Tabs PK Booster+Orgatrex: This time I used a little more Orgatrex, not sure if I changed anything else, but it really made a huge difference, even bigger than in previous grows. The aroma intensified dramatically, the buds were covered in trichomes and bulked up really nicely - and all that was noticeable after a few days.
