Week 3 of veg. In the books and they’re all motoring along nicely. The Alaskan Thunderfuck looks to be sorting itself out so we should have 4 plants for the chopping eventually. Just gotta get em there first. They’re showing no adverse reactions to the heavier nute feed at this stage of development which is yet another feather in the cap for Druid Berkana. I’m immensely impressed with this nute line. Just another boring week of veg. In the books. Can’t wait to see transition take over👍. Background Just a fem run we were able to sneak in to the dutchy cabinet for some extra bud stock. Strain details as follows: QCS: this actually a strain of Alaskan Thunderfuck (Not AK47 as advertised). GD doesn’t have that info up yet. We’ve had it before but never grown it. I remember it being a decent and somewhat sedative indica. Blimburn: This chocolopez strain is very interesting. We’ve been waiting at least 5 years to grow something reminiscent of a chocolate Thai. This one should fit the bill there nicely. AMS: Their Borderliner strain caught my eye so we naturally had to… give it try! No matter how it turns out, this seed co. Has been nothing short of stellar to work with. We’ve got a whole bunch more of their stuff in the hopper for testing on the next cycle🤟. Smiling Tiger: This is an S1 of my buddies cross called Holy Surfer. Still haven’t seen it bud out in pollinated yet but the structure is classic skunk with a big primary cola, tight node spacing and exceptionally vigorous leaf production. The smoke should be interesting and the terp profile is very pungent and sweet.

Off to week 5 and my ladies are looking healthy again after one week of struggle. Super excited for their progress this week. Height growth is now really noticable and I increased watering to 750ml/plant. Turned my SF SE3000 up to 80% and increased the distance to 60cm. So far they are loving it and I'm right on track for a good grow!

4/9/25 Welcome to another week. Week 5 since the flip of 12/12 just ended. So today is day 36 since 12/12. The begining of week 6. About halfway done with flowering. Time to start packing on weight. also its important to note that it took a week or so after 12/12 to have pistils show up. So its closer to 28 -30 days of Flowering. I have a foxtailing pheno thats mostly green with thin buds. I have a super chonker green pheno with ridiculously chunked up golfball sized nugs everywhere.(R3) I have a sativa style but thicker buds with nice long connected colas (R2) another smaller pheno with traits of some of the others and also green. and then a singlular pheno that looks gelato dominant and its purple pretty much everywhere to the point that i didnt notice its coloring until it was next to all of its sisters that are straight green. Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest. Day 63 Well there’s not much going on. Just watering when dry. They seem to be doing better. They are fattening up a bit more and putting on some density. I can tell by the fact that they’re leaning more. This is a 10 wk strain, but I’m gonna push it a bit longer til the trichomes are in a better range. They have a sweet tropical smell which is quite nice. Not the frostiest buds ever, but we’ll see how it shakes out. The smallest front one is the frostiest of the round. We’re just on autopilot til the end. Probably a week or 2 more and they’ll be ready to come down. Happy Growing 🌱

Week 13 - Flowering Week 4 The cycle look well advanced. All plants are producing quantities of pistils like the Royal Gorilla or Bubble Gum. Some aphids are still around but infestation seems under control. I sprayed Neem oil to repulse insects and defoliated. I added more nutrients in the soil (Palm Tree Ashes) and in Water: pk 13/14, flowering stimulator. Watering each 2 or 3 days 80cl/plant -Cal/Mag + Pk 13/14 + flowering nutrients -Cal/Mag + Bud XL + flowering nutrients -Cal/Mag + Over Drive + flowering nutrients Plants report: -CaliFunk the most advanced: flowers are frosty, resinous and getting thicker. But this plant is very short and only the 4 main buds are correct. -Royal Gorilla stopped to produce long pistil and started the final stage. -Ak 47 is flowering slowly, buds are long but not thick for the moment: elegant Sativa -Bubble Gum look great, dynamic and homogeneous flowering: well engaged -Green Punch after damaged is producing some flower + one bud…. -Sour Diesel is a pretty good surprise: interesting flowering: slow but progressive (Sativa dominant). The smell in the grow-tent is a strange and strong Mix between this 6 different strains.

Week 5 of the flowering for the gorilla gas has finished up. They are definitely smelling really nice and stacking like crazy. All different smells and sizes. The tall one is fading and could probly use some more nutrients but I'm not going to push a lot now. Just coasting till the end. 3 more weeks. Everything is looking really good for the most part.

day 49 just pure water phed down. it is day 51, morning before lights on, I might chop today. I use a zero water filter pitcher got off walmart. My humidifier is only a sonic wave. If you use regular tap water it will get gunky in a sonic humidifier. If you have a heat humidifier that boils the water the mist should be clean. These are the 2 types of water humidifiers. Researching best water filters this "zero water" also comes with a free ppm meter! yay! Other water pitcher brands; the water still has ppm. So water misted will still have ppm contamination. You can easily used distilled water only, and reverse osmosis. I just fill a 4gal office water jug with the pitcher and fill my humidifier when needed. I do not use a humidifier in my entire grow up to this point when I chop, I need the perfect rh or this whole effort can fail. growing up to this point only requires 20% effort, chopping now for the 2 weeks dry is this 80% of crucial determination, succeed. A lot of tasks are required today for a clean chop. I feel confident, observed my cross seeds with pink paradise and one with a slightly open caylex looks dark enough for successful germination. I figured 8-16 seeds may be created, 3-4 buds were potentially pollinated. Many growers don't understand when creating genetics with female/female there is a slight chance of herm. You lose 50% of your genetic function. Just water last 2 days, no humic no folvic, 1st time entire grow ha! There is a lot of cleaning to do, remove the trees, clean the entire tent and environment with bleach water, hacksaw. I am very proud of my grow. I have sampled 3 of the strains, dr. thunder legit made my lips numb but it could have just been the terps removing my skin cells from the sticky filter, no lie. This is my best grow to date. I did this for you, and to document hype or not under the best conditions I could give my plants, full max potential, although I wish I had more lights, I am not looking for industrial lol, this is how I grow. Learn a lot on youtube and podcasts there is many good content and I may dab into it. You can have a room full of growers and you have 1 seed in your hand, they will all tell you that their way is correct ;) and the best way. Oreo is stinky AF, Bridal is just amazing glad its massive, just not into sativa but the test seemed slight sativa with majority indica, pink untested, dr, thunder just a lip numming plant aha, its very nice, all 4 amazing appeal like advertised, and excited for next run. Either crosses from this or other copycat genetics. I will give you beautiful glamout shots today, the sizes of the plants, My guesstimate bridal 1lb, thunder 1lb, pink, 0.4lb, bridal 0.5, I am ambitious off 640w lm301h, and 4x 20w blurples daisy chained. day 51 4 chopped see you in a few weeks :D

Lemon Cake & Lemon Drizzle Week 9 6/2-6/8 Now at the start of week 9, my outside gals, except L. Cake are now in flower. This is the first week I’ve had to add nutrients to her feeding. Some lower leaves were yellow. Since I’ve been using amended soil, this indicates Opium is a heavy feeder. Nutrients in soils are used up and she is starting to use her own food sources 5 gallons well water TPS1 60ml used 1 gallon per plant =12ml Cal-Mag 25ml used 1 gallon per plant =5ml Recharge 5ml used 1 gallon per plant =1ml Signal 1.25ml PPM 1414, PH 6.93, Temp 82.5 Note I do not have to PH adjust my well water. However, our city water comes out of the tap at 8.2 ph so I must PH down using the hose or my inside grows, ============ Germination April 6. Vegetation Week 1 water only Week 2 water only Week 3 added recharge and TPS1 increased ppm to 570. Week 4 continues with recharge and TPS1. I added Fox Cal mag increasing ppm to 685 - 805. Week 5 TPS1 9ml/gal Recharge 5 ml/gal Fox Cal-mag 5 ml/gal Week 6 5/12-19 Moved outside in 5 gal air pots receiving rain and well water. Compost tea turned out well and if your curious about the microscopy, check the comments on my GMP grow. No signs of senescence yet so no feed needed, they are in a second run of the same soil so there should be plenty in there from before. Not very resinous or smelly, with weird wide stumpy buds. Definitely my least fav pheno of any plant I've grown so far, but it's the end product we're after so she may yet surprise.
