Growth has been slow but solid thought I'd do a update for the last 2 weeks, bud sites really stacking now getting very dense and sticky, its been a long grow but I think she's nearly there few more weeks, still not looking like a massive yielder but now the bud sites are bulking out and becoming dense I think it will be better than expected 🙏 very potent skunky smell coming off her

Good grown Plant, dense and big buds. And damn the smell is crazy !! It has a really strong kushy smell to it and it has a really nice color also.

Buds are coming along nicely, they started off with a not so appealing smell but eventually started to smell very sweet. Increased dosage for increased blooming and ripening. Missed update for day 49 but vids from previous day makes up for it. Side note, I created a homemade Co2 bag with ingredients that is easily available and affordable. I don't think I let is have an effect on my buds but it sure did smell awful. After the 5th day, I got rid of it.

I can only say that the rate of growth im getting is amazing. Out of all three of the purple punch seems to have the most potent smell I am not sure if it's just the genetics or if it's what I'm feeding but we will see once the other start to develop. Touching the purple punch stem leaves a strong smell on the fingers and giving the bud small pinch smells strongly of grape chapstick. Stay tuned 😜

Day 35 - few pics and vids..... everything going along nicely 👍 This is a pretty big update, so i'll add to it over the next few days, as i finish building it all.... i'm building these 2 x SS haze, the full tent, just finishing up the setup..... trimming them, changing solutions to 12/12 and flower..... changed the exhaust fan and filter setup to the better outside the tent method.... and installed 12v CPU computer fan, lol ("alta9" fits in 4in ducting perfectly), drops wattage on extractor fan.... 10w tops... got a few kg of active carbon and making/replacing the carbon filter .... i'll add afew vids of the new setup in afew days... Day 36 - few pics/vid of new tent setup...... "alta 9" fan :) post tomorrow after i finish trimmin and settin up night mode etc...... and into tomorrow we go, lol ... Day 37.... slowly getting there..... little bit more to go... this should make things abit more interesting..... right tank (short babie) has : 19 lts of tap water @18oC + 150 ml -dutch master one gold FLOWER.... 6.4 PH - 1400 PPM left tank has : 19 lts of tap water @18oC + 50 ml of elements a and 50ml of b and 10 ml of nitro and 20ml of Crystalic (molasses/pot) .... 6.5 PH - 1200 PPM more pics / vids of the finished tent setup.... roots, transfer, etc... Day 37 is alot of vids of the clean and change to flower..... edit - day after build noticed left tank (nutrifield) not enough bubbles..... pulled out the 4 air pump and swapped to the 2 x original oxipumps... much better, also to fix the problem with ph goin high, and bubbles not stirin the mix, was to add another 10ml of crystallic and another 5ml of nitro... then pumped both tanks with ph down and set em to 5.8-6.2 - both plants have fully recovered from the big trim, and bounced back within 12-24hrs, post pics/vid in abit..... Day 39 - made a freaky video... was curious about what the plants would see looking up at the lights... the lights and buzzing of air compressors and bubbling tank water, and dazzling lights turned out pretty cool in vid editor, was in selfie mode.... and final vid of the bounceback from trim :) 👍😎

Saturday, 12-02-2022 Plants not looking too bad at all. #1 Is smaller than all others but still looking ok. No visible ill effects remaining from DE treatment on all plants. Rain and cloudy conditions throughout the week have limited my feeding. Was only able to feed today since last week. Mix was runoff rainwater with 10 ml/gallon C AB Beta 3.12 and 7.5 ml/gallon Cytokin. Also foliar sprayed with same mix. Runoff water has not insignificant amount of "sand" from waterproofing membrane applied to roof last week. Need to monitor for effect. I cut back on nutrients to 10ml/gallon because the feeding charts of the nutrient I am copying has 10ml/gallon as being the appropriate heavy feeding rate for this stage of growth. Want to start incorporating humic acid to account for the reduced potassium in my nutrient mix. I noticed what appeared to be whiteflies escaping when I LST'd the two plants. Cotyledons seem to have disease. My IPM plan needs to get going next week. I need to remind myself that this Grow is a true trial for me. When growing other plants in the the past, I have sometimes been too "precious" or cautious or lazy. I have loved to death countless plants. I want to to try new techniques I have never done, feed on reasonable schedule and just live in each moment of the grow. I am binging Dog Whisperer now and one of the biggest things you can learn from that show is the benefits of just living in the moment. Forgetting the past, prepare for but don't stress about the future and just enjoy right now 😄. The plants are too underdeveloped to do the topping techniques I want to try but my urge to just do something on them led me to try LST on the two most developed plants. I was in two minds about this. The guide I am following about LST (https://www.420magazine.com/community/threads/the-quadsquad-thread-a-community-for-quadlining.464769/), recommends topping first then training. But again, the urge to just do something to the plants after a week of mentally refining 😅 my techniques was just just too strong. Now that I actually did it I don't feel too bad because I see that nodes 1 and 2 are below my first tie downs so I am interested to see how that will work out. That said, I only have three plants left to grow the "documented way" so I need to control the urge to just act for action's sake without a clear goal from that action. Sunday, 13-02-2022 LST'd plant tops straightening out quickly, less than 24hrs after first tie down.

🌱 Growing too nice! She kept on stretching like crazy, growing 3 cm every day. The small tent couldn't handle her anymore, so she got promoted to the 60x60x180 cm Tent. Buds are really visible now and only the tops are stretching even more to indicate the final colas. Day 43 💧 watered with 3,5L, pH 6 and 3ml/l CalMag, 1 ml/l grow, 0,7 ml/l micro and 0,4 ml/l bloom coming in at 1200 ppm. Day 45 💧 Thirsty again, so she got 4L with 2,5 ml/l CalMag, 0,7 ml/l grow, 1,5 ml/l micro and 1,2 ml/l of bloom resulting in 1200 ppm. I wanted to try lowering CalMag slowly because i wasn't sure if she still needed that much. Day 49 ❗I realized, that i was still feeding her growing nutrients because i forgot to switch to preflower ratios... Not a huge deal but still unfortunate. 💧 Watered with 3,5L, 0,6 ml/l grow, 0,9 ml/l micro, 0,8 ml/l bloom and 3 ml/l CalMag -- 1150 ppm

i will invest in a proper scope for the phone to take pictures of trichomes. This week they received their last dose of indo nutrients.

Zealix is growing well. She got some lst and defoliation today. Everything is looking good as she is progressing in vegging. Nothing new to report beyond that. Yoooyooyoo, Wekk 13 got some ups and downs. I ran out of calmag starting the grow and kinda hoped i don't need it. If you have strong LED lights and like to have the light close to the canopy like me i would HIGHLY recommend you using calmag. You can see i got magnesium chlorosis pretty early on and the Plagron basic fertilizer did not provide enough with the low-ish dose i gave (1,2ml/l). I like to grow autos and you can't feed that more than that, it feels wrong to do it with photos haha BUT i did. 2ml/L EACH. and 0,5 calmag which seems enough. But me wanting to try out foliar spray (brilliant idea), because i already could see calcium spots on the leaves. kinda got me some slight toxicity (you can see the tips if you look closely) But she is gucci on calmag i can tell haha. Got a nice green color again and looks very healthy right now. she is drinking about 1-2L a day depends on the weather. DLI was around 35. She will look so good in a few weeks, i can't wait. Day 36 (2020-06-14): Changed out the reservoir today with fresh 5.6 PH. I am trying adding in an ice pack each day to keep res temps closer to 68F. I think this should help the algae growth I am still fighting. Day 37 (2020-06-15): Stretching in full effect. Topped off the reservoir with another gallon since so much was consumed overnight. PH at 5.65 Day 38 (2020-06-16): Officially off the Blumats. They have really turned out to be more trouble than its worth in my opinion. I've spent just as much time fiddling with them (probably a lot more!) and the reservoir as I would have just hand watering. Maybe better for larger grows. Hand watering out the rest of the current reservoir. Did some accidental major defoliation. Kind of a "whoops" moment, just wasn't paying attention to how much I was pulling off! The G14 really needed it bad though. Due to its mutant nature it seems much more leafy as there a lot of "two headed" growth patterns with double the veg as compared to normal. Day 39 (2020-06-17): Things are looking OK after the Blumat switch and mass defoliation. Day 40 (2020-06-18): Watered today, 5.8 PH, 50% Pre-Flower Megacrop around 1/2 gallon each plant, but about 25% of that was runoff. Day 41 (2020-06-19): Watered, around 1/4 gallon each @ 5.75 PH. Did some LST to even things out. G14 canopy is a bit taller than the CBD but not sure what I can do about it at this point. Out of room in the tent to widen things out much more! I might slide a brick under the CBD to raise it to keep even lighting. Day 42 (2020-06-20): Watered again, 5.8 PH. I raised the CBD Crack so the canopy is even with the G14.

Welcome to week 23 of my grow diary. Unfortunately, this is also the last week. During my daily check for mould, I noticed that one of the headbuds looked suspicious. The spot was right in the tip of one of the headbuds. In the video you can see that I have generously removed the tip. This was also the reason for the harvest. I actually wanted to leave the plant for a few more days but the mould made me decide to harvest it earlier. During the harvest, I discovered mould in the early stages in 2 other places. The flowers were trimmed wet and checked thoroughly. I hope you enjoyed my grow diary. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. All in all, I really liked this strain. Apart from the last case of mould, I had no problems with the plant. It survived the mainlining well. During this experiment I was able to gain a lot of experience for future grows. If I could travel back in time again, I would decide to leave fewer side shoots in the vegetative phase as it is already quite overgrown. Thank you for following me so far.
