Sour Hound grew a bunch this week. I did overdose her with Recharge yesterday. I think that helped. I'll be OD'ing her again. I forgot to check PPM after the Recharge OD, I'll try to remember next time. 😀

papaya cookies has now completed her stretch. typical for papaya, she develops purple/pink pistils. such a beauty. hopefully the weather will stay good enough for her bulk.

This week is pretty routine plants look good was going to flower for 10 weeks but most of the fan leaves are turning yellow indicating that it's almost time to harvest. There aren't too many new white hairs growing most are turning orange.

30/08/2025 - tenho vindo a regar alternadamente com água de garrafão e água da torneira que deixo descansar ao sol por 24h, acredito que esteja a ter um problema no EC da água mas não tenho medidor de EC. Vou comprar para a próxima run pois nesta já está muito tarde para mexer ou ajustar seja o que for. Mas de qualquer forma vou tentar esmiuçar com o que tenho para entender melhor o problema. Vai dar um fumo excelente, o cheiro está muito forte, formação de tricomas. Obrigado a toda a comunidade por me ajudar com as minhas questões. Ajudaram imenso. Estou a adorar a experiência de fazer este diário ! Obs: Com a ajuda da comunidade acabei por perceber que o problema pode ter origem em vários fatores, como dito em cima (sem medido de EC) palpito que seja o Ec da agua que tenho colocado, fiz um calculo e o Ec da agua e são cerca de 130-150uS/cm, o que por si só é muito aceitável. No entanto a composição da agua é: Ca2+ 1.5mg/L Na+ 25mg/L Cl- 19mg/L HCO3- 47.1mg/L Conclusão: Ainda teria de verificar o Ec do runoff dos vasos, mas sem medidor é-me totalmente impossível, deste modo as possíveis causas que encontrei seriam 2: o uso excessivo de chás aerados, pode ter aumentado demasiado a sacarose do solo e com isso a vida microbiana que por si só aumenta o Ec do solo, outro possível problema, que para mim será o mais provável, é a composição da agua que rego, tem uma quantidade de sódio relativamente alta (mais de 10 mg/l), sódio é um dos piores elementos em excesso no cultivo, não é um nutriente essencial para a planta (serve apenas em traços), compete com K, Ca e Mg nas raízes bloqueado a absorção, e acumula-se com facilidade no substrato pois não é consumido pela planta. Por ultimo, as quantidades de Ca e Mg são relativamente baixas o que pode criar um défice destes nutrientes com ainda mais facilidade nestas condições. Quando regado com este tipo de agua o ideal seria fazer um runoff em todas as regas de 10% (como um leve flush), para evitar acúmulos de sais no substrato, coisa que quase nunca fiz ao longo do cultivo. She has stretched really well, but is quite bushy, so she'll require a good bit of defoliation at her canopy soon. I've lollipopped her to remove all her lower most nodes and leaves, allowing her to focus on developing her canopy 👍🏻

Sorted temps and humidity out starting to get back on track now

Let me just say I Am so fu***** mad. I should not have kept the blueberry clone knowing that the mother hermied a little... this god damn plant RUINED MY WHOLE GROWWWW that is why I haven’t posted .. for the last couple weeks I’ve been flushing all my girls because they aren’t my little girls anymore 😕 they all got seeds and I’m not talking a little bit .. I am finding them in almost every bud and it’s so sad because these wet betty’s were beautiful and soooo smelly and yummy I lost so much money and time ... well you win some you lose some ... but let me tell you this next run is going to be beautiful 🌹🌹 I cant wait to show you guys what’s next

Day 44 - The smell is divine, and the buds are looking very pretty. Beautiful fade going on in the leaves, almost like a purple/red/black. Planning to tapper down the nutrients as we are coming closer to Harvest. Crucial to keep the pH in range during flowering and being away a few days, I wasn't able to correct it until I was back. So they were drinking more water than uptaking nutrients.. leaving a high EC in the system. Corrected the issue by adding plain RO water, treated with cleanse, no nutrients. They are now on track and could do with a last defoliation, but I've been holding it off. Will get around to it over the next few days. The buds are sticky, smell great and rock hard. Dehumidifier was added to the tent to try lower the humidity to a better range. Can't wait to see the end results and product. Another 2 weeks an I think we will be good.

New week and this means official flowering for the girl, stretching, preflowers, pistils and a big smile after some 9 weeks of vegetation and mainline formation. I believe this is a very promising strain very sturdy, never seen any slowing of growth after any cutting or stress low or high and hoping for some big fat frosty colas with the new addition of more missing nutes such as Silica, voodoo juice and sensizym as I believe roots are very important too and I saw immediate results when I added those missing elements to my other autoflowering plants which apparently stopped drooping just before lights off and just from day 2 and never saw them droop since...check other diary... Peace

9/7 Day 7 Things are ok watching Jen closely and dropping PH slowly from 6.8 to 6.0 by the gauge (no more dye... yea) to see if its a lockout. Lowered lights to 24 inches as I am seeing a bit of stretch. Just learning how to use the light in absence of anything approaching instruction :) Folks I like this light, so far... awwwwright Transplant time coming up in a week or so, be getting the pots ready with a full wash of nuets just to get things rolling in the soil. 9/11 D11 Transplanted to five gal pots, soil is mix of 707 with 1 tbs Recharge , 3 tbs Dolimite lime, and 5 tbs Happy Frog Guano Culture , Watered with feed of Kanga/Fish Mix/Big Bloom 0.5 gal each Staying on 24 hr lights till end of week 9/14 D14 Finishing the week up with a feeding Fish Mix 1 tsp/gal Big Bloom 1 Tbs/gal for 2.0 liters Lights now on same timer as the CBD - 20-4
