GIVE THIS GROW A THUMBS UP 👍 WEEK #2 DAY 9: She was stunted day 6 & is recovering from that currently . She is in a 5x5 with 3 autos between 35-42 days old . The plan is to veg this single Cereal Milk out to fill this entire 5x5 once my Autos are harvested . This is my first run with this cultivar & breeder however it was an easy choice considering I adore the taste , smell, & smoke of the strain! Week 1 issues: The tents VPD was out of whack . Due to the VPD being out of proportion slowed/stunted growth occurred equally across all 4 plants in the tent . Plants showed deficiencies of CalMag and interveinal yellowing , necrosis leaf spots , reddening leaf petioles & leaf stems slowly progressing in the worst affected plants to red leaf veins & lastly droplets of condensation on the leaves (plants were sweating) Anyways after I fixed the VPD issues , I added a makeshift dome for humidity retention of the Cereal Milk & 3 days later which is today she has added 2 new nodes almost catching up to where she would be with normal healthy unstunted growth at day #9. She was transplanted from her starter pot last night into a 2 gallon with plenty of dry amendments mixed in for a 6-8 week veg. I’m debating on scrogging this plant or LST & Supercropping the SHIT out of this plant . I’ve never scrogged before and am not welcoming any new learning curves at the moment which is my main reason not to even though I think it may be the biggest help to filling this tent & “supporting” the enormous load of bud sites I am planning to grow . I worry about to inconvenience of defoliating & training branches down without being able to get around the outside of my tent given its location in a corner . If I had anticipated wanting to grow a single 2lb + plant when determining my grow location I would’ve placed it more ” openly “. If I can think up a work around to canopy maintenance so that I can keep it clean & by the books I’ll quit complaining & try it . Otherwise she’ll be LST’d & Supercropped OR topped and mainlined . Day 14 END OF WEEK #2 I’ve added remote temperature & humidity monitoring/controller. Now I can monitor the dips & swings while making adjustments to better dial things in . (Just trying it on for size here , for full disclosure I am not in love with it & if I can not modify what it is that is bothering my existence I WILL be returning this unit AND purchasing another brand with the capabilities I am looking for the connectivity for this specific unit I am trying was a BIG deciding factor for me but all in all is not enough to make me settle on this one if I can potentially have it all. . Odds are highly leaning towards returning this unit .) Finally raised the pot to level with the older girls in flower currently . I was wrong when I reported in setup that she was “30 inches “ from the light . She in fact was 35 inches‼️away so I raised her to be 26 inches from the light by placing a 1 gallon bucket beneath her . I WILL NOT LET THE MID-END OF FLOWER & DRYING to cause my run to get derailed

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This Purple Punch didn't break soil until 4 days from getting wet. I ended up with a slightly mutated Purple Punch Seedling as she has 3 Cotyledons instead of 2. I have friends who have had this and they told me they turned out just fine yield and terp wise just really based more on the phenotype than the fact that it was genetically mutated. She is in a Solo Cup in ProMix/Perlite under the Spectrum X at 30% Power which is 230 Watts in V1 or Veg Mode. Very happy so far with the light as it is keeping all nodes tight and all leafs green and pointed upwards. I will also this Purple Punch's roots to fill the solo cup and then I will transplant her into a final 3.4 gallon airpot and hook her up to an auto feeding halo coming from a reservoir. When a plants roots are just fertigated in soil they are lacking in oxygen until some drying takes place. In Coco Coir, they have the perfect ratio of H20/Oxygen just after watering and as long as the Coir stays somewhat saturated. This is why high frequency fertigation pays off in coco coir. My plan is to top her one time by day 28 or so at the latest, or at least before she starts flowering, so whatever node that will be depends on her growth between now and then. Keep watering with same nutrients mix, because I had add before to soil some extra worm castings, palm tree ash, bat guano and egg shells. Day 24. keep doing all the same feeding with 2.5L nutrients mix.

Today is Monday (09-08-21). I gave them nutrients for the last time, and it will be time for flushing from now on. I expect the harvest in two weeks for the first two plants, and the third will be ready in 4 weeks. Everything is going right so far, this Thursday I will increase the lights to 100% , so it will be a nice trichome boost in the last two weeks.

UPDATE mid week spoted smnth on the soil that turned out to be a polinator. When inspected the plant found them all over. Especialy in the lower btanches. But on mostly all of branches, they are blendong in with lower buds very tight making them hard to clear. I belive there still some left. And most probably they are going to keem emerging. 3rd week of flowering - looks good. Hairy and even a bit frosty already. I was wrong about water consumprion. Although I managed to put 2 liters at a time and the fabric pot held it, it was too much, the soil was wet for around 4 days. And the humidity in my 50 by 50 cm 1 meter high tent was 99%. So wattering back to 1 liter each second day, just right. Starting to think that maybe in couple of weeks I will need to remove some fan leaves as it realy is quite bushy and when buds will start to swell and get dencier I will need to addres humidity concearns

This morning it went in to it's dark cycle. Can't wait to see how much more crystal it packs on. 48h to chop.

Yet another fun and eventful week! I did some final defiliation and LST before I flip them next week. I'd love to repot these into 3 gallon pots and veg longer, but I just don't have the space. I should get a good yield anyway. They grew well this week, and filled out nicely. I'm loving the way most of these are developing. The topping worked well and my canopy is looking good on these. I didn't have any problems this week. Everything went well, and I had a great time!

Halfway through week 7. Couple pictures from Tuesday. Gonna upload more when I get back home to her. Can’t raise the lights anymore. Hoping she is done stretching. She takes up every bit of that 4x5 box. Couldn’t be happier with this grow so far. I think next time I’ll go down to 5 gal smart pots this way I can pump out two of them. Still in disbelief she has grown this fast and started budding that fast as well!! I’m feeding her 2 gallons every 2 or so days. She is a very thirsty girl and let’s me know when she is hungry too (leaves curl down). I’ve been slowly defoliating the bottom of her. I cut a couple under grown budds from underneath as well. Not sure how she’d respond if I went scissor happy. I also can’t say enough about Advanced Nutrients. Since I made the switch I can tell her leaves are always praying up and overall health seems through the roof! She really is a monster. 31 inches wide by 36 inches tall. She is stacking nicely. Did my best with pictures. Can’t tell if the flash on the phone helps or hurts the pictures. End of the week- She is doing awesome. Blowing up pretty fast and there is a serious citrus pine smell coming off her when you bump into a budd or it wipes on your finger. For the most part it seems as if she is loving life!!

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

Day 22 : Today was repotting day! I prepared my living soil demetheart system, I added terralba products and dynomyco mycorrhizae! I added molasses mixed with reverse osmosis water, elycitor and humic and fulvic acids! my tco is in preparation for 24 hours, I use the tco pack from terralba, to which I add many elements and bacteria Hollywood x white runtz is in great shape! nothing to say Day 28 : Here is the end of week 4, everything is going very well!! I will carry out the topping on day 29 and incorporate the TCO + defoliation!! this variety is very vigorous, very compact and has small internodal spaces! but I have a good feeling, it seems resistant to stress! we will see a few days after the topping

Pretty uneventful so far, the seedlings are growing. Humidity could be higher, I guess. Light is at 40%. I am planning on moving the plants over into the Autopots maybe in the coming week, maybe the week after. In the green box are still some clones from the previous run, which are just being kept alive at the moment in case one of them is a keeper, but they will move to a different place when the seedlings are transplanted into the Autopots.

Day 63 - lookin good.... haha.... um, tanks stabilized, ph 5.8 - ppm 1200 .... she's feedin alot..... buds are fillin and lotsa white furries.... listed the nutes and amounts etc.., but i'm kinda feeding her as she needs.... so every few days she is drinking 2 lts +- and i'm just mixing up a neut solution in a 2 lt bottle every day or 2 ..... sometimes she just wants abit of water...... Day 64 +vid....shows her deep green and gloss... abit of crystalic :) Day 65 - vids pics.... trimmed her, and abit of bending.... Added blood and bone.... she's stretching alot, 60cm+ ........ Day 67 took all the early buds on all the stringy 0ff shoots.... Poor lighting vids, but don't want to mess with her flowering, :) 👍😎👊

Really happy with the growth this week, can see there starting to bust again plenty more white hairs showing. Gave them some bat boost start of week and can see massive difference in the growth also the co2 bag has made a big difference, can’t wait to see what they do in the coming week. Happy Growing🍁

So as you can see I now have four flowering which I guess were the autos and I have one gelato that is still vegging and is doing damn good. There are two that have lighter color leaves, I’m trying to focus on on these and see if I can get better production. As for the tall GG in the back, leaves are waxy and have resin production starting. A lot better, overall I’m learning more and more every week! This week I had to Lollipop again (I know is very late and I hope I didn’t stressed the plant to much). My canopy is so tick and so many overlapping leaves and buds in the center of the plant that don’t receive enough light or any at all , n combination with the RH swings that I got going on (45 and 63 RH), I’m very afraid of mold. I should have did a better job at Lollipoping from day 21. I’m inexperienced grower and I didn’t knew better. I decided is better to risk to shock the plant a little bit risking a reduction in yield then get mold or pests and lose it all. My 30 pin dehumidifier works great with the AC but sometimes when the AC( compressor) stops my RH jump at 62% -63%, witch I don’t like . I’m trying to keep the humidity around 50% but in such a small room between the AC and Dehumidifier I got big swings in temp ( 75-82) and RH ( 45%-63%) witch is not ideal but is nothing that I can do. I played with the AC and Dehumidifier setting a lot trying to keep humidity around 50% and temp around 80 degrees and that’s the best I can. My AC is set at 82 degrees and my Dehumidifier is set at 45% RH. Also during the lights off (day time) is very hard to keep the temperature In control when outside is 110-115 degrees with my portable AC (1400BTU) in the 4x 6 closet. Is crazy but I do my best to keep temp under control. This is another rocky mistake I made is trying growing weed DWC in the middle of summer where temps are 105-115 degrees constant in a closet without centralized AC port and at second level in the building. LOL Also I think I underfed her (630 PPM TDS, PH 5.8-5.9) ) and I got a Ca deficiency witch I think is the reason my flowers developed slower then I anticipated. Hopefully I’m wrong and everything will be good. P.S. I got a little bit of calcium deficiency caused by salt buildup (to much PK boost) despite my earlier belief that is underfed. I increased the PPM from week 4 (630-640TDS) to 680 TDS) on week 5 while I kept the PK booster at 3+ml l per gallon. Slightly my PPM’s was rising in my reservoir for few days until I decided that my plant can’t take that much nutrients (PK). 2-3 days after I increased the TDS I’ve noticed more spots on the lower leaves with tip burns on top ( first signs of PK toxicity). One day later found spots and yellowing of the leaves on top of the plant that indicates Ca deficiency caused by salt buildup ( PK toxicity) and reversed osmosis (hope I’m not wrong). Going into week 6 I lowered the PK boost at 1.5ml / gallon and total TDS to 640 PPM. Seems like leaves damage to stop and my PPM to stay stabile at 630-640. Trying to keep PH at 5.8 max 5.9. I will post pictures of my Ca deficiency/ PK toxicity. If you guys have any suggestions please leave me a comment.
