A engordar!

Well, Tropic'ozz is not the biggest yielder. That's not the target , so everything is fine😎. She gets the color I am used to and the Tropic'ozz smell 😯. Somehow the cuttings are always a bit stronger in colors than her mothers. Happy with her 😋 Rock on. 👊

🌸 Week 5 Flower – Frost on the Horizon We’ve reached the midway mark of flower, and the Mango Kush sisters are entering their true production phase. What started as white hairs and clusters is now becoming recognizable bud sites, with calyx swelling, pistils stacking, and resin glands beginning to form. Even though the two phenos are still at slightly different paces, both are showing the strength of Mango × Hindu Kush genetics: dense flower set, uniform branching, and a promise of rich aromas to come. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Update – Adjusting for Signs & Demands This week we observed minor leaf spotting, likely an early sign of calcium/magnesium imbalance. With the canopy pushing hard into bloom, demand for structural nutrients rises. To address this, we adjusted the recipe: Updated Feeding Mix (per liter): • 🌿 Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • 🌿 Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.35 ml (slight increase for leaf support) • 🌿 Aptus All-In-One Liquid – 1 ml (reintroduced for balanced NPK support) • 🌿 Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • 🌿 Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml Why this change? • All-In-One Liquid provides a steady base of NPK to complement the super soil and ensure no hidden deficiencies appear as flowers bulk. • CalMag Boost increased slightly to help counter early spotting and reinforce leaf health. • Sugar Royal & Green Sensation remain to push terpene, resin, and bud density. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: At mid-flower, nutrition must shift slightly from “steering” to supporting. The plant is now a high-demand engine, and small deficiencies show quickly. Adding back a balanced NPK base (All-In-One) ensures pistil and calyx production doesn’t stall. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment – Riding the Heat The room remains lively but challenging: • 🌡️ Temps: peaking at 31–34°C • 💧 RH: 50–60% • 📊 VPD: ~1.8–2.0 kPa While slightly hotter than ideal, the Mango Kush girls are holding strong thanks to airflow and the resilience provided by biostimulants like Sugar Royal and Regulator. An AC unit is on the way, which will stabilize the climate moving forward. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: High VPD increases water demand, plants drink more, transpire faster, and pull nutrients quicker. This can be beneficial if balanced correctly, but also risky: deficiencies show up faster, and stress can slow bud formation. Monitoring and adjusting is the key. ⸻ 💡 Lighting – Mid-Canopy Power Boost Our lighting orchestra is now running at higher intensity to fuel flower bulking: • ThinkGrow Model One – deep penetration into the canopy • 2× ThinkGrow ICL-300 bars – mid-canopy support, ensuring no shadowed sites • Future of Grow Black Series 600W – full-spectrum coverage • Lumatek Zeus 465W Compact Pro – evening out the footprint PPFD is averaging 750–800 µmol/m²/s, which is perfect for mid-flower. The canopy is even, with bud sites developing from top to bottom. 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Mid-canopy lighting like the ICL-300 prevents “popcorn buds” by ensuring lower sites receive enough light intensity to develop properly. The result: fuller plants, less larf, more usable flower. ⸻ 🌱 Genetics in Action – Mango Kush Week 5 • Pheno #1 – Still ahead, stacking pistils into early bulking buds, beginning to sparkle under macro view. • Pheno #2 – Catching up fast, with strong pistil growth and early calyx development. Though she started later, her structure is filling in beautifully. Both phenos are showing that classic Mango Kush balance: fruit-forward aromas beginning to rise when you brush the flowers, with the Kush backbone promising earthy depth in the final cure. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect & What Not to Expect ✅ Expect this week and next: • Rapid calyx swelling → buds begin “rounding out” • Trichome initiation across sugar leaves • First noticeable sticky texture • Stronger aroma when handling ❌ Not yet: • Full frost coverage (peaks Weeks 6–7) • True terpene explosion (Weeks 7–8) • Final density (Weeks 7–9) 🌱 Educational Takeaway: Week 5 is often where growers get impatient. Resist the urge to overfeed or over-adjust. Buds are setting their foundation now, the bulk and frost come with time. ⸻ 🔄 Recap – The Journey So Far • Weeks 0–2: Seedlings established, Aptus Start Booster support • Weeks 3–4 Veg: Rapid branching, transplant into super soil + Aptus Mycor-Mix & Buffer • Week 5 (Flip): 12/12, stretch begins • Flower Weeks 1–2: Power Buds introduced, lighting expanded • Flower Week 3: Flower set established, pistils everywhere • Flower Week 4: Bulking begins, feeding simplified • 🌸 Flower Week 5 (Now): Buds swelling, trichomes emerging, All-In-One Liquid reintroduced, environment monitored closely ⸻ 🙏 Gratitude To everyone following along, thank you. Each week is a balance of science, art, and patience, and it means a lot to share this journey together. The Mango Kush sisters are teaching us once again: growth happens in stages, and trust in the process brings the best results. ⸻ 💭 Grower’s Note: “This week felt like the garden finally started to sparkle. The first trichomes are here, pistils are building like fireworks, and even with the heat waves, the girls stand tall. Pheno #1 is racing, Pheno #2 is steady — and together, they remind me that nature never grows in straight lines, only in rhythms.” 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Week 6 (Feb 8 - Feb 14) Tea Time! This week we introduced our plants to compost tea, made from 1 teaspoon of Roots Organics Bio-Force by Aurora Innovations. There was either a water leak from the humidifier, or way too much humidity in the tent, because the floor was covered in a water. Had to vacate the whole tent, which gave me an opportunity to arrange the plants just where I want them to get ready for the SCROG net in a few weeks.

This week is going great. Buds are becoming dense, pretty sure by the end of the week I’m gonna have to add a few bamboo sticks for support. The smell has definitely increased tri comb development has gone crazy new amber ones has already started forming and by the end of the week I’ll look at tri comb development again to see if more has gotten cloudy or amber as I will start to flush when I see 70% amber

Everything is proceeding good. Due to plants hight and colas weight, I had to use some poles to sustain the heaviest branches. Pistils are becoming to turn reddish, sugar leaves are more and more covered of transparant trichomes and fan leaves are becoming yellow and falling. Buds are increasing in size and even in the lowest branches there're some of them despite are quite small comparing to the ones on the top.

🌿 Week 7 Veg Report: Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco 🌿 Hello, Grow Fam! We’re now into Week 7 of this exciting adventure with my Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco ladies, and what a week it’s been! The theme for this week? Patience and appreciation. These girls continue to grow at their own pace, each one showcasing their unique traits and incredible beauty. Week Recap: Slow and Steady Wins the Race The girls are still on the slower side in terms of growth, but that’s part of their charm. Each leaf is a masterpiece, more intricate and stunning than the last. Their prayer posture remains consistent—a true testament to their health and contentment in their environment. They may be taking their time, but their vitality and uniqueness shine through every step of the way. Environmental Conditions: Keeping Things Balanced This week has been about maintaining a steady environment despite the natural slowdown in growth due to cooler temperatures. • Temps: Daytime 18–20°C, nighttime 14–16°C. It’s a bit chillier than usual, but these resilient ladies are adapting beautifully. • Humidity: Stable at 65%, ensuring the girls remain hydrated and comfortable. • Airflow: Gentle but constant to keep the space fresh and prevent any stagnant air pockets. Feeding Program: Aptus Holland Perfection Feeding remains consistent, and the girls are loving the organic-mineral lineup from Aptus Holland. Here’s what’s in their mix this week: • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L – To strengthen cell walls and increase stress resistance. • CalMag Boost: 0.25 ml/L – For robust development and prevention of deficiencies. • StartBooster: 0.25 ml/L – Enhances early vegetative growth and root systems. The switch to All-in-One Pellets last week has eliminated the need for liquid All-in-One, and the girls seem to be thriving with this natural, slow-release food source. Watering: A Gnat-Free Approach This week, I continued with bottom watering. Filling the trays and letting the soil absorb the water has been a game-changer—not just for healthy root development but also as a part of the war against gnats. Paired with yellow sticky traps, this strategy has kept pests in check while ensuring the roots get all the hydration they need. Growth Observations: Slow but Stunning • Structure: The slow growth might test patience, but the payoff is worth it. The compact, vibrant structure of each plant is breathtaking. • Leaves: Dark green, uniquely shaped, and full of character. Each girl is like an artist’s brushstroke—no two alike. • Praying Posture: Their leaves reach for the skies like they’re soaking up every ounce of light. Still no cloning or flipping to 12/12 yet, as I want them to grow a bit more before making any big moves. Next week, I’ll decide whether to flip them for a brief period to determine sex or wait until cloning is feasible. Photography Spotlight: Capturing the Details This week, I took some time to immortalize their beauty with my Sony A6000 and Nikon DSLR cameras. The intricate details of their leaves, captured through different lenses, reveal their individuality. 📸 Photography Tip: • Cameras like my Sony and Nikon bring out fine details you’d never see with a phone camera. The larger sensors, interchangeable lenses, and manual controls allow for stunning clarity and depth. • Macro lenses, in particular, are fantastic for close-ups, like capturing water droplets or vein details in leaves. The difference between these and even the best phone cameras (like the latest iPhone) is night and day when it comes to quality and creative control. Looking Ahead: What’s Next? As we move into Week 8, I’m hoping for an uptick in growth speed, but I’m perfectly content to let these beauties take their time. The journey is just as rewarding as the destination, and these girls are proof of that. Shout Outs & Gratitude A massive thank you to: • Terpyz Genetics for these exceptional mutant seeds. • Aptus Holland for their top-tier nutrient lineup. • Future of Grow (FOG) for lighting that keeps these ladies praying. • Pro-Mix Soil for providing the perfect growing medium. • TrolMaster for environmental controls that make my life so much easier. • Grow Diaries for the platform to share this incredible journey. • And, of course, all of YOU—followers, supporters, and even the haters—for being part of this adventure. Your feedback, encouragement, and interaction mean the world to me. 🌟 If you’re curious about the journey, feel free to check out my Instagram and YouTube for behind-the-scenes content, photos, and more! 3.3.2026 – Another week has passed and the seedlings have officially moved into the vegetative phase. On Tuesday I gave them Terra Vega for the first time and bent them down. Fuck, I Missed with BG#41 somehow and now there are basically no gaps between the branches, just branches growing on top of more branches. A few hours later you can’t even tell it had any bending joints. It’s basically a leafy salad. :) Besides the PAR meter, the AC5 power strip and the soil sensor, I also ordered the Spider Farmer humidifier. On top of that I grabbed the Mars Hydro New Foldable Bucket Drip Irrigation Kit (it was 20€ cheaper than the Spider Farmer one, it’s identical, and through the AC5 it works in the Spider Farmer app just like everything else). I added a circulation pump to the reservoir as well, so the nutrient solution gets mixed before each irrigation. The reason I chose this model is the insanely strong magnetic mount. With the reservoir material that’s perfect, because there’s zero risk of damage and the pump stays in place like it’s welded on. Ladies are about to be Bitchy & Stretchy. 5.3.2026 - Today I switched the photoperiod to 12/12. I had to thin out the BG#41, including removing a few branches — it was just too much. Even so, it’s still a hydra. Current values are in the photo.

This will be my 1st auto run. Other than one time I was sent some free f1 autos from rqs and I started some but I ended up tossing them for some reason or another. I am actually super excited to try out fastbuds. I have been wanting to try out fastbuds for over a year now. I'm not the greatest with seedlings so I am doing a test run with a 2x2 tent I'm gonna try and grow the best plant I get out if the 3 seeds hopefully it doesn't out grow my small 2x2 tent . Pound cake thou looks like a killer strain with some fat buds can't wait to see how fast fast buds really are. Here we go.

Last Week i did in my Opinion the last Defoliation and clean up the Bottom. But after a Week there are no light Penetration under the Canopy. So i decided to take a few more Leaves Deep Red runs all the 12 hours. Infrared 15 mins before light goes on and off. And UV Light every Hour for 10 Mins
