Hello and welcome to my newest grow! Going to be doing a small pheno hunt for a keeper cut of purple marmalade by Solfire. Speaking of Solfire, want to shout these guys out. Just purchased from these guys the first time and the seeds I received look perfect. They also sent me 3 free seeds which I’m looking forward to growing next. Purple Marmalade is something special too me as I actually smoked this strain in Rochester New York around 2021, I would always pick up 3 new strains a week when I stayed here. For me and my girlfriend at the time it was one of our favorites we have ever had. Super spacey and melted away all stress. Going to be doing a proper hunt where I will keep the rooted seeds as parents and will be taking clones of these for the actual hunt. The clones will be planted in my newest 30 gallon no till bed where they will be flipped semi early to allow all 3 plants to fill the 2x3. The 30 gallon pot is the same soil I have been no tilling in a 15 gallon for the last year and a half. It had gotten compacted in the 15 so I dumped it out, reammended with 3.0, craft blend, and gnarly barley. Also added a gallon of perlite to help prevent compaction again. Poured it into the 30 and topped it off with about 8 gallons of fresh Elite Soil. My thought process is the plants will start off in the new top soil as the bottom cooks, so by the time the roots hit the older soil it is ready to go. I also took a soil sample of the old soil and sent it to my local university to see if the amendments I added will be enough or if I should top dress more early on. Today August 23rd I sprinkle a ton of white clover seeds on top of this pot so by the time I transplant the clones in two weeks I will have a cover crop I also planted the seeds today on August 23rd. I filled my small nursery pots with some new Elite Living soil. I soaked the soil heavily to ensure it was wet and tamped. Poked a small one inch hole into each pot. Sprinkled recharge into each hole, dropped the seeds in and covered lightly. I then transferred these to my small parent tent where they will hopefully pop and veg until I am able to take my clones for the main tent. Germination success is set to 0/3 until they start too pop. Really looking forward to this grow with you guys! God bless! Update Day 4, August 28th: Cover crop growing in well and first seed popped. Good looks for solfire, first time using them. My seeds planted directly in soil almost always consistently pop on day 5. Day early and healthy looking, no helmet head, and can already see true leaves coming in. Update Day 5, August 30th Number 2 sprouted Update Day 6, August 31st Transplanted both sprouted clones to large container

dry weight of buds after trimming = 93 gram and about 5 gram of Trim so 98g Total. Actual plan was to leave the plant some more days but after seeing some Nanas developing inside the buds i decided to cut it at day 65 of flower. great smell and cant wait to smoke the final product. All in all definetly a good strain for living soil.

This week I’m glad I’ve spent time looking at my plants every time I cypher blunts w em because I wouldn’t have spotted seeds growing since their sacs are soo green it hides em pretty well. As you probably may have guessed I banished it from my tent & have cleaned my tent thoroughly to ensure there are no chances my females can get so much as get a whiff of it. Now as I said in my diary last week I was kinda bummed out that I couldn’t at least benefit from one plant giving me seeds but now I have been given a chance to reap something I had no idea I’d been sowing this whole time least of all the strain that wreaks of a very sticky & bubbalicious odor even with the most minimal contact. I must say it was a blessing in disguise cuz tbh them seeds ain’t cheap & as much as the wait may be worth it any & every grower novice (myself) to pro needs a stash on hand at all x to be able to grow or experiment with. It get cold up here in the winter so I be bored in the house on em snow days. As always there’s always something new each week & this week I’ll have to say the terpinator has not disappointed. I have been using far more little in terms of nutrient doses through out this grow as I realized the automatic spray bottle I have is nearly 3 liters & I've only been administering the minimal doses/liter as instructed in the grow diary nutrients chart into the near 3 gal bottle this whole time!! Not going to go crazy & double up but before I up the dosage I’ll perform a very thorough flush from rain in the forecast to reset its Ph. Can’t wait to see how both male & female turbo diesel strains differ in development in the 8 remaining weeks.

This next week should be the bounce back out of the stunt I have really been waiting for. Went with a heavy decomposing top dress instead of the teas I been brewing. Might add more castings other then that I introduced slow burning phosphorus and potassium to start breaking down into July August so it will be available to the plants then. Buds are forming fast and given the node spacing I think they'll be nice and long.. We removed most the top fans and cleared the bottom 1/3 growth from all plants this week, light penetration is awesome , we're still at 75% power with the Solux 350 but this seems to be more than adequate for now (we're trying to keep power consumption low between 4 active tents to avoid anymore power issues).. High, FD57 Time passes by! Nine days of flush, five days to harvest...😇 FD58 - last flush.👌 Some growers turn their light off during the last couple of days, thinking that the buds produce more resin. Kinda true. Top dressed Asman and Asal with a tablespoon of Dr. Earth Bloom and 3 tbs of worm castings. Added terpinator, microbials and molasses to calmag'd water. Benesh got fed last week with the same load/mix and is doing great. No defoliation or much training early this week. Did some heavier defoliation on Sunday to give more of the bigger and higher buds space. Will make a TCHA tincture off of the defoliated buds, which I will add to later. Lovely mint and chocolate aromas on my fingers after the defoliation.

So, very first run with the new set up which I'm excited for. Currently just getting the environment dialled in. Running a RDWC system, along with LEDs, the recipe for success. Running some great genetics from seed stockers (purple punch). Will be back with an update soon, for now enjoy the pictures and videos I upload. FlavoursUK Day 6. Girls doing well. Roots hit the water so expecting some nice growth now. pH fluxing between 5.9/6.0 which is good as that's where I want it, especially for veg. Cant wait to see what I can do with this. Stay tuned.

Everything is good without any problems for now. One plant seems like the leafs are sightly burned 😰 but it did'n get worse in past few days and it grows healthy so i think it will look better next week 💪 Today is day 7 of the plants, yesterday i transplanted them into the main 15 liters pot with organic soil mix 👌 Today i also added some Voodoo Juice from AN to help the roots involve. They say it is good for organic gardens and i got it from one of my past grow.
