In Week 4, the plants are growing like weeds thanks to maintaining high PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density) and optimal temperatures in the grow tent. These conditions are essential for maximizing photosynthesis and ensuring vigorous growth.

### Techniques Applied: LST and Defoliation
#### Low-Stress Training (LST)
This week, I applied Low-Stress Training (LST) for the first time. By gently bending and tying down the branches, I've created a more even canopy. This technique helps to:
- **Increase Light Exposure:** Ensures all parts of the plant receive sufficient light.
- **Improve Air Circulation:** Reduces the risk of mold and pests by allowing better airflow between the branches.
- **Boost Yield:** Promotes the development of multiple colas, potentially increasing the overall yield.
#### Defoliation
In addition to LST, I also began defoliation, selectively removing some fan leaves to:
- **Enhance Light Penetration:** Allows more light to reach the lower parts of the plant.
- **Stimulate Growth:** Encourages the plant to focus its energy on bud development rather than foliage.

8/10-16 This week’s weather has been a mix of rain, clouds and thunderstorms. Temperatures were mostly in the mid to upper 80s during the day and low 70s at night.
I watered 2 times with compost tea adding green sensation on the last watering.
Auto Purple Hulk is fattening up her buds and showing lots of purple. Her buds have lots of sugar leaves which possibly can trap moisture causing rot. I check all my outside plants daily in the morning. If it rained that night, I give each stem a good shake to help dry them out. So far so good. The pics show the trichomes filling out the bud structure even without a magnifier. I am getting excited to see the full development of buds, colors and smells.

Week four was definitely the week when the plants started to really grow bigger, I started some LST at my way cause even if I check thousands of videos I end it up doing what I thought was better for my plants, I perhaps was a bit late so it wasn’t stretching as I thought it would have, maybe I shouldn’t have wait this long, but again first time learning a lots.. I let the plant grow with LST only in week 4 in week 5 I introduced a scrog I made myself cause I thought that I couldn’t keep doing lst because I started too late

Now that you are all caught up, we are in week three a flower. I just gave them a top dress feet of Gaia green just blown because I still have just a little bit up all purpose in there but other than that I look at them every morning, give a big smile and turn on their favorite Mosark album

😽💨Things are going pretty good considering our terrible luck with all things autoflower lol..I think we stopped the calcium deficiency from spreading..these little plants are drinking a ton, 3 gallons every 3rd day..using autos to dial in a tent was pretty hairbrained but things are going pretty good..the MarsHydro fixture is itching to get some photoperiods under it..I honestly can't wait!! Cuarta semana, ya van tomando buen tamaño en general todas las plantas, estoy aplicando los fertilizantes de Plagron combinados en el mismo riego, pronto comenzaré a subir la ventilación y cuando tengan buen tamaño las paso a flora, veremos que tal crecen!!

Day 14, Two of the Orange Sherbets are a little behind & the one I’m trying to pull back from nutrient burn.. So far the White Widow Autos by Seedsman have been doing the best!
Day 17 two of the Orange sherbet are a little behind the rest of the plants but overall I would say everything is going good! Seems like the orange sherbet that had the nutrient burn is starting to bounce back!
Day 19 They are all really starting to take off! Probably gonna do some LST tonight or tomorrow!
