10 weeks / 70 days old today. Buds are all a bit fatter and a bit frostier this week! They glisten in the light and and are well and truly coated. Noticed a few leaves with brown spots this week and after reading up I decided it could be a calcium deficiency. Gave a cal mag feed and monitored and no more brown spots have appeared. We’re pretty close to the finish line now so not sure I’ve done the right thing or whether I should just let it be. Few more old leaves at the bottom started to yellow so chopped them. Some trichomes are starting to turn milky but majority are still clear. Haven’t bothered with a picture because it’s so hard to get a clear one. Still taking up lots of water and giving 3ml of bloom nutrients in every water. Been reading lots about flushing and I’m not sure whether to do it. Read lots that say if it’s cured properly then there isn’t any difference to the taste. I think half the battle is knowing when to do it. How does a beginner know when you’ve got 2 weeks left?! Been tempted to chop off the popcorn buds and so glad I didn’t. I put some bulbs lower down to give them plenty of light and they’re fattening up pretty well. Bit worried again about the space issue. Lots of new pistils have sprouted and most are around the top buds. Read that it could be foxtailing due to light stress but could also just be buds fattening out and having a last try at pollinating 🤷🏻‍♀️ who knows! Overall another exciting week getting closer to the finish. Booked our summer holiday for August and trying to decide whether to start a new grow when these finish. there’s a risk they might not be done in time but I’m desperate to try again and improve on this one. I have well and truly got the grow bug!!

La primera semana a ido bien, destacar que la próxima vez, estresaré lo mínimo posible a las plantas, ya que si quieres una cosecha rápida y saludable lo mejor creo es no estresar a las plantas, nada de los stress ni mierdas, dejarla desarrollar como si estuviera solita. 📅 Día 8: 🔹Pulverizo las hojas con Rootbastic de Atami a 0,15 ml/litro. 📅 Día 9:🔹 Última pulverización con Acti Vera y Alg-A-Mic a 1 ml/litro respectivamente. A partir del día 11 no se le aplicarán más abonos vía foliar para controlar la humedad en el cuarto de cultivo y así evitar que se disparen estos niveles de humedad. 📅Día 10🔹Última pulverización con Special THC PLUS. 📅 Día 11🔹Riego según la tabla de nutrientes y bajo la dosis de agua ya que me he pasado con el riego. Aplico 350ml e iré subiendo cuando note que no dura 24h mojado. 🔹Cambio los platos de las macetas por una bandeja de 80 x 80para así poder hacer un mejor riego y no molestar a las plantas, ha entrado justa. Plants are all transplanted. Lost a couple to rodents but these were all free seeds and clones so I’m not too worried

Not an overly impressive strain and I would say she was not that hard to grow. If I even grew this one again I would let it go naturally with some LST. Wanted more grape flavours but they don't really come through in the smoke. There's a bit of a sharp fruity smell that's sort of piney with a hint of fuel at the end. The smoke is not too flavourful in my opinion but that just means I didn't grow it well. Super tight nugs so be careful with humidity as stated above. Also she's a bit of a light feeder so be careful with your nutes. As you can see I burnt her tips and over fed her a lot. Not a bad yield though! I've only really smoked the lowers on this one so far so that gave me a bit of a racey high, just slightly racey. I would accredit that to the lowers not being mature enough at chop. The plant is super dense and since I mainlined it the lowers didn't receive enough light. I tried to let the lowers mature more but the plant stopped maturing when I chopped the tops, this caused stress and the plant just shut down basically. Not sure if I would grow Blimburn's GDP again until I grow the real GDP.

The tops are getting pretty close to the light and I can't raise it much more... hygrometer is reading about 31 degrees 5cm from the light so I think it should be ok. Nutrients are the same as last week, not much has changed except the buds are getting fatter :) Letss goooo

This week was similar to last week. Rain every other day with intense sun. There were no major changes I made I did slide my pots over a few feet to try to catch more sunlight. Mainly just been on scouting duty making sure there are no questionable bugs hanging around. I few thing seem to take a liking to the but seems to be leaving them lone for the most part. One thing I noticed with the autos is that they seemed to adapt a whorled phyllotaxy along with the lemon al that started with 3 from seed. They got their weekly does of boogie brew, but think I will stop feeding after this week.

Lowered feed to half of what I was feeding previously, will begin a 14 day(approx) flush next week.

7/1/23 - Day 19 I do water changes weekly. The new weeks start off with a water change. Water changes always scare me, it's the mixing of nutes and balancing the PH. It sounds easy in theory but in practice you want to interfere with the PH asap. But I was able to let the LEAF box empty the water, I filled it up with RO water, LEAF then dosed all my nutes. After that i came in a PH balanced it. (PH balance is something LEAF will be able to do, but there was a bug in the software so instead of having LEAF dose the PH i decided to do it manually for now. The Roots are INSANE! I bet by time I'm done there will be 1+ gallons of water displaced by the roots. I almost started cutting her lower leaves at the base, but I decided to let them grow for a bit. If they grow out some more i will be able to scrogg them and then cut the leaves below after they are trained up a bit. The lights have kicked on and everything looks in order. The plant looks great too, she might be in a small amount of WTF because of all the PH changes but i think the drastic changes were kept to a minimum. She looks happy. As always ill update you tomorrow. 7/3/23 - Day 21- I trimmed some of the lower leaves on the bottom, I'm leaving her bushy still, I won't want to cut any more branches if I can, I need the branches from the bottom to reach the sides of the Scrogg net. In the next couple of days being apple to Scrogg and stretch her while Shes still moldable. 7/5/23 - Day 23 - I added some training lines to some of the branches. I need them to be as spread out as possible going into the Scrogg net. I'm a big fan of not trimming too much as she grows. I don't mind there being some foliage down below. I will cut as needed if it looks like the lower areas are sprouting too much of the little leaves, but for the most part, I let nature do its thing. She's drinking a ton of water now. I am getting my RO water dropped off by the five gal loads. I just got the membrane for my RO150 unit that I plan on having up and running within a couple of weeks so I can start making my own water. 7/6/23 - Day 24 - I added a picture of my RO water setup. It cannot be set up permanently, so this was a great solution. You can see how I was able to tie my branches down, next time I will drill a few holes on the side of the pot. This is a great solution for anyone looking to Scrogg and manage the vertical height. Also, you can see on the top branch there was some pulling, so much so that it started to pull the plant and it created a small lump. All good but just goes to show how pliable these plants are. She's picking up steam. Already showing white pistils. I was a bit late again with the LST so hopefully I dont get another gigantic main cola. I fed her first nutrients a few days ago and she looks healthy and no signs overdoing the nutes, yay! I should mention I ended up putting more soil into the pot around at week 2 as is compacted quite a bit which is why it measures a bit on the smaller side.

Day 35: Well switched over this week to my bloom nutes. My previous watering I had mentioned I used SledgeHammer just to wash out the residues from my grow nutes. She actually seemed to take that well and watered her today to kick off week 5. Really starting to have her own smell and its already smelling awesome. Can't wait to see this lady start to pick up some weight. 🙌 Day 38: This lady is just stacking up man and the most beautiful colors are shining thru def gonna be a low yield but for me the quality is always better than quantity 👌 ✨

Later i will fix her with another 2 points per branch, one in the border of the pot from inside, and the last one also in the pot's border but outside. This week i removed the first horizontal internode on each main branch, and also removed the branch that grows vertically down from the second internode leaving in place the one that grows totally up. At the end of the week i will fix the SCROG mesh, but it's not going to be permanent until later, or maybe not at all due to dark photography, as if i place the mesh i will not be able to move the plant (i need to think about it). For now, I just need it 3 or 4 days to test it as i never placed this 60x60 mesh before, and also i had to cut the central rods for the mesh. About Alice K. she's growing beauty and healthy, some week ago i found a little white spider that i killed, @time (week 7) I didn't noticed any insect signs more. Also remark that she's standing well those temperatures and some days of very low humidity some hours 35% inside the tent. And also the equitative distribution she's developing. Esta semana he quitado el primer nodo de cada rama y también la rama que crece hacia abajo del segundo nodo, dejando la rama que crece totalmente hacia arriba. Al final de la semana colocaré la malla de SCROG, pero no va a ser de manera permanente, por lo menos hasta más adelante. Voy a empezar a hacer fotografías de fondo oscuro, y el tener la red me va a imposibilitar la tarea ya que debo sacar la planta del armario para las sesiones (necesito pensar en ello). De momento la quiero montar 3 o 4 días para probarla ya que nunca la había montado antes y también tenía que cortar las barras horizontales para la malla. Sobre Alice K. está creciendo super bonita y sana, hace un par de semanas encontré y maté una arañita blanca (Requiescat In Pace), a día de hoy (semana 7) no he visto más signos de insectos. También debo remarcar lo equitativamente que está creciendo y lo bien que soporta las altas temperaturas y la escasa humedad, hay alguna vez que he mirado el higrómetro y estaba al 35% dentro del armario. **Wednesday 4/21/2021 - Tuesday 4/27/2021** This week I dropped my A+B nutes from 9ml/Gal to 6ml/Gal and CalMag from 5ml/Gal to 2.5ml/Gal. This is also the one week of using Top Booster. From here on out I'll be using Top Shooter to finish. Overall this week has gone pretty good. I did some medium defoliation on Thursday and Saturday, and took a leaf or two here and there in between. I've been able to keep my humidity in pretty decent shape overall. You'll notice I started taking pictures with my light off later in the week. They do look better that way for sure. I don't have the greatest camera and I'm certainly no photographer. I can't really think of anything else to say really, just keep on trucking to the finish line!

Veg8, siguen creciendo bien, todavía quedan 2 plantas por sacrificar, lo decidiré en el próximo riego. Veg9, ya se seleccionaron las 9 plantas, se sacrificaron las últimas 2. Veg10, riego con 0.7 EC y pH 6.0, drenaje de 1.0 EC y 6.6 pH, se tendrá que seguir bajando el pH de los siguientes riegos, las plantas han estirado un poco más, en unos 2 días se hará transplante a los maceteros definitivos. Se planea hacer LST, pero ya que los nodos están muy juntos, si no estiran mucho tendré que hacer Main Lining. Veg11, nada significativo. Veg12, riego con 0.8 EC y pH 5.5, drenaje 1.0 EC y pH 6.5, plantas listas para transplante dentro de los próximos días, se comienza a mezclar el sustrato para los maceteros definitivos. Veg13, dia de transplante, sustrato con 50% de turba y 50% de vermiculita(sílice), se agrego dolomita para subir el pH del suelo a 5.5~5.8 y además la dolomita agrega calcio y magnesio al suelo, también se agregó yeso agrícola al sustrato el cual es de liberación lenta y agrega calcio y azufre. Al momento del transplante se rocía directamente las raices con voodoo juice, tarantula y piranha, además se espolvorea great white, una ves puesta en el nuevo sustrato, se riega con 1.2 EC y 5.5 pH, de micro, grow y bloom, además b-52, etc. Veg14, nada significativo, siguen creciendo bien, en unos 2 días más haré Main Lining.
