"Chugging" along this week. Weather is hot, girls are loving the all time drip system. Forgot that my nutes and hot sun dont mix well and created a bad case of algae. Will monitor more often and maybe increase the drip flow

On the second day of this week, I filled the reservoir again. This time I have an RO filter available to deal with the tap water (EC 0.8mS). I mixed 10l of RO and 10l of tap, which netted a pH of 7 and an EC of just below 0.4. But of course I had to add more CalMag to make up for the filtered calcium. Even after adding all nutrients, the EC was still just shy of 1.5mS which surprised me a little, I was expecting to land closer to 1.7mS, so I am going to increase it a bit next time, probably to around 1.9mS. The plants are in stretch, and they are indeed stretching quite a bit. NYC and SAD are the tallest right now, although the BJ has been catching up a bit recently. They are between around 45cm and 58cm tall, so overall not too much of a difference, which is also good, but I need to keep an eye on it as I would like to keep them below 70cm. I have no plans to put a net in place at the moment, but this depends on the growth of the next week. All of the plants have been showing preflowers around day 7-9 of flower. No signs of pollen sacs so far. Aside from one calcium-deficiency-lookalike type of leaf issue, which I suspect is something else, ther are no issues whatsoever, which makes me happy.

14.5 Ich musste die Ladys in den Schatten stellen, nach paar Stunden in der Sonne ist die eine schon leicht gelb geworden. Aber im Schatten wachsen sie perfekt weiter, das Gelbliche an den Blättern ist jetzt auch wieder grün. Die woche verlief im ganz gut Wetter war zu gut für die kleinen aber in einem guten Rhythmus mit Schatten sind die sehr gut geworden. Die strawberry ist am schwächeln versuche momentan raus zu finden was los ist Updates in der neuen Woche

Managed to sex out the males this week, especially easy since the girls were putting out some pre-flower pistils. Moved others around a little using my potato fork and now everyone is in a much better spacing. Bummer that 2 out of 3 were males, but that's ok! The ladies that are left will have more room to stretch. I gave them a little Big Bloom and some molasses.

Es kommt leider im Video und auf den Bildern nicht so rüber, aber sie ist auch extrem verklebt. Auto Maxi Gom is growing good. She got her first lst today. She is under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, in Xpert Nutrients. The feed chart might be a bit strong for autoflowers. I think I got it better figured out now. Everything is looking really good. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Aloha Freunde, die Pflanzen kommen langsam an aber man sieht ihnen den Stress noch überaus an. Das Licht ist immer noch auf Stufe 1 und die Lampe hängt 1 Meter über den Pflanzen. Ich besorge demnächst SF-Nematode und gelbe Tafeln gegen die Trauermücken. Die Trauermücken hatte ich schon vor dem Grow in der Wohnung aber sie können auch schon in der Erde vorhanden sein. Dazu kaufe ich noch Mulch. Ich glaube ich kaufe wieder Stroh um die Erde abzudecken. Bis bald Liebe

01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

Chop day. Everything is looking and smelling incredible. The range of smells I've got so far are: floral, grape, blueberry, gas, burnt rubber, tangerine, funk. Everything appeared fully mature beside the Cambodian x Meat Breath and Pak Man so decided this was the best time to cut them down.

Abit too much light for the plants finding the sweet spot on a 480watt LED,they recovered well. Still battling high humidity and high temps. 28-31'C 65%-90%. Introducing a new dehumidifier as of next week. Have turned AC on High between 11am-5pm (hottest part of the day) Summer only!
