THURSDAY 12/20: Charlene is still popping pistils, but I went ahead and flushed her again today with 2 gallons of ph'd water, some bembe, and some terpinator. Her trichromes are only about 50-60% cloudy still..might've started flushing a little too soon... Charlotte looks pathetic...so sad about her demise. She'll end up in the trim bag for making e-liquid I guess.. One of my 2 x C4 seedlings is already purple in the middle??...really??? FRIDAY: The new evaporative cooler is working pretty well in the tent. High temp was 84f with it running on medium and with ice in the reservoir. That's a win. I suspect that when I need to run the other two 85w bar lights it will be pushing 90f again unless I run it on high. RH is is staying between 38% and 45%, which is another win! SATURDAY: I flushed Charlene again today with 2 gallons of ph'd water + bembe. Next time will just be plain water..Charlotte is super fugly but I'm trying to kickstart her again..she's just making leaves it seems. SUNDAY: Photo session today..Charlene posed well for me, but it was hard to take photos of poor Charlotte... Charlene's got a few ambers now...last flush will be on Tuesday.👌

Not much going this week, black domina x is flushing nicely now decent fade coming in on the leaves, getting super heavy. The super silver haze and banana sherbet are looking great got a few weeks left on them but trucking along nicely all the same.

4 plants out of 6 are growing quite well, I only need 3 so it's alright. The growth is a bit slower than during my previous Sensi Seeds grow (if interested, see here https://growdiaries.com/diaries/157797-grow-journal-by-smokingtiki/week/869197). In my previous grow I was using a 24h light schedule so that's maybe the reason. The roots continue to reach the bottom of the pots. I increased the light power again. Hello again, my fellow green-thumbed comrades! It's time to dive headfirst into the first week report for my plant, Jelousy, in the exhilarating Power Buds contest brought to us by the magnificent Zamnesia and Plagron. So, what's the scoop? Well, my little Jelousy has certainly shown some unique character from the get-go, with leaves that are as unique as they come. But you know what? I absolutely love it! It's like Mother Nature's way of saying, "I've got a surprise in store for you." Now, let me walk you through the first chapter of our journey with Jelousy. We started off the feeding regimen with a radio (not your typical radio, mind you) of 10ml per liter of Sugar Royal. The TDS level hovered around 110, and the pH was a pristine 6.0. To make things even more exciting, we've been keeping the water temperature at a cozy 21 degrees Celsius. But here's a little twist – I've been using a ziplock bag as a mini-dome to create the perfect microclimate for our young champion. It's like a little world of its own, and it makes the entire process super easy and, most importantly, incredibly fun to work with. Watching Jelousy grow within this mini biosphere is nothing short of magical! Bericht folgt 😅 Die 3 Banana Cherry Cookies sind mitten in der Blütephase, sie bilden ziemlich viele Trichome bereits aus und die Menge an Buds ist auch nett anzusehen. Im Zelt riecht es süßlich und erinnert an Bananen Schale 🍌 Gedüngt wird aktuell mit einer Kombination aus Green Power 5in1 5ml/1L BioBizz Bloom 3ml/1L BioBizz Top Max 2ml/1L Das schmeckt anscheinend den Ladys💚 Ansonsten ist alles wunderbar am laufen, ein sehr einfacher Grow bislang, macht Spaß 💪🏻

All is good in the tent. Should be smooth sailing to harvest. All plants are in full flower now and stretching has stopped. Time to fatten up girls! Still feeding 4x a day. EC at 700. Been turning up the wattage every few days. At 135w now. Two of the Charlotte's are further ahead by weeks then any other plant. Also the smallest out of the bunch. Ended up making a separate reservoir for them. Feed 3x a day. Took out big bud and added overdrive

BIG UPDATE THIS WEEK !!! ---------------------------------- FEEDING MISTAKE / TRANSPLANTING THE PLANT ------------------------------------------------------- Last week, the plant was showing some feeding issue (some burned tips). After discussing with another grower ( @Asnoriu ) and carefully listening his advices, I decided to transplant the queen to a bigger pot. 16L can be ok, but I had a long veg (10 weeks), and this was getting too small for the lady. So starting from now, I will always transplant before flowering, since I understood & learned how it help the plant to develop good roots network. The plant probably suffered from too much feeding with Fish-mix. Asnoriu told me He was using it at 50% of the recommend dose, and not at each watering. This totally make sense, especially when i look back at my first grow : I used no fish-mix during almost all the veg, and she grow verry well. My gardening soil was probably rich enough for my plants! I transplanted the plant to a bigger pot (16L -> 30L) and filled the new pot with Biobizz All-Mix soil. I took the plant from the old fabric pot like if it was a sock : what a niiiice and easy technic ! (Thanks again Asnoriu). Watered with pure water (ph at 6.2-6.5), without any nutrients (All-mix is already rich enough). I will feed again in 1-2 weeks. BIG ERROR WHEN APPLYING LST BACK IN THE NEW POT --------------------------------------------------------------- I had to remove my strings (LST) to switch to the new Pot. When I was applying the LST again in the new pot, I went too far with tension... And the main-lining broke 😟 So I fixed it verrry quickly by releasing LST tension, and using a string to tight the stem where it broke. In less than 5 minutes it was fixed. I was verry worried that it may have killed my queen.... But she didn't shown any sign of stunt, and 48h hours later, I can say that she look verry good. This doesn't slowed her. She seems to grow faster since transplant, so all good :) So, note to myself : never try to LST when flowering started, or only verry carefully, with just littles adjustements. Broke stem, and repared it. Upgraded from Mars Hydro TS1000 to TSW2000 (2x more powerfull). Watered with pure water. - Day 84 : Plant look verry great, and seems to stretch & flower faster :)
