Each one a glittering universe, they are the undeniable stars of this show, taking over every surface with their frosty brilliance. ✨ Watching them evolve is like witnessing art being created in real time – it’s a reminder of the beauty and patience this craft demands. Trichomes: The Frosty Frontier This week, the focus is all about those frosty beauties! • Trichomes are the key indicators of ripeness and cannabinoid production. Watching their progression from clear to cloudy to amber provides the ultimate insight into maturity. • Currently, we’re seeing a fantastic mix of cloudy trichomes with some clear still hanging around – a perfect sign that they’re gearing up for their final push. • Fun fact: Trichomes serve as the plant’s natural defense mechanism, protecting it from UV rays and pests while being our treasure trove for cannabinoids and terpenes. Spectrum Tuning: The Science of Light Light plays a major role in shaping the maturation process, and this week, we’ve dialed in the spectrum for optimal results. Here’s the breakdown: • Whites: Running at 77% to maintain robust overall growth and trichome density. • Deep Reds, Far Reds, and UV: Maxed out at 100% to mimic the end-of-season spectrum, signaling the plants to finish strong. • Deep Reds: Enhance photosynthesis efficiency through the Emerson effect. • Far Reds: Promote stretch and flowering hormone production. • UV: Stimulates trichome production for an extra boost of frost! We’ve also added a timing twist: • Reds & UV start 15 minutes before whites to simulate sunrise. • Reds & UV finish 15 minutes after whites to mimic sunset, creating a more natural light transition. These subtle timing tricks help reduce stress while optimizing light absorption, ensuring every photon counts! 🌞 Environmental Conditions: Precision is Key Here are the dialed-in parameters for the week: • Temps: 26.3°C • RH: 70.1% • CO2: 800 ppm • VPD: 1.03 kPa With these numbers, the ladies are thriving in their sweet spot, absorbing nutrients efficiently while maximizing trichome development. Lighting Power: • Lower layer at 800 PPFD and the upper layer shining bright at 1500 PPFD. The canopy coverage is perfect for even development throughout the garden. A little upset with CROP KING SEEDS after I purchased Lambs Breath Auto and received a male seed from them.sad to say I had to pull the plant out.Now I’m watching the other 4 carefully and to me one of the small one in flower looks different as well I’m very upset with them .If there’s anyone who can tell me some trustee seed banks that ship to the US I’d appreciate it

This is a strain that is very easy to grow and resistant, after the fourth week it sticks a lug, and does not need a lot of vitamins, it grew with only 13 and 12 hours of light and went through cloudy days and a lot of humidity

Keeping natural form. Blackberry gum is huge as I heard from others. Did some heavy defoliation.. first time ever so it's an experiment. Flooded my tent with no tray... Needed to redo connections on the tubing... Then flooded with a new tray, needed to secure the AQUAVALVES on one autopot base.... Looking good. Still running 24 hrs... Rock and roll 🤘

Finally started seeing some baby buds! YES!!! I really start running into issues with humidifier staying on so I've basically gave up on it, at some point around here I added a heater near the inlet fan and it's jumped the temp numbers up quite a bit Some log entries: 1/21: Fed w/ 2 gallons for all 4 15ml big bloom, 10ml grow big and tiger bloom, 2.5ml cleankelp. all units per ga h2o 1/24: Fed w week 7 noots, trimmed 1-4, heavy on 1 & 4

Thickening up nicely. I recently did a light defoliation to make sure nothing was blocking the light. Nice medium sized buds. Nicely frosted. She smells delicious. Like cookies & cream. 😏

Buds are forming very well. Smell is nice and increasing. Been removing big fan old leaves so sunlight can penetrate all the plant, and concentrate energy on flowers. Organic fertilization very carefully to prevent nutrient burn.

Start of week 12! Christina is maturing a little faster than Destini but Destini has some big buds and just seem to be getting bigger. The cool nights have helped keep the temps in the high 70s so the plants should be packing of some sticky terps. Watering every other day and Ill keep feeding her this week but once Destini shows signs of maturity I will be only phed balanced water till harvest. Its just time now! When talking about strains of recent times but already legendary and ready to enter the history of Cannabis, Permanent Marker is a name that cannot be missed. Hello Diary, Cherry Pie has finished its last week, I harvested it two days after taking the photo. 73 days since I put the seeds in the ground. 65 days since the start of the vegetation. Really very fast. But the result is impressive as you can see in the photos. The flowers are large and dense, the branches bend slightly under their weight. The main cola is especially large and full of large flowers covered in trichomes. The flowers are very hard to the touch and sticky under the fingers, especially the flowers on the main cola. The leaves have started to turn autumn yellow which is also an indicator of its maturity. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells like plants when I open the grow box. Watering was standard, every three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lowered the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. After taking the photos, I left it in the grow box for two more days to drink all the water from the soil to make it easier to dry. Before cutting, I removed all the leaves from the plant to also make drying faster and have less work to trim the dried flowers. After cutting, I left it upside down in the grow box to dry. Now all that remains is to see how much it has really rewarded me. See you when that happens. Here's what the last week looked like. 19/09/2024 - Day 57. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and used that amount to water all three plants on the farm. 22/09/2024 - Day 60. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 24/09/2024 - Day 62. I watered them all with 1.5 liters of water each plant so that they were fresh for the photo shoot. 25/09/2024 - Day 63. End of the last, 9th week since Cherry Pie began its journey. Photo shoot. 27/09/2024 - Day 65. Cherry Pie has been harvested. Going to let her sit in darkness for a day or two and giving it one good flush with some cold water. She is about 15% amber. Sorry these pic suck— I broke my iPhone 8 which takes way better pictures than the new 13 pro. Go figure! So these are a touch grainy. The smells coming off this plant are amazing and unique—- like a soapy candy funk. I never grew anything quite like it. I have 3 more seeds and I am going to have to pop them for sure. Not too happy with how this plant grew ultra short without any stretch at all, but I only grew one out. Buds are nice and dense so it has a lot of potential. Chopping in a few!

This entire week was just rain, rain, rain. I kept the plants under the lamp. I'm really not prepared for indoor growing. But, light is light and it will work for a short time, apparently.
