Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. Day 35-42 (June 4th - June 11th) (Day 36) After it stops raining I’m going to amend some 2 gallon pots and get some of these clones planted. Tuna recovered nicely from topping. The wind keeps impaling the slurricane leaves on the mini garden stakes. If everything goes to plan, I will be transplanting all the slurricanes and tunas into 5 gallon fabric pots on the 21st. If they recover nicely I will flip them on the 30th. (Day 37) It’s looking like I fucked these autos up pretty bad with the hot soil mix and low night temps. It was a dumb idea to sow directly into amended soil. I guess I’ll just leave them and see if they can push through the nutes. The 4 meatbreaths I’m going to transplant into 3 gallon smart pots in a few days. They won’t be transplanted into their final containers until the 10th of next month. (Day 39) God I wish this rain would fuck off soon. I want to get some of these clones transplanted but can’t in the rain. Forecast says sun for the next few days then more goddamn rain. None of these plants are liking these low night temps. It’s currently 6 degrees (42f) which is guaranteed stunting. Zone 3 problems..... I honestly should have waited a little bit before planting the autos too. (Day 41) Weather finally let up. Got all of these clones and meatbreath’s in their new homes and looking happy. (Day 42) The gelato 33 autos are definitely doing better than all the rest for some reason. Grapefruit, Dr seedsman and exodus cheese haven’t even pushed their second set of leaves yet. Their containers are definitely too hot for seedlings but I will just leave them and hope they recover. Maybe the gelatos are just heavier feeders. Next year I’m going to establish the autos in coco before I put them outside. Or just start them outside in coco and transplant.

Hi growers, And that's a wrap for this grow diary! What a great experience this grow has been. It was my first time growing Jack Herer, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better introduction to this legendary cultivar. I was lucky enough to find two completely different phenotypes, and I genuinely enjoyed growing both of them. The Haze pheno especially blew me away with its incredible aroma and authentic old school character. Now it's time for a slow dry, a proper cure, and then the best part... seeing how these ladies really shine after a few weeks in the jars. A huge thank you to everyone who followed the diary, left comments, and shared advice along the way. 🌸 BlueBerry – Week 6 Flower Report Grower’s Journal | Zamnesia BlueBerry ⸻ 🌱 The Girls This Week Both BlueBerry ladies are now true queens, stretching big, stacking huge colas, and getting so heavy that yo-yos are holding them up. Without support, branches would fall under their own weight, which is a good sign of strong flower density but also a reminder of the importance of plant training. The frost continues to thicken, and the trichomes look spectacular up close, sparkling in photos and videos like tiny glass forests. ⸻ ⚠️ Trouble in Paradise – Bud Rot But with big flowers also come risks. This week, Bud Rot (Botrytis cinerea) showed up on BlueBerry #2. • Conditions: High humidity (65%+, sometimes higher) combined with dense flowers created the perfect environment for rot. • Detection: Early spotting saved the plant. We caught it in time before it spread too far, but it still left its mark. • Action Taken: • Carefully removed every infected area. • Isolated affected material to prevent spores spreading. • Improved airflow around the canopy by moving plants and adjusting fans. 👉 For anyone learning, here’s a great educational read by Zamnesia: Bud Rot Grower’s Guide. https://www.zamnesia.com/grow-weed/563-bud-rot-cannabis-grower-guide ⸻ 🌿 Bud Rot – What It Is & How to Prevent It Bud Rot is caused by the fungus Botrytis cinerea. It thrives in humid, poorly ventilated conditions, especially inside large dense colas where moisture can hide. How to prevent: • Keep humidity lower during flower (ideally 40–50%). • Maintain constant airflow across and through the canopy. • Defoliate strategically to open airflow inside dense plants. • Avoid watering late in the cycle to reduce night-time moisture. What to do if it appears: • Act quickly. Remove all affected buds immediately. • Sterilize scissors/tools between cuts to avoid spreading spores. • Keep monitoring daily — once it appears, it can spread fast. Bud Rot is every grower’s nightmare, but also one of the most important lessons in environmental balance. ⸻ 💡 Lessons Learned (and Moving Forward) This 8x8 setup is teaching us a lot. For the next run, I’ll be redesigning the airflow system entirely to prevent these issues. For now, the plants are still thriving, and catching the rot early means we can continue with this grow. Big flowers are a blessing, but they require serious air control. We’re already working on solutions, including an AC and new placement strategies, which I’ll cover in more detail on YouTube. ⸻ 📸 The Beauty Side Even with this challenge, the girls are stunning: • Massive colas held up by yo-yos. • Sparkling trichome close-ups showing the magic of Week 6. • Heavy branches bending under the weight of their own production. (DAY 42) This week has been nothing but crazy growth on the ladies part!! I’ve actually been adding super small amounts of (GH) flora grow/micro/bloom into my waterings still running my dry amendments in coco and using a little cal-mag as well! So here’s what they look like 3 days from my last post ! ..OHH and washing machine number 5 that I thought I lost to nutrient death came back! After leaving her in the corner of the grow tent and giving her nothing but water her leaves on top are bright green can’t wait for it to be my lil private stash ! Anyways We’re getting really close to switching to flower and getting that smell I’ve been waiting for 👃🏼 Enjoy the video guys! And again any feedback would be awesome.

Weekly update on these gorgeous ladies, they're growing fantastic. I chopped some and froze it to wash and the few that are left will get harvested later this week if not early next week. The smell it gives off is straight mouth watering so with the amount of frost will see if she makes a good washer. All in all Happy Growing

Day 57- Did a light defoliation. RO water at 66 PPM. Running until more Ambers pop. Day 58- checked trichromes, ambers are showing up in clumps, I’d say about 15-20% amber trichs at the moment. PPM 55. Day 60: 4-5 day flush brings me to harvest. Cut down both plants, light trim of larger fan leaves and placed in tent. I used 2 scrog nets to hang the buds, worked ok, need to make tighter next time... too much droops! So far, First 24 hours of tent at 68 F and 70% humidity. At 48 hours 67F and reduced to 60% humidity At 72 hours 69 F and reduced to 55% humidity, maintaining till dry. Trying to get temps a little lower but no A/C... Trying to stretch drying time close to 14 days. Anything after 7 and I’m happy.

Hey welcome to the start of week 6. Week 5 is now complete with daily updates so check it out! Misty is still my least popular diary. I do not know why because she is awesome! Perhaps because she is a mystery strain? Day 38: stretching fast now, wish I had space to LST this girl but after latest LST on Nesia there is NO room at all except upwards. Let's hope she stays under 1.5m. 😏 Day 39: Okay I moved all but the big pots and fan out. I still don't have space to LST Misty. I will have to wait until Bertha or Karen are finished. Hopefully it wont be too late. 🙏🏼 Day 40: She's putting in around 2cm a day right now. Fertigated 4l. Height: 35cm Day 41: Misty continues to stretch. I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week. Day 42: Alright I finally managed to find a way to organise the tent to get a bit more space for Misty so I'm going to do her first major defoliation and adjust the LST. I will update again when done. Done. Photo's added. Fertigated 8l. This was a brutal training session. I was very hard on her removing a lot of foilage and performing both extreme LST and some HST. Don't worry too much Misty will rebound from this. I will need to reapply further LST in a day or two when the nodes all straighten up. I did the same thing to Nesia on day 42... however she had been continually LST'd so I was less hard on her. Let's see what happens. Last but by no means least... I am starting to wonder if Misty is actually another Amnesia Haze Auto... she's very very similar to Nesia.
