Fractal week Week 20 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debby, in the 80s with low humidity. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. These ladies had a long vegetation phase. They germinated April 1 so I could get them hardened off before I went on vacay. They had basically 4 months of veg and the colas are already large, trichomes forming and with 2 more months to go, my expectations for these are heavy yields and sticky dense buds. Fractal had her spa day and had heavy defoliation of her voluminous fan leaves. It took me from 9:30 to 3:30 to trim her. Oh, and there are so many feeder and sugar leaves remaining, She will be a b!tch to trim at harvest. . weeks ago I indicated that I used peony cages ass a scrog, however, a scrog would have kept the colas beneath the grid. So from the off this strain really does give it what for as they grow big quick which is always a good sign. So getting into veg they carried on growing really well and big especially the fan leaves and loved the training that I did. So going into the flower stage they grew at some rate so be careful about when you switch them as they do nearly triple in size just bare that in mind and it's definitely a 12 week flower not 8 ☹️ but we'll worth the wait😁 So overall I would give this strain a 7 would of been 10 if had been a 8 week strain. Got through the wet and grey of the last week, should see some sun in the next few days to help finish the plant off. Quite aesthetic with gdp colours and whit widow scent coming on strong. Lookin forward to havest in the next week or two. Thanks to everyone who answered my grow question last week

Day 14 flowering: A great week for stretch among all the ladies this week. The Banana mash got a clean out and minor defoliate as they desperately needed it. They can now breath a bit better and airflow can get around the bases far better. The #1 isna nice size and looks very happy tonget in with growing unheeded. The #2, #3 and #4 are not so grown up and need Daddy to keep helping out !. #2 is not a happy girl from being overfed. She has a nitrogen claw around the bud sites and has now been given plain water to relieve the toxicity hopefully. The others have absorbed the feeds and not shown any signs but sjebseems to need less food. The #1 and #2 Purple Monkey are really focused on their bud growth now it seems while the # 3 is still stretching and sharing the energy around I have had to supercrop a few of her bigger mains to stop them touching the lights and her node distances are still widening with the stretch. 2 differently structured phenotypes are at play now and clearly different. I am very impressed with these genetics and wish I had a room full of them now..... The mimosa x exotic crosses are doing well too with the Mango X Mimosa gaining some speed now and definitely a lady. Exciting to see what she buds like now. The Exotic ? is starting to lengthen her branches finally. I have moved her to the end to encourage the gains upward. she isnt in female mode yet but is showing some signs of a reveal. The heat waves we keep getting are driving temps up to the 30° s. Thankfully running with the doors open helps as does having the exhale bag to offer more co2. I have a new viparspectra xs1500 to add to the room now too but it is a 150w and a really neat little unit so should be easily to add. plans afoot on this one.... Week 6 is full blown flower. Technically early last week it was flowering but couldn’t change the journal mid week. I’m upping the feeding and hoping for some big bud production.

10/14-its clear these babes want to flower. HULK A,C, and D are doing fine/bouncing back from my error in week 5. HULK B seems to have been affected the most and is trying to recover. -Im not going to neut feed until the middle of the week depending on how the plants look! 10/15- Watered with Rhizotonic to aid the plants. 10/18- Plants are growing again! and looking happy! all is well. 10/20- Last day of the week but I decided it was time to feed. I started the first round of bloom feed. P.S sorry about the purple light in all my photos! I broke the zipper to my grow tent so taking them out is super hard! I will try and take better photos here on out!

Jamaican Pearl plant was too weak and has been replaced by two Mandarin Punch Auto.

From the looks of my top of the coco it seems like I was over watering. I seem a bit of algae growth, my coco stay moist for 4-5 days it seem like. So should my nute feeding be huge or give them small daily feeding in between the large watering?

Week 6! Well, even though she was restrained by the trellis net, the stretch was untamable. During two days on her own, she wrestled herself free and we had to reconsider our strategy. We opted for supercropping her and laying her down in a spiral. ..and still.. she's fiesty. She's mostly flat now, and: wow, she takes first spot in the amount of viable bud sites. Most of these sites receive more than 500 PPFD on an 18/6 schedule while some of the escaped branches take in well over 900 PPFD. Since she's not showing signs of any burn, we upped the nutrients once again! We also defoliated her bottom 3rd, as well as thinned out her center canopy.

Wow, growing this beauty was amazing. She totally changed my perspective on autoflower cannabis plants! As well Seedsman! You guys rock! Seriously, I loved growing her from start to finish she took off in her living soil set up. The only thing I would change is having a bigger pot next time and being more watchful of my watering. But all in all she grew great threw veg, nice and strong branches, deep green and lush growth, and she followed that with a beautiful flower cycle. What more can I say?!? Will be looking forward to the next Seedsman competition 😉

26.12.24: These are my 2 best plants P1 and P2 Purple Punch, they are looking great! Not sure what happened to P3. They are in early flower/ pre-flower with the pistils clearly seen on P2. I am also hoping to tie some of the branches down to help light penetration on the lower canopies. I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. I have the Sea K(elp), and the bud explosion PK booster. I really wanted to get some of their sweet candy asking read many positive reviews. Unfortunately, for me, this is unavailable to buy currently. So that's a little disappointing. I needed to do a good watering so when my nutes were delivered today, I got excited 🤗 I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water per plant, PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients: ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part B ♡ .5g Sea K(elp). The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco,and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Don't listen to the audio. lol, my YouTube didn't stop playing whilst I recorded this 😂 So anyway, I added the following amendments to the above base mix of 4.5 gallons; ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 3 TBSP Vitalink Bat Guano ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Charge ♡ 1 TBSP RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 6 TBSP Ground Cinnamon.
