2/6: Amnesia 3 is just about 6 inches tall now. Trainwreck is only a couple inches behind. Still keeping the temps between 73-82 and the humidity in the mid to low 70s. After thoroughly watering the very healthy, young tomato plant that coesxists in the tent, the tips of some of the leaves turned yellow. That makes me wonder if soaking the soil for the first time since transplant caused a bit of nutrient burn. I'm going to avoid any nutrients the first time I water Amnesia 3 and Trainwreck fully, to avoid the same potential issue. They're not looking too thirsty yet though. 2/8: Amnesia 3 is tall enough and has a thick enough main stem to start slowly low stress training with a rubber coated gardening wire. I pre-drilled holes in my buckets for this occasion, and the wire fits well. Each day for the next week I'll gently pull the wire to slowly bend the main stem downwards, similar to how braces work on teeth: a long, slow procedure. 2/9: Woke up to Trainwreck's leaf tips pointing downwards, so I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it its first watering. I siphoned up a bit of the runoff water, and it came back at a PH of 4! That's not good; however, after researching a bit, it's likely that I could have siphoned up a pocket of low PH nutrient-filled water, making my reading way off in terms of the PH of the whole slurry of runoff. If the leaves don't bounce back, I'm going to take that as a potential sign of Nitrogen toxicity and will monitor more closely. Will probably make plans for a flush if it progresses any worse than downward leaves. Nitrogen toxicity can cause fragile, dark green leaves that point down in a shape similar to a claw, among other symptoms. 2/12: Watered Amnesia 3 for the first time since transplant. Getting taller and less bushy in some spots, so I may turn up the lights from 60 to 75% tomorrow, to see if I can increase some more growth. But before, I want to make sure this watering doesn't cause any nute burn from the soil.

Dli:35. Nice final stretch. One plant got stressed because of the light. It a bit behind the siblings. Let’s hope everything goes well nevertheless, they look really good.

This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, so the weakest looking plant is the LST only on GSC. ZThe strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

Week 7 June 21 update : Plants were thirsty this week Tranplanted directly into soil added some vermi compost and watered 26L of water to each now the real growth begins 🙌🏼 stay tuned growmies

Very fast germination on these 3 ladies. They've been planted into pellets and placed on my heat mat. Three days later and and 3 plants have emerged from the soil 🙌 All surfaces cleaned using The Hydro Company's Clean X Plants potted up and fed their first feeds with thehydroco nutrients. They will be staying on my heat mat and under my LED light until there ready for the tent 💖🌱

I’m so proud of the transition. I gave them a defoliation during and it didn’t slow them down! They’ve shot their worst pistols now so I’m so glad to be officially in bloom!

Buds were delicious and very heavy high! Definitely night time gear. Beautiful aroma and tastes of fruit loops. Pretty sure I topped this plant. Won't be doing that again as I've had better success with light lst. Very happy with the quality of cannabis produced from this plant!

🍏🍌 Apples and Bananas – Harvest Update Two beautiful, healthy plants with very dense, chunky buds. I did run into some bud rot, but humidity wasn’t extremely high — it stayed around 60%. Most likely the issue came from insufficient air exchange, combined with how tight and compact the buds were. This has already been fixed with a ventilation upgrade, so the next run will have proper airflow. 🔥 Effects A very pleasant smoke overall. For me, this is a perfect afternoon/early evening strain. You come back from work, take a shower, relax on the couch, roll an Apples and Bananas… and everything just flows. It can easily pull you into a long gaming session — it takes you along for the ride. 😋 Flavour & Aroma I didn’t get a strong aroma from these phenos. Flavor-wise, one pheno gives some sweet touches, while the other has a slightly green/unripe note. Still, I can definitely imagine what this strain can become if you hit the right phenotype — there’s something promising underneath. 4/15/25 Things are progressing nicely. Some plants dont seem to be doing too much but 3 of them or so that are really standing out. Im curious if some of these are going to be longer flowering time than anticipated with the very obvious sativa dominant plants.
