Primera ves cultivando una cepa de esta calidad, algo ansioso por obtener los mejores resultados posibles con estás genéticas. Básicamente elegí la Grandpa's Stach R2 y la Grandpa's Cookies #6 S1 solo por sus tiempos de floración, espero que sean buenas tanto de sabor y resina, cómo también de producción. G1, brotaron las semillas, solo 1 semilla brotó chueca, por lo que tuve que ayudarla con un alambre y va un poco atrasada en comparación del resto. G3, primer riego con pH 6.1 y EC 0.6, y micorrizas Great White. G5, creciendo bien. G11, riegos cada 2 o 3 días, a punto de pasar a etapa vegetativa.

Blüte geht voran. Die Raubmilben Amblyseius (Neoseiulus) cucumeris sind schnell da gewesen 🙏 Ich hoffe, sie halten den Thripsbefall bis zum Ende der Blüte unter Kontrolle. Bisher kann ich noch nicht viel zu den Terps sagen, sehr dezent alles. Zudem haben die Pflanzen die Tage zum ersten Mal einzeln einen Fermakor-Hydrolysat als Blütenbooster in sehr gering konzentrierter Dosis erhalten. Danke geht hier nochmal raus @yan420 Ich verspreche mir durch die direkte Verfügbarkeit der Nährstoffe P und K und den Aminosäuren einen metabolismischen Boost. 📆 Week 9, 7-13 December 2023 7-13 December - Continued with simple adjustment of branches to receive maximum light. There was no defoliation of any leaf this week. Her growth rate has slowed and I believe she is heading in to the bulking stage. I’m satisfied with her size at this point. 8 December - Turned light power from 50% up to 75%, and raised lights from 18” to 21” from top of plant to facilitate the bulking phase of flowering. 📑 Let’s briefly discuss light and umol/m2/s or PPFD. First of all its all about numbers. Is there an agreeable starting point on these figures - the cannabis plant requires between 100-300 PPFD in seedling, 400-700 PPFD in vegetation, and 800-1000 PPFD in flower. It can go up to 1500 PPFD with certain C02 concentrations. I believe this may be generally accepted. Never being much of a numbers person, in ways I avoid it. I’ve grown indoor weed for a long time without a fancy device to tell me what this number was, the plant did that. A quality light and the plant itself will talk to each other in a matter of hours sometimes, days in others, I just need observe. But what I have come to realize the past few years is that these numbers, found in simple instruments (apps for smart phones) give us a very specific area of where she is within all these spectrums. It allows us more precision and insight to what would otherwise be a possible weak or vulnerable spot within our grow. I’ll use mine on a new strain, and to verify any questions. They are easily accessible tools for the common gardner. When we adjust our lights we can measure what will be optimal for our plant. Using my case in point; from: 50% power or 890 PPFD at 18” to: 75% power or 1080 PPFD at 21” **if not raised 3” - that number would have been 1320 PPFD - likely damage the plant - or raised any higher there would be no real benefit in what I’m attempting to achieve - likely waste of power** The 2023 ViperSpectra XS2000 lights (the ones I use) come with a new switch now that go from 25, 50, 75, 100% power and no option in between. So that kind of put a kink in a week or two during my grows I have to work around. Going from 50-75% power is a big shift in light intensity, and these lights are bright. Knowing what that number is and being able to adjust the height precisely to avoid damage is reassuring. I appreciate advancements that make growing a little easier. In most personal grows during flower I’ll go well over 1000 PPFD depending on the strain tolerance, without C02. Here are my experiences why: 1) my set-up allows it, 2) that number only reflects the greatest reading at the highest point on the plant - my reports, 3) when the plant is budding it is absorbing much more photons than when in the leafy only stage - everything is accelerated - this is a totally different discussion, 4) the additional light provided will proportionally increase a higher yield, and finally, 5) some of todays theories on light will change in 5 years, as it has from 10 years before, we still have a lot to research. LEDs are definately cream of the crop, but there is something new to learn I’m sure. Until then I can only tweak what I have in search for a tighter bud, higher in THC. I said I would briefly discuss this subject. Everything is possible with lights. It is science that says the cannabis plant does not have to produce secondary metabolites (trichomes and cannabinoids), in some cases it may not. It produces them based on its environment. She returns to you what you dedicate toward her. Veg17, riego 1.3 EC y pH 6.1. Se hizo una muy pequeña defoliación y corte de algunos nodos para empezar a moldear la estructura. Veg18, un par de horas después del LST ya están mostrando la estructura deseada. Veg21, ajuste de LST. Veg22, riego 6.1 pH y EC 1.5.

She took over the complete tent surface!! Bearly have place to keep humidifier and heater. I am thinking never again to go with more than one plant as this way she will give her full potential. And tent is 80cmx80cmx180. She seem super healthy however I did found several leaves with brown spots. Not enough nutrient, too much nutrients? No idea...will need to google and ask you guys. I have disconnected her from the autopot after 5 days and will wait until root is dry. Need to leave her for 6-7 days again and the plan is to give her 10ml of BIO PK 5-8 and 8 ml of orgatrex diluted in 1,5 lit of water. Also I ve diluted 8 ml of orgatrex in tank with 18liters water added, hopefull she will use all of it at the time I am back and strart drying the root. Did some defoliation to pass down the light for lower flowers and spayed her with BOOM BOOM spray. Let see how next week will turn out. Cheers!

Día 02. Tuve que empezar la floración. Las raices estaban empezando a salir por el caño de descarga. Además estoy notando que al quedar mucha agua atrapada entre las raíces, la toman más rápido y los 20 litros que puse no sé si van a alcanzar. Ya había tenido este problema hace bastante y me había olvidado. Pero igual no me preocupa tanto. Sé que puedo manejarlo tranquilo. Así que al final, la semana anterior fueron sólo 3 días. Ahora voy a ir planificando bien, dado que la diferencia de altura en una de las Polaris, me va a obligar a ir llevando un LST riguroso. También estoy empezando a pensar en formas para evitar las tapadas de raíces. Creo que algo se me va a ocurrir para implementar en algún momento. Voy a hacer un corte de hojas muy grande cuando haya terminado el estiramiento de pre flora. Porque quiero probar cuanto afecta a una rama el quitarle la hoja principal. Algunas he cortado y otras cuantas no. Apliqué Feeding Enhancer de Greenhouse, en forma foliar la noche que pasé a floración. Voy a hacer una nueva aplicación en una semana seguramente. Tuve que bajar la frecuencia de reigo de 30/30 a 15/45 por hora, porque creo que eso hizo que se hagan tan grandes rápido. Igual es un dato que voy a tomar en cuenta para el futuro. Día 04 Me preocupa la velocidad a la que se toman la solución nutritiva. Les puse 20 litros hace 4 días y quedan solamente 12 litros. A este ritmo voy a tener que empezar a poner mucho más de los esperado. Aunque igual, creo que cuando haga un trim fuerte de hojas, ahí van a empezar a regular más el consumo de agua. Además al haber crecido tanto las raíces, es mayor la cantidad de solución que queda estancada en las raíces y es consumida. Así que eso también será un tema a mejorar. Me gusta que las plantas estén así, pero siento que no las voy a poder controlar.

Did some light pruning also.

Que pasa familia, ya estamos de nuevo y actualizamos la segunda semana 😘 La verdad que están creciendo bien pronto tendremos que trasplantar para corregir la altura. El Ph Lo tenemos controlado en 6.2 y poco a poco van tirando. Todavía no echamos nada de productos Pronto bajaremos la altura del foco también. Esta variedad de @zambezaseeds no pinta mal familia 🙈
