I have just completed the final defoliation for the three least advanced (and largest) girls. I have also rearranged the tent again to try to maximize the space available and light usage. I have not fertigated for 5 days after the last fertigation was a flush without coco base. I am struggling with humidity at the moment so I have been trying to let the plants go more dry than usual. Daily Updates ### Week 7 Day 2 02:30 7/8 Heavily defoliated plants 1, 5 & 6 and removed some of the lower branches. Rearranged tent then photographed & measured: Plant 1 is now almost unbelievably 2nd tallest at "only" 141cm in height! Her stretch has just about ended. Plant 2 has stopped stretching at 111cm and is 2nd most advanced into flower. Plant 3 has stopped stretching at 95cm and is most advanced into flower. Plant 4 has stopped stretching at 100cm and is 3rd most advanced into flower. Plant 5 has gained 6cm this week and may add few more but she is pretty close to done stretching at 119cm. Plant 6 has gained 22cm this week and isn't quite finished. She is now the tallest plant in the series at 142cm. ### Week 7 Day 2 07:00 7/8 Fertigated 1.6l each ### Week 7 Day 4 02:00 9/8 Fertigated 1.6l each reduced coco a/b to 2m/l each. Spent a bit more time photographing and videoing to try and capture the changes and the developmental differences. These 140cm+ plants are going to STACK. I am bracing myself for a lot of trimming and a monster harvest. 🙏 The current order of maturity and likely order of harvest is 3 2 4 1 5 6. I think the first and last plants will be at least a week apart in harvest, perhaps 2 or 3. ### Week 7 Day 6 23:00 11/8 Fertigated 1.6l each The smell in the tent is there now, really not that strong but there are 6 plants motoring through flower here now so it's not insignificant either. Plant 3 is absolutely stacking now, she's more or less run out of space around her cola and is now growing some foxtail like structures, exciting! Plant 6 the least mature is 2-3 weeks behind plant 3, but her stretch has finally stopped at 144cm. Took wide angle in tent photos today. FASTBERRY 35 Days from sprout. Light training. Leaf tucking, pony tailing and some bend and secure. Pony tailing seems to help with the side branching. Which will be useful as she seems to be on the smaller side. Possibly due to lower RH early on. Otherwise she seems to be doing ok. Attempted a layer of clay pellets after soaking in PH'd water for 16 hours, to combat the gnats from reaching the soil. I feel like sand may have been a better choice and removed the clay before feeding again. There are so few gnats that its not much of an issue, but I'd like to eliminate the threat before flowering really kicks in.

Stretching has officially stopped as I haven’t seen any vertical growth the past few days, so all growth must be going into buds therefore I did some super cropping to even out the canopy. I have some yellow marks on the leaves which I’m guessing it’s a nitrogen deficiency due to giving the girls only 700PPM throughout flower, I’m happy with the growth although I think the trichomes are less sticky compared to my last grow, I can only blame myself as I should have given her 1100PPM from Day 1 of flower. Overall though there are bud sites everywhere, so many that I decided to buy a new light as I don’t think these buds will fulfil their full potential with mars hydro, with this new light my tent light spread is completely even so I have high hopes for this grow. Some other phenos are purple at this stage so I will most definitely be buying more runtz muffin seeds until I find the purple pheno that I can clone. Still currently feeding the girls 2 litres in the morning and 2 litres before the lights turn off. Considering adding molasses as a third feeding depending on how the growth goes.

This week I decided to remove the LST and let her strech out as much as she wants. I lollipopped her on day 49 and cutted down all the branches that will never grow to the light. She has to strech as much as possible because there are some way taller plants under the same light. I hope she gonna produce some nice flower and will continue to strach abit. 7/27/2023- Prep Tent and system are cleaned and ready to go from my last grow. I have submitted my Journa for the Diary of the Month Competition here is to hopeing for good resutls. 7/28/2023- Germination Day 0- Seed initiation Well lets get this new Grow started.. So My Dad Sent me a custom Landrace Strain that he wanted me to grow out and Breed for him. The Strain is Called Black African Magic: Black African Magic, Alson known as BAM, is a Sativa pure land race strain, It's classified under the Cannabis Sative species and its genetics come from Africa-the Ituri Forest in the Dmocratic Repoublic of Congo. The Effects are said to be Very Psychedelic, used for Stress managment and for better sleep and rest. This is my frist Land Race so we, will see how this goes together.. RO Water Used Added Hydrogen Peroxided 8/1/2023- Germination Achieved G-Day1 Popped her head above the root riot today to say hello.. Woot first challenge when dealing with an unknown seed and a new Strain is getting the seed to pop and the lady to show life. 8/2/2023- Germination Day 2 Took the root riot out today and it was soaked not good plant drowing again. I am still having a hard time finding the right blance for where the water should be to keep the root riot moist and not soaked. I had to drain some of the water out of the root riot plug to help give a little oxygen. I also removed some of the water. 8/3/2023- Germination Day 3 Looking good stretching her leaves out to let in the lights 8/4/2023- Germination Day 4 Looking good a few days until I put them into the RDWC System and get this thing rocking and rolling. 8/5/2023- Germinaiton Day 5 Looking good will probably plant tomorrow if the roots are still looking good. 8/6/2023- Plant Day- Germination Day 6 Planted into the RDWC System today. Joy when they go into the system as long as we dial that in right this will now be a great grow.. Survived the hard part.. 8/7/2023- Germination Day 7 Everything looks like it is going good, she is showing some damage on the lower leaves from the over watering in the cloning machine but right now I don't see any new damage. 8/8/2023- Germination Day 8 Added the first Nutes today, to help support root growth and to help give there first jump to growth. Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of veg. Quite week for the plants and us. It's above freezing now, but it's one storm after another here. The plants are dong well and I'll turn over to flowering next week. I'll make clones at that time. I'm after the best plant so I'll whittle the 14 plants down to 1 or 2 plants when I'm done. But I have to take 3 clones of each to be sure I get 1 to regrow when it's done. So I'll be doing that this week. My next trim/prune will be before the 3 week of flowering, before the resin starts to flow. Through this veg I've been giving a full feeding and then just watering and then a full feeding and then just watering.... You get the idea... I let the pots dry and hopefully water/feed before I get any wilting. We've started a new Freak Bros. book. Comic Book #10 Published in 1987. It's the 3rd in the trilogy. You'll find the first 2 comic books in the story in other diaries. Have a look around in my other diaries and you'll find them. OK. Have fun out there. Chuck

~ Update ~ Finally my friends, it looks like everything has officially started the flowering cycle. I had a few issues going on, black spots, drastic drop in temps, fungal gnats, and a little more. I got everything under control for now, gotta keep a watchful eye ;) I’m a bit late with the notes and pics, so here they are! Enjoy :) ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD Blueberry] Height: 23.3” Tops: 8 Notes: The smell is getting more intense now. Still has hat tropical theme; papaya, melon, and sweet berries are the most prominent scents. I’m noticing slight purple towards the tips of buds and sugar leaves. Even though this pheno I have is acting up I like what I see, and smell ;) [Mazar] Height: 22.7” Tops: 16 Notes: I’m going to use nothing but water for a while. The leaves look ashy, and bland when the others are lush green. I wonder if this girl is a light feeder? I will water the others with seperate nute regimen to avoid making this condition worse. I also have little dark spots that show up on the leaves which I haven't found on the other girls. This being a unique event, I’m not sure if it’s fungal or nutes. I will find out eventually. I pick off all the leaves that are contaminated to avoid spreading this condition (if airborne or contact transfer applies). I will keep an eye on this one.... [Super Silver Haze] Height: 23.8” Tops: 16 Notes: This beast isn’t as full as WW for an example, though the stems and bud sites look solid! I really like how well this one is doing. Still has the biggest leaves too, I have high expectations for her. I wonder how much she’ll stretch in the next 3 weeks? [White Widow] Height: 22.5” Tops: 16 Notes: Out of all the girls this one has the most purple action goin on, I love purple and to me this is a great sign. The nutes work the best for this girl too, need to be careful to not overfeed the others because of this reason. I think this girls will purple out on me, well I’m hoping for that at least. I might let the trics amber to 50/50 make this girl a heavy sedative and muscle relaxant, I have time so no rush. I could harvest some of the buds with 10-20% amber then let the rest mature more, just a thought :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ I glad the majority are having no troubles, it’s a bummer I can’t get rid of this spot problem with Mazar. I need to act fast to make sure I can stop this from spreading. I might quarantine her if it comes down to it. I believe I can get to the root of the issue here, in due time. Anyways I’m glad I’ve gotten to this point! I’m very excited, starting to get a bit impatient from the anticipation… I promise I won’t harvest early ;) Much love you guys! Meus <3

Alright about a week and a half out from chop. I was able to keep my dry tent dialed in at around 65 deg and about 60-58% RH. Since I did a bit of a wet trim I was able to get these gals dried in about 7-10 days. Ran out of steam to trim and move to cure at once so Ive been trimming up branches as I can this week. Final yield is just over 7 oz of flower, I’m also going to experiment with some sugar leaf trim for a bake. Overall, very proud of this grow! Spice girls you did good.

No training, just hope for them to deliver. Day 57 . All is good, small doubts about FD3 but she has to make it or bin it ... Future looks brighter, other girls form some buds and 50 g is looking achievable at least on couple of them ;) Future will show ;)) N went down as feed chart, still no huge hopes from them.... Some leaves look hungry, couple redish stemps with mini Mag def on FD and thats all for now.... Day 58 Morning. Girls starts to love it 4 sure. Droped down temp by 2 degrees from 28 to 26, they liked it even more. Hope it will stop pistils going amber in begining of flower ... In the midle of the day all will get molasses and cal mag, leaves a bit too bright, hope molasses will boost bacterias and last bits of N will be used. Increasing level of Top-Max aswel. So feed looked like : Heavy feed Water with silica Water Water with molasses and CalMag At the end of the week they will get heavy feed again. Day 58 Evening. New attack system ;)) instead of 2-3-3 , girls regrouped into two heavy rows and now go like 2-2-2-2 ;)))) Girls are drinking really fast, still get only around 1.5 liters every second day. For auto i quess its ok. In couple hours afer feed they pray, so its a good sign always ... Day 60. Heavy feed day, they started to bulk up everyday, really nice to see them everytime. Day 61. They are bulking up. Thats all i have to say and i really really like it ;))) Day 63. End of week. Everything looks fine, just i really would want to defoliate them a bit, but dont want to stress at the same time. They look too sensi for me. All 3 FastDiesels started to show Mag def even on stemps, gave stronger cal mag water mix just for them. They need it often and a lot. Happy growing !

Day 43 Stepping week 7 and shes still a happy plant. The girl is going into pre-flowering so hard which leaves me no choice but to flip tonight although my plan was to set up a perfect foundation until the flip. Tonight the light schedule will be changed from 6am-11pm to 9am-9pm. Also there was one main that dominating the other like around 5cm ahead so i decided to super crop it as i have been wanting to do that, now i see an opportunity and did it, even though shakingly. Turnt out it was not that scary if u do that carefully, slowly, patiently. I hope everything i did would not hurt her but make her stronger. Any suggestions and criticisms are welcome and appreciated as i am a beginner and learning still. May all the growers’ plants grow beautifully and majestic buds!!! Day 44 and gave her plain water 2liters. Day 49 Still another plain water 2L.
