First week going smooth,just a little bit cold but still feeling good

DAY 21: With the settling in period well passed and the beginning of establishing their bases in the pots , it was time to get busy on the planned Methods to train them with. I enjoy trying different methods when growing multiple plants from a strain and comparing their finishes. It can be handy to watch which way pulls the best from them. #1 Amnesia Haze has been f.i.m.m.e.d and seems to have caught her in a good spot. Hopefully a multi-crown will form as the lowers catch up now. Amnesia #2 still has her rectangular look but I decided to top her as the node lengths could be a sign of a more sativa grow pattern possibly. This should keep her managed along with her potentially shorter sisters. The growth tips will be encouraged outwards now to give them their own space as they form. Amnesia #3 has so far only been cleaned out of her 1 and 2 nodes. She will be bent over once she is tall enough to safely do it to her. All looking happy and a nice cour still so hopefully flowering will be close now to use the stretch to shape them. Girl Scout Cookies # 1 has been bent over after working her stem a little between my thumb and finger to soften the stem again. She has stood back up once already so I have now had to use a tent peg to keep the 5th node down .... #2 G.s.c also had the same treatment but her stem snapped so I had to quickly reset her to let her fix the break. She is repairing it and again starting to feed the leaves on her 5th node. If she doesnt repair enough , I can top her too. They both have a good amount of growth on them so should be nice producers. All of the girls are due to go j derby the sp3000 directly in a day or so as I am harvesting a few others . They will be in then best spot to hit flowering stretch then. Onwards and upwards growmies. Be happy. UPDATE # I have been busy keeping g them trained over the past few days and wanted to show their progress before the next weekly update. It can help to show how the plants respond to the initial pinches /bends etc... They are bushing out where they need to now and the fimmed girl is bang on the money for the hotspot I think. Veg a 200 grams Veg b 150 grams Zerotol 50ml Silica 25ml Bleach 10ml Flex 50ml About 3 weeks in at this point, I'm kind of off on my days at the moment lol. Dropped the feed this week 1.8 EC, plants definitely don't like the full feed and I added a little flex from drip hydro. Put up the trellis net double layer and removed a lot of plant material. I mainly just keep the dominant tops personally. Excited to see if I get any difference in flower quality and production with these new nutrients, switching to bloom nutrients next week. I'm running 2 different lights and the plants do grow slightly different under each.

She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.

Primera semana - Germinación en Placas de Petri sobre un invernadero calefactado, utilizando papel de cocina y pulverizando agua. Entre 24h y 48h después germina el 50% de las semillas y a las 72h el 90%. Mientras espero a que germinen, preparo el sustrato; · Coco-Kaya by BioBizz and Julian Marley 75-25. Utilizo macetas altas de 1,4L que riego con abundante agua, antes de plantar las semillas. Cuando germinan las planto bien etiquetadas y pulverizo agua, sin regar. Así evitamos movimientos indeseados de las semillas. 18h de luz 6h de oscuridad. Los balastros ajustados a 250w. Durante la semana, van saliendo los cotiledones de todas las plantas.

The stretch continues...It appears buds are setting and forming up quite nicely. I couldn't take watching the side with the vivosun bulb keep lagging behind more and more from the hortilux side, so I switched the bulb out. And within 3 days the jump in plant size was huge. The aroma is getting slightly stronger by the day. This is the last week with the early bud booster in the system. I have been putting the next weeks nutrient solution in my top off tank to steer the nutrients. It seems to work great!

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day.
