Another week already... Well the girls are dialed in perfect, the room is really getting a wonderful smell, and buds are filling in everywhere. Its been 16 days since I switched the time and put the girls into Bloom, and they are filling in like crazy. Not much else to say but that everytime I grow any seeds from Original sensible seeds they grow big and wonderful. Cant wait to try these girls, Banana Sherbert. As you can see my diary stars with flowering as I had started with clones from my last grow. I hope to keep this updated regularly however life(kids,work,wife) trump everything. Week 3 and they are starting to take off. I used some Recharge by Real Growers. Instant compost soil amendment ingredients. Great stuff.

purple punch finally bloomed 🤩

Week 8 is going great, started flush toward the end of week 7 on Zkittlez and OG Kush. Also started flushing Pink Kush CBD and Purple Punch at start of week 8. All are packing weight still and smelling very fragrant. Trichomes are starting to cloud out and I am planning on harvesting when trichomes are starting to amber.

Week 3 flower day 16 the ladies are getting massive and tall, i knew i did a mistake veging them too long but no worries i hold my fingers that the wont starch more then they are, im very limited in height.. anyway the plants are very healthy and they are always hungry. The CO2 is like steroids for them I reach the easy to 2.2 and I know I can push even more. I’ll do it in the next weeks. After 21 days days i going for defoliation, I don’t want to do it now to stress the plans. I prefer to do it after this stretching finish.

Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Cali crasher is growing well under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She got neem oil sprayed this week when the next grow space got infected with russet mites. So I treated everything not flowering to be safe. She didn't get training after the spraying. It was stressful enough as the leaves are showing. She did get a fresh solution change for first time. I Should see a lot of new growth comming in the next few weeks. Everything is about as good as expected. The ninth week of flowering is now over and the last days of the ladies have begun. The stated 9-10 weeks flowering time is definitely correct. One plant of the Hardcore Zoap was ready a little earlier, but as I want to harvest everything at once, everything is left standing until the majority looks ready. I also preferred to harvest the plants a little more mature than too early. In terms of appearance, I like the Miracle Gushers flowers best, as they have a fine and compact structure. The Banana Creamz seem to be able to develop very thick flowers, whereas the Hardcore Zoap seems to have the lowest yield. I will be able to say more after drying and weighing.
