I’ve been gone for two weeks, she’s been doing fine with the blue mats watering system.

Week 10 – Day 70 🌱 She’s now finishing the last swelling phase of the buds. From this point on I’m giving only plain water and letting the soil dry well between waterings. The buds are not the biggest I’ve ever grown and it probably won’t be my highest yield per plant, but what really surprised me is how uniform this plant is. The buds are very consistent in size and the whole structure is super compact. In my 1m grow box I think I could easily run 9 plants like this. The canopy would be very even and the space would be used much better. Now I’m just waiting for the final ripening and keeping an eye on the trichomes. Harvest is getting close. Terpene profile & trichomes ✨ The plant is not covered with a very thick layer of resin. In my opinion this might be one of the downsides of running a 24/0 light cycle. From my experience it seems to increase yield but slightly reduce the quality, quantity and size of the trichomes. Because of this I recently changed my light schedule to 23 hours. The central light now turns off a bit earlier while the side lights and the 660nm far-red stay on for a short time to simulate a sunset effect. I think this could be more beneficial for the other plants in the tent. With this plant I will also try to induce a bit of mechanical stress to see if it can stimulate more resin production. I’ll document the results in the next few days. The terpene profile is already very interesting. The aroma clearly reminds me of ginger, with sweet candy-like notes and a touch of lime. 2020-07-05 New week. Reduced nutrients because of the slight burn on plant 2... and plant 1 drinks so quickly that it rapidly raises PPM so I have to actually find the right sweet spot. It's drinking about a gallon a day? Plant 2 is still a week behind and slightly stunted but the flowers are coming out. They are more compact than Plant 01. This is supposed to be the same species but I'm getting 2 very different phenotypes on the exact same nutrients.. not very strong genetics? Not sure. 2020-07-05 2020-07-05 2020-07-08 Forgot to take pics this week! Here you go! Plant 01 has grown so insanely strongly and is producing so many nice looking bud sites, i am blown away!! I have had to 'supercrop' the top by bending the stem very carefully and adding a wire knuckle so that it wouldn't immediately just stand back up overnight. I tried this with 2 experimental colas and they perked back up and stayed laying down. They will slightly obstruct the lower flowers but the tops all looked so promising, I couldn't bring myself to cut them. I will seriously have to cut down on veg time next grow! I can easily stop at week 5 in the future with these seeds and grow up nice buds. 2020-07-11 Updated with yesterday's photos. Changed nutrients today, stuck with 1600 EC for plant 01 and went back down to 1400 for plant 02.

W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 17-6 After 10 days of drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 End result #1: 37 Grams of dried buds. 35.84 Grams of dried trim and very small buds, into the freezer. I would describe pheno 1 as normal frosty, almost stone like buds, smells chemical with hints of dish soap (i really like it!) I cant describe the taste but it was very tasty out of the box, before the cure, very sad i only had 37 grams of it haha. End result #2: Around 70 grams of dried buds. 43.23 Grams of dried trim and small buds, into the freezer for bubble hash. I would describe pheno 2 as very frosty buds, little bit fluffy, smells very gassy, with a nice sour taste after curing a couple of months. Very interesting strain, i will definitely grow it again! I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! Tops have grown above other foliage I may have experienced a slight burn with nutes but nothing too noticable Im going to flush today since she is officially flowering want a clean start, then resume feeding about two to three days from now.

7/9/29 día 1 de floración Esto arranca amigos, por desgracia lo hace con unas temperaturas altísimas, con maximas de incluso 32 grados debido a la ola de calor que estamos sufriendo. Ya hemos montado el sistema de riego y lo hemos preogramado para regar durante 1min cada 4h durante el día. La solución la hemos preparado con los productos Cyco arriba descritos, con una ec de 1 y un ph de 6,1. Por otro lado nuestro jardín. Esta iluminado por 4 barras led 100w de solux, y un lec solux de 630w aunque por el momento está a 315w debido a las altas temperaturas. Para empezar la floración lo hacemos con una defoliación y una poda de ramas bajas. Estaremos atentos a cambios en las pequeñas para intentar mantener en cada momento la alimentación adecuada, sin carencia y sin excesos. No te lo pierdas!! 9/9/20 día 3 de floración Buenas, nuestras pequeñas se aclimatan bien a la nueva alimentación y a su nuevo medio. Aumentamos la ec del tanke a 1,1ec y seguimos manteniendo el ph a 6,1. Por otro lado las temperaturas parece que disminuyen por lo que pasamos el lec de 315w a 415w, manteniendo así unas temperaturas diurnas de entre 26 y 27 grados. Esperemos que continúen descendiendo hasta poder mantener las temperaturas a 23 grados durante todo el día. La humedad ronda el 40% y estaremos atentos para que no suba de ahí. FBT2212 is doing great. She is in bulking now so time to see what she will do. Lots of white pistils. Nice frost great smell. It has a fruity smell that is sweet. Been loading her on booster. 9/18: New week...fed with Boomerang and Kangaroots 9/19: Applied Axiom harpin proteins and boomboom spray 9/20: Fed full strength TPS One...decent growth. This strain really likes the Nitrogen..they were starving... 9/21: Tucked a few leaves and took some photos and a video. Looking good. Just a couple more days of 24/0... 9/22: Switched out the 560w of 5000k CCT lighting for 720w of 3000k CCT lighting and set the timer for 12/12. Decided against 13/11 with emerson effect...trying to save a few bucks on electricity. I'm keeping the lights at 30" from the tops for a day or two. 9/23: The girls loved their first night of sleep...so perky!

Saludos 🙌 completando la novena semana y tercera semana de floración. Las variaciones de temperatura continúan pero ella es ya de acostumbró, la humedad está actualmente en 80% y varía bastante también. La altura del panel led continúa la misma en relación a la semana pasada pero ahora la distancia hasta la planta se redujo a 4-5cm del cogollo más alto, el cual está sin main-lining. Buenos humos 🍃

Day 71 (August 26th): Watered the ladies again today, everything is still looking great. Pheno 1 is starting to get yellow leaves, still diagnosing the issue. Day 73: The soil is drying out super fast. The roots are coming up through the soil now. These girls are root bound for sure. Next grow will be 20 gallon pots for sure. Day 74: I’ve got a nitrogen deficiency on one of my phenos. Added a bit more Power Bloom 2-8-4. It’s a bit too early for these girls to be starving for nitrogen. A couple more weeks and I’ll let it fly. Day 77: That’s a wrap on week 5 of flower. 3-4 weeks until harvest!
