Start of week 6 Day 42: lots of white pistils appearing now. with this being an experiment to see if i could sprout a seed as i have never grown a plant before it is going really well! tried a light LST to try and salvage the harvest a tad. the Dwarf is also stretching alot more now due to flowering. after applying LST im hoping for between 2-4g of buds :). Day 46: 23/10/19 Posted a video showing the flowers and trichomes :) did the same for my other two diaries and im really excited for the rest of the flowering phase. Still need to invest in an oscillating fan to blow fresh air around the leaves, A 1m2 runoff tray (currently have 2 small ones and they irritate me) more rope rachets for adjustable height as i found out my light can go as low as 60cm ( i used 100cm). using a box to raise height as a temporary solution and an intake fan to bring the cold air in easier :) plants still dont have a strong smell so i really didnt need to purchase a carbon filter until now. still it makes sense to be prepared! :) This week ive been spraying a layer of Rhizotonic/water (1ml/1L)on the top of the coco twice a day to keep it from drying out, reduce plant stress and help the roots continue to grow :) the stems are huge! Ive also been feeding on monday, wednesday and trying to flush on fridays. i think Canna A+B will be enough for this grow, il probably get some bud boosters next grow if they arent necessary :) Keep on growing folks and check out my other diaries if you get a chance!

Everyone is in flush mode..... Just waiting for the fan leaves to turn yellow then its time for the ladies to hang to dry. Really can't wait to have a try of this, especially the Gelato Dream, smells absolutely beautiful, plus 33% THC! It smells of nothing but diesel n a very pungent Kush smell the berries nor mango scent hasn’t quite poked thru yet but it definitely smells of quality bud in the veg closet ha may need to upgrade my carbon filter. Gonna move these ladies at the end of the week. Thanks for tuning in!

7/6 Plants looked great thos morning. I WATERED A GALLON to the 50 and split one between the two tens. Top of the bags are still moist amd they still have some heft. I'm hoping this will at least carry me 48hrs. These are BIG plants and the wind goes right through those bags and dries them out. I'd rather have that though than worry about overwatering. I noticed some minor deficiencies on a couple plants so it's time to start the nutes. Calcium I'd guess. Just a beginning stage but it's time. Next feeding they'll get some food too. I'll still monitor during the day to make sure they ront dry out. It's amazing how fast they come back after they dry out but it stresses them. EDIT: I WENT OVER AROUND 2OM AND IT WAS OVERCAST AND 83°. ALL THE PLANTS LOOKED GREAT AND ALL OF THEM WERE STILL SLIGHTLY NOIST EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET. THEY ALL HAD SOME HEFT TO THEM TOO. THE SUN IS OUT BRIGHTER NOW BUT IT MAY RAIN TONIGHT AND CONSIDERING HOW GOOD THE PLANTS LOOKED I THINK IVE FOUND MY CORRECT WATERING RATIO. IM NOT GOIMG TO 9VET WATER IN THESE GROW BAGS WITH ALL THIS WIND. I NOTICED SOME FOUR LINED PLANT BUG MARKS ON ONE OF THE LITTLE PLANTS AND REMOVED A FEW LEAVES FROM THAT THIRSTY 10TH PLANET THAT COULD BE SEPTORIA. IM GOING TO TREAT IT BUT I HAVENT DECIDED WITH WHAT YET. I MEAN I NEED TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT JUST PESTS OR WATER SPLASHES FIRST TOO. I'VE BEEN PRETTY SANITARY THIS YEAR. For at least 45 mins it rained harder than I've EVER seen it. Pure sheet rain. It turned over to heavy rain before moving out. The plan was to water everything this morning and start feeding. As I said in the video the soul was still moist amd the bags still had some heft. Not like I just watered them though. I stopped by a local dispo on my way home and talked with the best grower I personally know (thanks Junior) and his advice was the same as what I was planning. I planned on going around noon to check them. He said I could probably wait until like six and then when I do water give them like a 1 1/2 gallons to make up for that monsoon we had earlier. I showed him the video and explained how I have been watering. My intuition feels good about this. I may go check on them earlier but I don't think it's necessary. As usual I'll update as I go. EDIT: AS SUGGESTED (WELL I SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE) I WENT OVER TO FIND ALL NY PLANTS LOOKING GORGEOUS EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET REVEG THAT WAS A "LITTLE" SAGGY. I LIFTED THEM AND FELT THE SOIL IN THE BAGS. I DECIDED ON WATERING AS PLANNED EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT HAVE MADE IT UNTIL NORNING. THIS WAS MY WATERING DAY ANYWAY. HOWEVER I ONLY WATERED 1 GAL PER 20 1.5 FOR 30 AND .5 FOR 10. I THINK THAT WILL WORK OUT GREAT WITH THE UPCOMING COOLER TEMPS. IT WAS SO HOT. DIDNT HAVE TIME BUT SHIT IS LOOKING GOOD. 7/8 Finally that hot streak has broken. It's in the 70s and it rained a little last night. Had to use an iPhone and send it to me because my phone was dead. My plan worked out great and everything is looking fantastic. We may get some rain tonight but I'll be watching the forecast. I DO need to feed and may do that. I might wait until next week. I also need to figure out what to do about that four lined plant bug. The birds that perch on my cage do a good job getting pests. Knock on wood I haven't seen many. I killed one pillar and there's just that four lined plant bug. That's really the only damage. I'd Hate to spray my girls with a bunch of shit over ONE bug. We shall see and I'll keep this updated. 7/9 Phone was dead this morning. Went back over later and defoliated a little bit. On reveg ive found a few spots that look like it could be septoria. Could be splash up or a million other things too. The birds have been taking care of pillars. I've found two this season which were promptly killed. Everything looked good. We are in much cooler weather now. Still high 70s with at least 90%rh. Could have showers but I need to keep up with my watering. I kept with the increase and watered everything with 2 gallons. With the exception of the 50 and the two 10's the 50 I skipped and each 10 got 1 gallon. Now it's time for a shout out. I get my seeds from North atlantic seed company. They have a sister company @dirtybirdgenetics which produces amazing strains that flourish in Maine. N.A.S.C has always used me good but this will be my first dirty bird grow next year. None of this was necessary but it's greatly appreciated. The hand written note put a huge smile on my face. 7/10 Rained last night. Phone won't charge so I used an iPhone and uploaded some pictures and a video. Plants are looking good but I've noticed "a" leaf with pillar markings. It's time to start feeding. I'm not sure if I'll start tonight or next watering. I'm not really sure. Any deficiencies are minor. I need to check my supply and see what I'm going to use. I'm suprised I haven't seen any wpm (knock on wood) with rh so high and "rolling mists". Happy 7/10 to those that indulge in oil. 7/11 Hurried morning. Watered this morning. I watered the ones that drink more with two gallons and a couple that were heavier got 1.5 gallons and the 10's got about a gallon apiece. I also fed for the first time this year. Plants are still in that transition stage and are starting to stretch. I still have nutes left on hand. I used I tsp grow big, .5 tsp cal mag and 2 tsp big bloom (per gallon) just to see how they react. I mixed two gallons and gave everything a little less than a powerade bottle I think is 1.75 pints. I can tell that some of the leaves aren't as lush green as they were. It's time to start feeding. Probably past time. Next year I'll probably go organic all the way bit this year I'm just going to be doing the same thing I have in years past. If it's not broke don't fix it. I have liquid kool bloom and some other nutes for later on in flowering. I'll be looking at nutes today but I'll probably stick with what I've been using. I also am considering plant doctor for the 10th planet that LOOKS like it may have a small case of septoria and I'm not even sure. It looks like splash back to me but we'll see. No wpm so far though. The birds are really doing great with pest control. I'll still be using BT a little bit later on. 7/12 Plants looked great this morning. I decided that if I treat its going to be with plant doctor. Most plants have hairs so I'm reluctant to use copper. I'm reluctant in general. But the plant that seems to expose a leave or two is a reveg and will be the first one thatci treat. I also went to get nutes and found my grow store turned into a "feed" store. I bought some fresh big bloom as that's all that was available. Then after purchase the cashier explained they still HAD the NUMERIOUS shelves of nutes (pretty much everything) but it took up to much room and was "spilling" the legit are wasting store space on packaged seeds opposed to the high end nutes they are known for. Whatever. I'm doing what my buddy said and to do what I do every year. If its not broke don't fix it. I'm think9ng of treating with plant doctor tomm. Or next watering.

The girls are doing great. I decided to eliminate Bloom Part A from their schedule to start reducing N slightly. From now on, I will also give Overdrive to Cheese and Gorilla; Skunk has already been receiving it since last week. I started flushing Pineapple, as it is definitely the closest to harvest.

In my opinion, the harvest was quite good for a first grow. The buds are now in jars with humidity control packs and hygrometers, curing in the dark. Several weeks have passed, and I've already had the chance to try them. I have to say that I quite like the taste, and when smoking, I don't experience any harshness or other negative effects; instead, it feels rather mild and pleasant. The effect is good—not what I'm used to, but very pleasant and calming. I'm already looking forward to the next grow.

Very good journey to me, she has responded very well to the lst training, providing me beautiful colas, enough for me to have nice clean organic nuggets to smoke. I would definitely would run this Ak420 by seedstockers again, the sweetest phenotype was the number #2 which you can take a look at here in my page!

She is falling over because the weight,and density of the buds, tips of single bud leaves turning purple,. What would have normally been popcorn buds, are super dense. I love LED Lights. This will be my last week of feeding , next two weeks water only. Any one have thoughts about dark period before harvest? Or maybe only blue spectrum for final two weeks?, ( to bring out more resin glands ).?

Day 64 - Started off week 10 with 2 gallons of water and nutes today. I’ll be chopping my Cherry Cookies in about 2 weeks so she’ll have a little more room in the tent to stretch and get some light. She’s fine right now but a little cramped. Had a few of the lower leaves that were died off and just hanging on so removed them as well. Day 66 - Nothing much new going on today. Removed a few more dying fan leaves again. Gave her a bit more water than I normally do so she should be good for another couple days. She’s definitely budding up nicely and just waiting for her to really start frosting up. Day 67 - All looking good and coming along nicely. She’s budding up and just waiting for the frost to start. She’s gonna need some water and nutes tomorrow. Day 68 - Gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today and she’s doing really well. Buds are forming nicely but still not seeing any trich development yet but I’m sure that’ll come soon enough. She is putting off a little bit of a smell right now and it’s almost like straight lemon. Not sure if that’s how this strain is supposed to smell but I’m liking it. She’ll have a bit more room to stretch out next weekend when I chop my Cherry Cookies. Day 69 - She’s still budding up nicely and hopefully this coming weekend she’ll be less constricted when I chop the Cherry Cookies. She’s drinking quite a bit and will probably need water and nutes again on Tuesday. Still not seeing much trich development so not sure what’s causing that but we’ll see what happens in the end. Day 70 - The end of week 10 today and looking through my jewelers loupe, I finally see some trichs starting to develop. So hopefully in the next week or so, I’ll be able to get a good smell coming from her. She’s going to be needing some water and nutes tomorrow.

Week 4 flower : everything’s looking nice still got the lights about 7-9” from top of canopy without any issues . The humidity has gone up to 50% in day and I can’t really get it any lower I’ve already got a dehumidifier so don’t want to get another one . I would like to lower to 40-45% and lower for last 2 weeks but can’t see that happening . I’ve started the pk from end of week 4 (day 28 )at 1ml per litre this took my ec to 2.2 I will see how it goes and maybe up it to 1.2-1.5 and I’m going to use the pk for 7-14 days then I will start the flush I also lowered the silicone to 0.5ml per litre 3x blue cheese plants are on the left but has spread over and 1x sunset sherbet on the right

Pamela è cresciuta di un ambiente ostile con temperature comprese tra 7 e 15°C, questa condizione climatica ho avuto la sensazione che abbia solo rallentato di una settimana la maturazione. É cresciuta senza una grande luce (led 100w), è stata curata pochissimo e per lei nessun miglioratore di rendimento LST. Nonostante questo ha prodotto un raccolto superiore ai 70g di qualità eccelsa e con un fascino unico tipico delle Purple. Gnam al gusto.. relax

Total days above ground: 70 Total flower nights: 31 Vege growth stopped around FD25. Started feeding 1/2 strength fertilizer FD26 (last 6 irrigations including today). Excellent development across the canopy. Tried to get some pictures showing how the colas are stacking up along with a couple shots of terminal buds. Included some photos and videos of irrigation setup, drainage and other half of the tent setup that is not often visible in weekly updates. Also, a video showing the canopy with some grateful dead background music. Last week including progression pictures as they are full size. Kush Mints have been awesome 1 through 4. Great structure, easy to manipulate, and a couple had a nice strong minty smell that keeps changing everyday, so I'm not getting my hopes too high, yet. This stuff evolves over time and what a stem-rub smells like at FD30 isn't always representative of what the finished product will be. Regardless, super happy with the crop, overall. Smell is starting to ratchet up. Bud sites are mostly formed at this point and we will see some noticable ripening by next week's update. Might see a hint of fattening calyxes in the bud pictures this week. 2026-2 starts in 8 days. Will have some Blue Cookies and Pineapple Express from MSNL running along side some Vanilla Creme Pie from HSC. Can't believe winter-2 is already starting. Time is flying by. Breeding cycle is doing well. Will update that when the pollen-receivers join the pollen-donator on a 12/12 light schedule. Side note -- looks like I avoided any issues from accidentally leaving port hole opened about 8 or 9 days ago. I have it marked in notes and will feel 100% confident 2-weeks out from the incident. So far, so good. The lung room is mostly dark and light would have to travel a difficult path to get in the tent, but still mildly concerned about it.
