As mentioned last week the plant faced a slight salt lockdown that I resolved giving her 6 Lt of water in 6 days with a ppm of 125 , resulting in a overall runoff water of 800 ppm . Yesterday I give her 2lt of fertilized water with a 6 pH and 303 ppm , resulting in a runoff water of 573 ppm and 6.8 pH , health and colour of the plant improved . I managed a big defoliation in the beginning of the week and moved my secondary light to best cover the lover branches of the canopy.

They’re getting close! I could probably chop the GSC and GC but the Gelato has at least 2 weeks to go. I was hoping to bring them all down at once and dry in the tent but I may have to figure something else out. I think this is the most aesthetically pleasing garden ive grown so far. I enjoy all manner of plants and in general the GC is the nicest looking mj plant I’ve ever produced. I’d love a porch full just for the look! Anyways, all these girls are a little stunted from all the cold nights. Dark temps under 60, a lot under 50-55 for most of their lives but they look good, and still very frosty. Never had gelato or GC before so im excited to try them out, thanks for dropping by!

So another week successfully chalked off. Moved from organic powdered nutrients up to this point onto synthetic nutes. Also cleaned up all of their skirts and nipped off any buds that will turn into larf. Plus a defoliation in the canopies. And they have all responded well, really stretching now and I’ve spotted a few trichomes already. So all swimmingly at the moment long may it continue. Thanks for reading, have a great week 😊

Day 2 of week 8 - Sunday 11th October Nutes in today, all looking good and pistils still coming through nicely.. Girls will need a bit of lower defoliation again but will wait till later this week.. UPDATE: Day 4 of week 8 Tuesday 13th October: More LST and defoliation today, pistils looking so lovely 😊! Nutes in as usual. Defo beginning to stretch so LST is proving a little tougher to do as the stems are getting much stronger now.. May have to abandon metal spikes and start tying down to the sides of the fabric pots. Things are moving much faster now and water intake in increasing too. Happy days! UPDATE: Day 6 of week 8 Thursday 15th Oct Nutes in and a little more LST. Really peeved as I bent the main stem a little too hard on one of the girls and she had a slight crease in the stem now 🤬... I hope this doesn’t affect her growth or that I loose the main cola.. But it’s too late to change it now so keeping my fingers crossed that she’s as hardy as a I think she is.. Only time will tell. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Enjoying this project immensely 😍❤️

Sono felice di tutte e 4 le banche semi che mi hanno regalato qualche seme alla fiera canapa mundi di Roma, già in passato ho sempre provato casualmente tantissime varietà,sono affezionato ad una banca semi in particolare ma voglio bene a tutti. Queste varietà sono fino ad adesso perfette per le mie esigenze perché crescono facili,rapide e molto resistenti e sono già in fioritura! Ogni varietà si sta sviluppando in maniera impeccabile e sono molto felice perché hanno resistito ai cambiamenti climatici e stanno resistendo benissimo la presenza di afidi sotto le foglie, ogni settimana stiamo utilizzando olio di piretro ad azione rapida e sta funzionando. Il colorito della piante ed il vigore che hanno nel crescere e fiorire è dimostrato nel video e nelle foto! Hanno avuto una crescita molto rapida in questa settimana. Il clima è migliorato e le temperature sono di tipo estive quindi non faranno che migliorare. Io coltivo in maniera biologica e non uso potature particolari e queste varietà sembrano ideali per me. Affinché avrò la passione di coltivare sicuramente useremo anche queste varietà perché questo 2023 in Italia il clima è stato pessimo durante le prime 3 settimane di vita di queste varietà e hanno resistito a grandine,pioggia e sbalzi di temperatura. Great week again...work effort was like 3h whole week...only had to refill NS (+-20L every 2 days) Buds getting fatter every day...no brown pistrills yet so budgrowth is still in full effect PH was very stable again, 6.1-6.2 all week EC fell slighty before refilling NS I think EC 1.3 could be a bit too much for them...leaves are quite darkgreen and they start to get nuteburn on tips...but i'll leave it at 1.3 for the rest of the grow I decided that i won't exchange NS completely anymore...will leave it be till i replace it with pure water in 2 weeks (will be a 3 week cycle then) Roots look great + i put in 15g of TNT Bactorr, water temp is at 20-21° so no need to worry about rot till the end of the grow i think

Great structural progress this week. I adjusted the first LST on all Tropicanna Poison plants and they responded perfectly — fast recovery, strong lateral growth and a very even canopy. Installed the SCROG net at ~26–30 cm to prepare for the next stage. I also switched to the automatic drip system (2 L/h emitters). The nutrient mix needed a few corrections, but the final feed landed at EC ~850 µS / pH ~5.8, giving each plant 700 ml. Soil dried quickly and the roots are clearly active. Environment stayed stable at 22–23°C, 65–70% RH and PPFD ~420 µmol/m²/s. All plants look healthy, compact and already releasing a nice sweet cannabis aroma.

Nothing to report. Very rapid growth this week. She is already bigger than the other plants the same age. Only feeding water, will add nutes maybe on week 3. Also start training this week.

REVIEW - Runtz (fem., photo.) from Zamnesia: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ The seeds from Zamnesia germinated rapidly, rooted strongly, went wild in veg, and produced an ample amount of high-quality medicinal flower. The diary speaks for itself on that front so this space will be more of a phenotype review. The plants were labelled A, B, and C from left to right respectively in photos. A and B were the 'clasicaly-appearing' sativa-esque leaves while C was the more 'indica-appearing' phenotype. Although A and B appear the same qualitatively, they did produce substantially different amounts of flower (despite their DLI being near max out for the entire tent footprint without supplementing CO2, so I do not think just being in the middle attributed to this). Past their different yields, A and B also have vastly different profiles. A is a classic gelato/ice cream cooler/Z terps, and my personal favorite of the plants (wish I had taken a clone of this one instead). B is the most on point for what I think of with Runtz, classic Z terps but with a slight tropical/rotten/sweetness to it. C had the misfortune of being ready to chop a little earlier than the other girls so her profile is mostly just spicey kush now. I did observe intersex flower sites but given the entire context of the diary and how the plants performed, I have to assume it was user error. No pollination observed in any of the flowers, as zero additional intersex sites occurred. The distinction between A, B and C is what I would expect from a typical F1 cannabis seed. I do not enjoy growing from seed much but these girls were manageable. Add to that the relative stability of the genetics for a Runtz recreation, and well, these are good quality beans for a great price. Not only is Zamnesia responsive and available, their confidence speaks volumes. How many vendors would have an in-house Runtz, knowing how much of a genetic-gravity-well it is in, and be confident enough to let ~200 randos grow it and show it? REVIEW - Green Sensation from Plagron: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ I enjoyed using the green sensation, the NPK values on it make it versatile in application and a power-house in flower. I can't say I noticed anything better or dramatically improved, although comparing to Heavy 16 and asking for a marked improvement is big ask in my opinion. What I was able to do was seamlessly integrate the Green Sensation into my current routine. The additive stayed homogenous, was easily introduced into solutions with no adverse impact to the water contents or pH. Most importantly, the plants enjoyed the additive and it did accomplish the main goal of being able to wane off your primary line. In this respect, by using Green Sensation I was able to save resources by lowering my Heavy 16 inputs across the board approximately 50% and supplementing with Plagron's Green Sensation.

12/15: Some plants are taking too long to transition and stretching beyond my space constraints, so I dialed the photoperiod back to 12/12. 12/16: Fed today and rotated edge plants. Sucrose Overdose and Muscadine Wines are still stretching...raised lights again. 12/17: Worked on ventilation...no A/C necessary now, as I'm using another AC Infinity 6" fan to intake outdoor air into the closet whenever temps reach 75f..and it's been cold as hell outside.👍 The final trick will be to replace the 6" exhaust fan with an 8" so as to be able to fully exchange the closet air faster ...but that's gonna have to wait til next season. 12/18: Supercropped a Muscie... again... now she's doing the "letter 'S' thang.
