So this final week the buds on this Orange Hill Special are filling out. They are getting rock solid and the calyxes are doing their final swelling. Also, the trichomes have started forming and up close, they are forming a white sticky film over the whole bud. The buds feel heavy and compact, although their size could have been bigger but not complaining with this amount of bud. I have just been feeding some perma tea and clean water since this soil is probably very high in nutes by now. I had some brown leaf points so just adjusted and all was fine. Now we go into the final one or two weeks. I did some final defoliation to expose some underside buds, they are swelling too. Removed some sticky underside larf, kept it in a box to gradually dry for a preliminary taste test coming days. Our Permanent Marker from Zamnesia has responded very well to the application of the techniques, it has started the flowering phase very well and is preparing to prepare our gifts. ** Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. Everything has been going very well and strong the stretch in flowering is quite impressive I will say that doubles their height and more for sure the flawer are very very large and to be ready they require probably three more weeks to become more dense and heavy but they're looking great and the smell is very strong as well. Just at the end of week # 2 in bloom , LST training is going well and the canopy is pretty full , cooler outside temps allow me to use my co2 burner and they are all looking great with lots of bud sites and liking the nutrient balance, made new nuits today and it went from 1400 to 1150 in two feedings , one more week of stretch and then I will finish the under canopy cleanup and plan on a light defoliation at week 4 of bloom. The 8 Ball Kush is really showing great growth and it’s early on , should be some huge buds this crop , the Blue OG Kush is healthy , it’s my first time with it so I’m not sure what it grows like . Going strong and taking up lots of fluids. 2 + litres every second day. I’m going through 100 plus litres a week with all 4 tents in early flower 🤦‍♂️Auto watering would be helpful but I think they like the random feeds with different ranges of ph I try to never keep the ph spot on, let it float up or down a few points not much just enough for the plants to get different amounts so far it’s been working for me.. happy growing friends
