REVIEW - Runtz (fem., photo.) from Zamnesia: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ The seeds from Zamnesia germinated rapidly, rooted strongly, went wild in veg, and produced an ample amount of high-quality medicinal flower. The diary speaks for itself on that front so this space will be more of a phenotype review. The plants were labelled A, B, and C from left to right respectively in photos. A and B were the 'clasicaly-appearing' sativa-esque leaves while C was the more 'indica-appearing' phenotype. Although A and B appear the same qualitatively, they did produce substantially different amounts of flower (despite their DLI being near max out for the entire tent footprint without supplementing CO2, so I do not think just being in the middle attributed to this). Past their different yields, A and B also have vastly different profiles. A is a classic gelato/ice cream cooler/Z terps, and my personal favorite of the plants (wish I had taken a clone of this one instead). B is the most on point for what I think of with Runtz, classic Z terps but with a slight tropical/rotten/sweetness to it. C had the misfortune of being ready to chop a little earlier than the other girls so her profile is mostly just spicey kush now. I did observe intersex flower sites but given the entire context of the diary and how the plants performed, I have to assume it was user error. No pollination observed in any of the flowers, as zero additional intersex sites occurred. The distinction between A, B and C is what I would expect from a typical F1 cannabis seed. I do not enjoy growing from seed much but these girls were manageable. Add to that the relative stability of the genetics for a Runtz recreation, and well, these are good quality beans for a great price. Not only is Zamnesia responsive and available, their confidence speaks volumes. How many vendors would have an in-house Runtz, knowing how much of a genetic-gravity-well it is in, and be confident enough to let ~200 randos grow it and show it? REVIEW - Green Sensation from Plagron: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ I enjoyed using the green sensation, the NPK values on it make it versatile in application and a power-house in flower. I can't say I noticed anything better or dramatically improved, although comparing to Heavy 16 and asking for a marked improvement is big ask in my opinion. What I was able to do was seamlessly integrate the Green Sensation into my current routine. The additive stayed homogenous, was easily introduced into solutions with no adverse impact to the water contents or pH. Most importantly, the plants enjoyed the additive and it did accomplish the main goal of being able to wane off your primary line. In this respect, by using Green Sensation I was able to save resources by lowering my Heavy 16 inputs across the board approximately 50% and supplementing with Plagron's Green Sensation.

Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached the end of the second week since the beginning of the vegetation. In a week, it grew 6 cm and began to form places where flowers will begin to appear. Sometimes it's surprising how quickly plants develop and grow if they have good conditions. Since it's the middle of summer, the temperatures are still high, but for now I don't see that it doesn't suit them. Sometimes it is over 31 degrees in the grow box. I make sure that the soil does not dry out, so I increased the amount of water when watering. I continue to add Bio Grow Fertiliser and CalMg with each watering. pH I drop to 6.0 with Plagron's Lemon Kick. At the end of the week, more precisely after taking photos for day 14, I increased the power of the led lights to 60%. Here is a quick overview of the week: 04/08/2024 - Day 11. Watering. I prepared 6 liters of water, added the previously mentioned nutrients and with that amount I evenly watered all three plants on the farm. 07/08/2024 - Day 14. Hi growers, We are heading into the final stretch!!! Two days ago I carefully took a seed out of a bud on one plant using tweezers, planted it and it sprouted without any issues, which is great news. On the other plant the seeds have not reached full maturity yet. I think we might see each other at harvest next week ✂️ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jdeme do finále!!! Před dvěma dny jsem u jedné rostliny opatrně pinzetou vyndal semínko z palice, zasadil ho a bez problémů vyklíčilo, což je skvělá zpráva. U druhé rostliny semínka zatím nedosáhla plné zralosti. Beginning of week.. She is doing amazing! Runoff is right where it needs to be.. leaves are looking nice and green with not so much leaf burning on the tips anymore.. new sets of leaves daily! Gonna need to lollipop a bit more. She should produce a decent harvest! So excited to see what she does in flower! So far, I've noticed that she is making some purple striped stiples at the very crown of each (future) cola! So so excited! Need to raise light up a bit.. I think she's getting over 1000 micromols at the center sine she has stretched a bit... Next day.. Whoops.. not sure how the hell she managed to stretch up to 1400+ micromols so quick.. had to raise the light quite a bit and also dim her down just a tad.. now the center is getting exactly 950 micromols in the center and around 650 - 700 micromols around the edges of the tent (footprint). Perfect! I noticed some purpling on a couple of the higher leaves.. these were the leaves getting over 1400 micromols and temps have been another lower than anticipated. So if she starts turning purple this early on, then WOW!.. She should make some pretty colorful colas! Mid week.. She really needs a haircut. She has grown a few nodes on each branch just in the last 7 days or even less. So beautiful! Humidity is being a bitch right now. Up to 70% and my dehumidifier can't even get it to drop a little.. ugh. Cold front blowing through as I type this, so hopefully it'll blow this moisture out by the end of the day. Pistols should be making a crown pretty soon! Still stretching like crazy. She still has plenty of head room for it.. but damn, I really need to get some of these leaves and lower branches out of the way. That should help bring the RH down quite a bit too.. I know she isn't THAT big, but it's still gonna take me awhile to trim her up.. kinda wondering if I could wait till next week and get it all done at once.. cuz I feel like she may need one more with the speed she's been stretching at. Next day... Went ahead and removed ALOT of foliage.. humidity should go down quite a bit.. these leaves give off a very strong skunky scent.. can't wait to see the terp action of this strain! "OoOo.. I 'member"

All in all there were some major mistakes I made myself in which I can honestly say I think has affected the yield and quality to some extent. As this was my first use of the equipment for this run. After everything I have learnt on this run I hoping the next one there will be no errors at all.

Days 35-42 (Day 36) Some minor problems starting to arise here. A few times this week it got up to 90+ degrees which I think may have caused a bit of heat stress in some of the plants. I’m seeing a bit of cupping/crinkles on some of the fan leaves and some of the new growth is looking pretty gnarled and twisted. I hear windburn can cause this too so I’m turning my fans down to low speed. This could also be a problem with humidity so I’m going to turn off my humidifier, dim the lights and raise them. During my last feeding I mulched in some worm castings but it seems like they’re keeping the soil/coco from drying out. Pots are still decently heavy and even the surface is still quite moist but they aren’t showing any major signs of overwatering. I figure it will only be a few weeks before the castings break down so I will just leave it. A few of the plants are starting to show yellowing leaf tips which is probably some kind of micro nutrient lockout from my PH being slightly too high. It could also be from nute burn so I will water in 6.0 until I see some runoff. Although the most likely culprit is potassium excess. I’ve been feeding potassium almost as much as nitrogen so far. I know that can cause the yellowing of leaf tips by locking out trace minerals. It can also cause leaf problems like crinkling. Excess K can even cause water retention! Will water at 6.0 until run off next watering. The lst is coming along nicely. It was a good idea to remove the first two sets of branches (not leaves). Now I have 4-6 perfectly even stems coming from each plant that I plan to top one more time each. (Day 37) Today I’m going to vacuum, clean, wipe down and spray all my equipment in the tent. I’ve been letting the floor get quite dirty and I haven’t had the chance for a thorough clean since last round. I’m kind of surprised I haven’t seen any powdery mildew yet. I guess the prevention spray is working because the room has to be infected from my last crop. (Day 40) I was reading that you can foliar spray whatever you are deficient in for an immediate uptake. I‘m going to try that with my current potassium excess since it locks out trace minerals. I’m going to foliar feed a bit of phytoplankton at 15ml/L and some MagnifiCal + VeloKelp from Remo nutrients both at 5ml/L. The cal mag is not organic but as long as it’s not going into the soil and doesn’t contain chlorine I’m fine with it. I’m also going to be changing the light cycle to 18/6 for the remainder of veg. This will be their first dark cycle so they can properly foliar feed. Edit: humidity shot up to 85% a few hours after foliar spray. I went to top dress everything today and I mixed up the plants while doing so! So the ones I was unsure about I gave 1 extra tablespoon. I won’t top dress again for at least 10 days. Might give a light tea sometime next week. I also tilled the shit out of the top of each pot. It had a hard crusty layer on top that was keeping the medium from drying out properly. I’m not going to water again until everything is bone dry. Then I will water until slight runoff at 6.0 ph with some Dr. Marijane bacteria/root probiotic. I’m starting too see a lot more of these abrasions on some of the bigger fan leaves. It almost looks like thrip damage but I’m 100% sure it’s not a pest above ground. It could be bulb mites, which I found in my worm castings but I can’t check until the roots are more established in their pots. The leaves themselves are cold and feel damp to the touch. I haven’t even seen a fungus gnat since I last fed. I’m hoping it’s related to the K excess and clears up with the troubleshooting. (Day 41) Just ordered a wire cube rack to prop my plants up with and help evaporation/root warmth. Each cube is 11.8”x11.8”x11.8” and it comes with 16 cubes. So it will fit just perfectly in my 4x4. Depending on the size, I might order another one for the flower room where I would need 25 cubes.

Day 76 - 07/12/19 The Quick One has turned into a Fat One! The colas are just huge! nice lavender smell and very sticky! the buds also look a lot more dense this time compared to my last diary probably due to adding calmag and pk13/14 and this plant is over twice as tall haha. it finished its stretch at 43cm so shouldnt be a bad sized harvest. I fed the plants last night with their last dose of nutes and im going to start flushing from today right up until harvest. My tap water is at 140ppm so this should be okay for flushing. ive grown all my plants with this tap water and tbh i used to let it sit out for a day or two to evaporate chemicals but i havent done that in ages. plants dont seem to mind it straight from the tap. but yeah flushing from today right up until around the start of next week. it should only need a week flush as its coco coir but im expecting to harvest on Day 85. The top of the main cola started to look weird and was definitely getting burned from the light. i took a small bit off as i cant adjust the height of my lights just now, gotta fit these rope rachets the light is just so damn heavy lol. im not worried tho, expecting about an ounce from this harvest, maybe more from my diesel auto diary. Still im very proud. this is my first plant with big colas, and not only tall but fat! cant wait to see how dense the buds turn out to be and i think my last harvest was at week 9 so this has had much more time to mature. I pulled a lot lot of leaves off this plant as they were crispy and yellowing. ive been feeding light amounts of nitrogen for a while so its either just the plant yellowing or the crispiness is light burn. either way you will notice from the pictures. upper colas have no fan leaves lol. and i added a couple of photos through the jewelers loupe, couldnt really get a good angle. but the breeder estimate is 8-9 weeks and il be finishing on week 12 so itll most likely be ready. I got a few more seeds and they are going to be stunning! award winning genetics and also exotic and high thc autoflowers! im using biobizz light mix and i should be starting once i harvest this diary so keep an eye out for that and check out my other diaries if you get a chance. Day 78 - still giving 1.8l of water per day. wanted to ensure im getting all the nutes and salts out of this so i gave 1.8l of phed water earlier in the day and 1.8l of phed water 6 hours later. going to try stick to the 1.8 per day as the soil dries out overnight with that amount :) Other than that the plant is looking great. some faint purple colors and its pretty frosty! nice big buds. once the plant is harvested and trimmed im gonna dry some on a drying rack for about a week. and some hung up to dry in a cardboard box for 2 weeks. Day 79 - 10/12/19 Harvested the top half of a side cola today so its cured just before christmas 🎄 and i wanted to let light penetrate the lower buds! Have a look at the pictures and let me know what you think in the comments :) Biobizz light mix arrived and im thinking of starting my next batch of seeds, keep an eye out for those diaries starting up :) I plan to harvest on day 85! so excited for this one! Day 79 same day update: Took a few pictures of the bud drying :) im gonna dry it slowly and just let the 21-23c room temperature 50-60% humidity do its job. and let me know what you guys think about using a drying rack like in the picture for buds? Day 80 - 11/12/19 A few days shy of 12 weeks now so i decided to harvest another couple of side colas! Snipped a cola down to individual buds removing all trim and the other cola i didnt break down i just trimmed. il add photos tomorrow to show what i mean :) The trim was really frosty and looked quite cloudy/plastic and the buds are covered in cloudy/amber pistils. I smoked a couple of bongs of the test bud which has been drying for about 24 hours now and im pretty stoned! very relaxed in my back and shoulders. no muscle pain. my head is heavy with enhanced audio and visuals :) this is turning out to be a beautiful afternoon smoke! very proud of myself :) Only a few more days until full harvest and i cant wait to cut the main cola down. id say the main cola could be near an ounce when dried as it looks thicker than my arm 😂 Day 81 - 12/12/19 What a night ive had :) been up for ages fine trimming 2 side colas i pulled off the plant tonight. the flushing was worrying me with the extra humidity rise. i added a ton of pictures to show off the whole ordeal as best as possible :) and i came across some mold halfway up one of the giant colas. was a very small pocket of fluff so i cut around the affected area and didnt lose too much (about 2g if dried) the side colas were so much bigger than expected. completely filled my whole raw tray with buds and my drying rack is starting to fill up. Im like a small child again as these colas are the biggest individual piece of weed that ive held :) really proud that i grew this! I also got a lot of trim and little popcorn buds. gonna keep then for edibles and dry up these test buds. 3 Days until harvest of the main cola :) and check out the pictures and videos i added at the end. huge colas! :)

Correct result for Sweet Gelato Auto. Easy growing: dynamic and healthy vegetative period. Short, solid and bushy plant, it need 11 or 12 weeks from seed to harvest. Flowers are very resinous and thick with a strong and aggressive aroma. The Cookies genetic is very recognizable. The yield could be bigger with a good training (LST) instead of having a big central bud.

Start of week 2 There growing like clock work taking the first nutrients like a champ and now we have improved there invoirment they going to take off. Finally have put up the new setup from spider farmer together and I am very pleased with a modern version more control and can watch from distance what's going on . Heya Farmers. Lots of growth this week, as you can see in the video I had to do a ton of LST and defoliation! This strain had a lot of hype surrounding it in the community, but here on growth diaries most of the plants looked rather small and flowered after 2 weeks, I'm glad mine seems to be a bit bigger! she also already smells amazing, this early! I'm a little scared as shes still quite short, but if I can get dense little buds, I prefer that over stretchy airy sativas, so I suppose I should be happy, but still, so dense, so much foliage. Flipped to flowering in the middle of the week. Secret sauce changed to flowering version.

Flushed them as I think they are only a week or two away from harvest. They are getting really heavy and as I had to move them to the shower to flush them properly I tried to be careful not to break any branches. The PH is about 8.0 of the tap water, so after flushing I gave them enough PH 6.3 water. One or two plants seem to be finished, they already have some dark trichomes - but I can't harvest them as I only have this tent. As always - if you have any advice for me or criticism, please let me know! Thank you! EDIT: Humidity is currently a huge issue, there has been rain 24/7 since yesterday, so keeping humidity at oround 30-40% is impossible. Currently at about 55% - I know, it is too much but there is nothing I can do.

Needed to go in big pots will sort that tmro watered late today they will be fine again once in bigger pot these have been on 12/12 for a few days.
