Tequila Sunrise - Week 7: Slug Attack! But This Se帽orita's a Fighter
隆Ay caramba!
This week with Tequila Sunrise has been a real telenovela, growmies! Just when I thought things were heating up with the flowering fiesta, WHAM! Enter the evil-doers, the nefarious villains... the SLUGS!
Seriously, folks, when I saw my little se帽orita on Friday, I swear I could've cried. Those slimy devils had gone to town, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. Leaves munched, flower parts devoured - it was a scene straight out of a horror movie! To add insult to injury, I unearthed a whole gang of the culprits - nine fat, brown slugs of all sizes chilling in the soil. The audacity!
But here's the thing: Tequila Sunrise ain't going down without a fight! In a stroke of genius (or maybe just desperation), I decided to elevate her to a plastic chair throne. Apparently, slugs are like nightclub bouncers - they don't like high places (gettit?! ;). And guess what? It worked! The next two nights, not a single slimy visitor dared to approach. Victory, at least for now!
Despite the slug buffet, Tequila Sunrise even managed to pull off a respectable 10cm growth spurt this week. This girl's a fighter, that's for sure. Weeds are called weeds for a reason, right? They're tough as nails, and Tequila Sunrise is no exception.
So, here's the plan, amigos: let's send some good vibes this se帽orita's way. With a little luck and some continued anti-slug warfare, she might just bounce back from this brutal attack and still deliver a decent harvest. We believe in you, Tequila Sunrise! Show those slimy suckers what a true party queen is made of!

Day 9 I had no choice but to defoliate, the canopy was getting way to dense and humidity was hard to control even with my 30 pin dehumidifier. Hopefully will not affect to much. Probably I will do another defoliation on day 21.
TDS stays at 550PPM this week and CO2 at 1200PPM.

Start of week 8. Week 7 went well as this girl slowed down her nutrient consumption, she did not need any extra feed during the week. Cleaned up a lot of small dead leaves that had tucked themselves up into bud sites. In this past with this strain, those small drying leaves have caused some bud rot and mold to develop. She smells incredible and is insanely sticky! My best grow of this strain ever! Will flush in 5-7 days, depending on trichomes.

01/08/18 - I fed them all 1 litre each, one of them seems to be praying up but the other two Seem a little bit droopy still.
02/08/18 - #3 is praying like usual and the other two are getting better Day by day I鈥檓 going to be giving them another feeding tomorrow, I have seen roots stretching out to the sides of the pots so I might saturate the whole pot.
04/08/18 - horrible sight today looks like rusty cracks in some leaves , not got a clue what this.
05/08/18 - browning has continued since last night and it鈥檚 all on the new leafs not the older ones. i fed them without any calmag , so I think it could be a deficiency of some sort (cal/mag).the mad thing is, it鈥檚 only two of the girls, one of them is completely fine nice green leaves not yellow marks that turn orange/brown. It definitely has nothing to do with my ph or all three girls would be showing some symptoms seeing as they all get fed with the same soloution.鉁岋笍馃徎
07/08/18 - everything鈥檚 cleared up their was slight nute burn in the process but everything seems a lot better so I decided to start LST. all the new leaves are the colour they should be with no nute burns or calcium deficiency 馃檹馃徎

Light fluffy bud, but so much of it that weight got up there in the end.
Really soft smoke with some earthy textures and tastes. Less sweet smelling than the previous haze but has a lot more earthy, baking smell to it this one.

Beautiful pair of phenos of Badaz og cheese very excited about what strain is gonna offer me in terms of quality buds, so excited to see what is every of this 2 phenos gonna be like, I really hope that both of them have the exact terpenes profile and the same potency! Let's keep on working! We'll the ladies have been Transplanted on February 2nd after 17 days since planted, they were very big and the pot was completely conquered by strong roots as you can see, now both of them are in their new 11l pot home let's see how they keep developing! 馃挍鉂わ笍馃挌馃敐馃拵

Week 7 seems to be going fine from my house and then I go to the grow 馃ぃ well fukc me I鈥檝e ran into few problems let um get abit too dey for their liking the week leading up to Christmas / gave um a good feeding with week 7s nutes and peeled back abit of the fan leaves to get more light around , humidifier broke on us didn鈥檛 notice for 2 days so tent was 70 percent humid when gone to check , new humidifier replaced and back on track as I said earlier peeled back a few fan leaves think maybe a few too many plants started showing signs of stress soon after again these are autos and I think it could of stunted if not heavily affected the end product also we noticed about 3 weeks into this grow we had way too many plants in the tent starting to see the effects off that now a lot of nonsense on the lower branches and only really the top Lola鈥檚 getting the light and the mass , all the same seed bar 4 plants and very differnt plants all in all , definitely not a strain that鈥檚 been mastered about half are tall and spaced out and the others are short and very stacked from my own eye I鈥檇 say the shorter and more stacked buds will be the ones bearing more fruit the taller ones look very skinny and airy still

The buds have developed incredibly nicely this week.
The smell is getting more and more extreme :-) .
The whole plant itself looks perfect 馃憤.
The growth has slowly stopped as the full energy goes into the production of the buds.
This week it was watered 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above)
They were individually inspected and checked for their health.
Osmosis water for the coming week was refilled in a 100 l tank 馃憤.

I need to get my l.s.t. done. Plan to this weekend. Have been alternating waterings between regular water and water with 2.5ml of fox farm grow big. Have watered all times with 200ml of water and the solution water mix. Been keeping the humidity at about 45% temp around 68. Can tell a huge difference in sizes of the plants and their container sizes. Will be going with at least 3gal pots next grow. Still using a 25w light as well. Will be upgrading that asap. We鈥檙e getting closer, they鈥檝e upped their water intake this week, so I鈥檓 thinking we鈥檙e on pretty much the last push now! Absolutely stinks of pineapples in there, with a gassy undertone. I鈥檓 excited to see how these finish up!! Hopefully not too much longer now.

I cant believe how FAT Mimosa got. Looks like it's on a McDonald's only diet...big, juicy and shiny this one is.
The fade is on half way alredy and despite i cuted a couple of branches on the Apple&Bazookiez, I've decidid to let it go another week. Colours on this one are stunning. Red and purple buds and fades all over. Despite the slim rock hard nuggets i believe the thc and terpenes are going to make up for the lack of weight.
They have been on straight ph water for the last 2 weeks and thats how they going to be for the last 1 and 2 weeks respectively.

Purple Kush est. Flower time - 8 weeks
Cheese est. Flower time - 8-9 weeks
The Purple should be done next week and is only getting water when she is thirsty.... lift the pot technique works great!! Like previous Purple Kush grows I've done she is very popcorn like nugs and might be a little tricky to trim.
The Cheese still has a few weeks left. Nice bud structure with the smallest nug being the size of a golf ball.... LOVE IT!! This was the last week for nutrient feeds and was still on a Nute, Water, Water schedule. (950 PPM on nutrient feeds)

We have gone a little lighter in coloring again but I am adjusting lighting a little more on her and defoliating a little but so she can use her energy in places she needs too.
