Harvest Week. I hope all my North American friends had a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving. I harvested on Tuesday, so due to Thanksgiving prep. I'm late posting the harvest report. Apollo is a wonderful plant to grow. She stayed short. I tried to lst by tying down. Apollo limbs pushed up the pins many times. She is strong and resilient. After watering only 2 liters with Vit B, Recharge and Signal yesterday, I put her in the 3#x3tent in the dark. The leaves were showing the fade using up the nutrients. 11/21 is day Apollo's 71 day and 43 in flower. The harvest window per RQS is 70-75 days from seed. Apollo's buds are thick, dense, stinky citrus floral and sticky. As she hangs to dry, she is pungent and stinky. I am so proud of this grow. I didn't overfeed so I have experienced the color fade to yellow as foods are used up and the delicate colors emerge in the sugar leaves. I am very impressed with Royal Queen Seeds F1 genetics. So much so I bought Milky Way F1 and Medusa F1. I will definitely have another Apollo grow in January. Thank you @James at RQS. After hanging to dry 13 days and a little bit more trim, Smokable bud 128 g or 4,5 oz. Wow this is my best harvest and grow ever. I put her in the jars to cure. Apollo F1 had a huge base stem and was multi branching-even the side stems had side stems. The stems were sturdy. No support is needed for her branches She stayed short at 26 inches tall. I definitely pushed her on the watering. When I saw no runoff after 2.5 liters of water, I upped to 3 ltr. Then 3.5, then 1 gallon. I watered 2 liters, let the water absorb, then slowly add another 2 liters. There was a small amount of run off at the time of watering but was all gone by the next day. It could have been evaporation, but I really think it was consumption. Consumption is an indicator of yield. As densely bushy as she is, I'm estimating at least 90 grams. So for future grows, especially for very bushy plants, I will defoliate at least 2x during early and midflower to open up the canopy and let the plants bulk up more. She did show some nutrient (cal-mag) deficiency and for the next Apollo grow, I will push the feed a bit. I'm excited and a bit sad to see this grow come to an end at the same time. Nachdem die 2 Autos auf dem Balkon stehen und die drei FF Ladies allein im Zelt wachsen, breiten sie sich aus und nehmen den ganzen 80x80 Platz ein, sie wachsen schnell. Sattes Grün, kräftige Blätter, glückliche Pflanzen. Der Wedding Cheese Cake 🍰 habe ich einen höheren Absatz zum Schuh untergemogelt, da sie doch etwas kleiner wächst, als ihre exotischen Schwestern. CalMag wurde bestellt, wird sofern eingetroffen, direkt verabreicht! Es wurde zum Ende der Woche auch Zeit, ihnen einige Blätter zu entfernen. Vielleicht gefällt es der Wedding Cheesecake, so dass sie noch etwas an Höhe gewinnt. Sie wächst mir unerwartet zu klein.

DAY EIGHT It seems to be going well, I think. The temperature and humidity have been right about where I want them; 79 F and 60% plus or minus a few. I added a DIY LED I made from the small bar LEDs I had initially used for germination. Not very pretty but any added wattage is appreciated. This will only be temporary. I also added a bit of coco coir to each cup topped with ocean forest. DAY NINE Plants look healthy, a little droopy but it was after dark period. Gave them some water. No real changes. DAY TEN Plants are looking good. I did not water them today because the soil seemed okay. Humidity and temp are stable. I posted a video to show off my ghetto lighting system. DAY ELEVEN No adverse changes noted. Watered them well after their dark period. Temperature has been averaging about 81 F with 65% humidity. I haven’t changed the setting of the fans, lighting, or humidifier. DAY TWELVE No changes made. I gave them a light watering and lightly compacted soil a bit. I plan on transferring them to 5 gallon pots soon. DAY THIRTEEN I gave them 24 hours of light (not by design) before I transplanted the two girls from their solo cups around 3 o’clock this afternoon. I decided to put them each into 5 gallon fabric pots with a base of Fox Farm Ocean Forest. I gently cut the bottom rim off the solo cup using pruning scissors, then cut straight up the side. I was able to pull the cup apart without disturbing the roots and soil hardly at all. I did not loosen the soil at this time, as I was afraid to touch the roots at all. I had a small spray bottle with spring water and two tbsp of Dynomyco dissolved in it, which I sprayed half the contents onto each of the root balls. I also sprinkled a bit into the soil and mixed. I basically have the bottom third of my 5 gallon fabric pots a pretty even mix of Fox Farm Ocean Forest, vermiculite, perlite, and coco coir. Then the rest was 90%+ FFOF soil. I put a bit of vermiculite on top of the soil around the seedling to give it some support. As far as watering, I gave the soil a bit of spring water when the pot was halfway full, enough to dampen it. I then watered it again once the plant was transferred a pretty good amount, probably 16 ounces or so of spring water with a bit of aloe in it. Now they will sit in the dark for 4 hours, and I will keep the temperature and humidity around 78F and 65% give it take a bit. DAY FOURTEEN They don’t look they are dying; I guess that’s a good sign. They seem okay in their final pots. Temperature slowly dropped to 70 F for a couple hours when I was out earlier. It’s back to its stable 79ish. No adverse findings.

This week was pretty standard, I found out with the help of a friend the amount of magnesium I was feeding my plants was way to much. about 4x as much as they should have had. so they will no longer be getting any extra added magnesium. I read that it can stunt plant growth in excess but I don't know if that happened here, Plucked a few leaves off that where blocking other bid sites and removed some in the middle to help airflow. I was thinking about purchasing a 2nd fan for the tent but the ones I want are out of stock so I feel its best to use a regular none tent fan and just rig it up to a tent pole for now. Starting to see more frost on the sugar leaves and some good bud development on this one. The sister Blue Cindy is doing better but not as tall. Maybe in time they will even out or switch sides. Will monitor its length from the SCROG net vs soil as its easier to measure. 33cm from SCROG net to base of plant 31cm from SCROG net to tip of plant Total 64cm for week four of flower. +1cm from Last Week "pretty much slowed down now almost to zero" The clones are doing well considering I have ignored them mostly. Some yellowing in the leaves but nothing to worry about just yet. Have not lost a single clone in this project. I'm impressed with my self for that. Could also be this strain is really easy to clone as well.

Question 1 there’s a bit of purple on the stem I kinda did a nasty job on transplanting I believe it’s that but I’d still like some input if possible Question 2 theres a bit of yellowing I was wondering if that’s perhaps due to nutrient deficiency I do have my lights pretty far away and have them pretty low Lastly the nutrients I added were like at the same time I transplanted I heard Gaia green takes up to two weeks for the nutrients to be available I forgot to add warm casting so should I top dress with some worm casting?

I would like to title week 10 the tragedy 😂 There was an issue with the drip irrigation I set up when leaving for 5 days for Christmas. The plants received no water for the duration of my vacation. After watering (and praying) last night, they’ve perked back up significantly. Roots still looking good. Reduced light intensity, defoliated the dead stuff, and going to start babying them a bit before a much needed transplant.

We chopped down the plants. Now they hang out to dry in the tent. The Trichs looked very good. Some milky, some amber, hardly any clear. Just the way I want it. The popcorn buds were rather milky. So we have more of a couchlock effect on the head buds and the maximum THC on the popcorns. I'm really looking forward to the taste💚

7/24/23 - Day 42 - Ok, so where to start? I'm going to go over the last couple days of issues/troubleshooting. We had an issue with the lights not coming on for a whole day/night cycle. That was a couple of days ago, and everything seems okay since then. I had some Canoeing/tacoing on the leaves once the lights were back on. I think I had the PH too low, 5.8. In flower, I should start moving it up the scale. Once I corrected the PH to 6.2, the canoeing/tacoing in the leaves seemed to be gone/almost gone. I'm REALLY worried about the height of the plant. She is only 12 in. from the light that I cannot move. I added a second scrogg net???? I don't know if that's done a lot, but I'm going to try and stop if from growing straight up. I think the best I can do is give it a lean. So Ill call this the ScoggGL (GangstaLean). You'll see some pictures up top as I start the ScoggGL I did the first big trim and pulled a 3-gallon bucket of fan leaves out. I cut off a few side branches I didn't want the plant to waste energy on. I trimmed so many leaves off it was crazy. The smells have been awesome! You all know the smell of the fresh plant stems and leaves as you trim and rub across them. It's one of my favorite smells, which is in full effect. I noticed that I have some pistils growing. I know what that means, shes going to have some flowers here in the next week. I couldn't be more excited!!!!! The roots are just downright ruthless; they have been growing out of control. I have a great picture of them in there with no water. I should note that I did two things that might have solved the Tacoing in the leaves. It could have been one or the other, but it also could be a combo of both things. I did the trimming to get some airflow between the leaves and changed the target for my PH from 5.8 to 6.2. When moving into flowering, I should have already done that. But I did both things while the leaves were Tacoing, and now they are not. I wanted to make sure I noted that. 7/26/23 - Day 44 - Things are looking great. No more tacoing, she's growing and still drinking about 2+ gallons a day of water. I hope the vertical growth stops soon, I want to remove a ton more fan leaves, and I'm hoping that it spends more time growing around than up, I'm keeping some leaves on just to slow some vertical growth. 7/27/23 - Day 45 - She's sleeping right now, but I will chop some more fan leaves when she wakes up. She's growing too tall, and I need to find a way to stop her. I think shocking her system will help stunt her growth. How crazy is this, what a conundrum I'm in. Normally I stress out trying to find the right time to trim to avoid stunting growth. I always keep my plants busy and do one or two chops. I think they need to grow as mother nature intended. Let them grow and do one, maybe two fan leave chops. That's always been my motto and its always worked out great for me. This is now the exact opposite. Feels weird even thinking about it, doing a leave chop two weeks into flower..... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!! Lol The 2nd chop has happened. I took a ton of fan leaves off. It's time for the plant to slow down heal and start working on the buds! Let's see how this goes over the next couple of days. I added a timelapse of me chopping her up. 7/28/23 - Day 46 - After adding more water last night, I was checking PH, and I did a quick check on the ppm from the nutes. If it went from 600ppm down to 130ppm in a couple of days. So we decided to give her another dose of nutes so she has something to eat. I'll update you after she wakes up for the day.
