I know that it may seem like a lot of nutrients at first. It’s not. A lot of those mycorrhizae ingredients are mixed into my soil well before the germinated seed goes into the pot. I make my own mix of soil using some of those ingredients. I like to use the great white mykos because of its powders consistency. Makes it easy for a clean transport from germinated bean to its forever home. For watering, they have been given only plain RO water with a neutral ph. Just yesterday I gave them a little tiny mix of Medusa’s magic, Zeus juice, and Gaia mania. I have used Oregon’s only brand products for a while now and I absolutely love them and better yet, I understand them. They have responded super well already to their first drink of bottled nutes with a ph of 6.3 . I’m keeping a RH between 50 and 60%. I’m also keeping a temp during the day at around 78-81°f. Right now I’m not worried about a night time temp but I do run cooler lights for about 4 hrs every day, dropping to around 70-75°f. Eventually I will add my second light boosting me from 600w too 1200w. Also they will begin a 20-4 hr light cycle. I find these autos do amazing with a little rest for 4 hrs. Allows me to pull more resin and color in later stages of life by dropping the temp lower than usual with the lights off. Aug 9: Mimosa Shot is doing fine. She was slower starting than her wagon partner Sunday Punch EV, but she is liking the warmer weather. Got UV led lights from AC Infinity going today. These are designed for indoor so I can only put them out on nice weather days. Did this last year and seems to work. The UV lights make Edmonton in the fall feel more like California in the summer, or at least that’s the idea. UV is critical for trichome production so it’s a good way to boost THC percentage.

Trotz der Herausforderungen, die wir im Laufe dieses Grows hatten, sind die Ergebnisse mehr als ermutigend. * Wuchsform: Die Pflanze hat sich sehr buschig und kompakt entwickelt, mit einer Vielzahl von gut ausgebildeten Seitentrieben, die alle dicht mit Blüten besetzt sind. Dies deutet auf eine exzellente Lichtausnutzung und eine gelungene Verzweigung hin, wahrscheinlich durch gezieltes Training in der Vegetationsphase. * Blütenqualität: Die Buds sind auffallend dicht und zeigen eine beeindruckende Harzproduktion. Die Trichome sind bereits deutlich sichtbar und glänzen, was auf eine hohe Potenz und Aromaentwicklung hindeutet. Die Stigmen (Blütenhärchen) sind größtenteils bernsteinfarben verfärbt, was auf eine fortgeschrittene Reifephase hinweist und die bevorstehende Ernte ankündigt. * Blattgesundheit: Die Blätter sind weiterhin größtenteils grün und vital. Einige der größeren Fächerblätter im unteren Bereich zeigen die für die späte Blütephase typischen Vergilbungen, da die Pflanze ihre letzten Energiereserven in die Blütenbildung umlagert. Dies ist ein natürlicher Prozess und kein Anzeichen für akute Mängel in diesem Stadium. Herausforderungen und Erkenntnisse aus diesem Grow: Wir hatten im Laufe dieses Durchgangs mit einer Volatilität des pH-Wertes zu kämpfen, die zeitweise nur schwer zu stabilisieren war. Dies führte zu der Notwendigkeit, den pH-Wert der Nährlösung häufiger anzupassen. Nach genauerer Beobachtung wurde die Hauptursache für diese pH-Schwankungen identifiziert: Algenbildung auf der Oberfläche der Steinwolle. Diese Algen konkurrierten nicht nur um Nährstoffe, sondern trugen auch maßgeblich zu den instabilen pH-Werten bei. Learnings für den nächsten Grow: Um die Algenbildung und damit die pH-Problematik zukünftig zu vermeiden, sind folgende Maßnahmen geplant: * Reduzierung der Steinwollwürfel-Größe: Es werden kleinere Steinwollwürfel für die Keimung und Startphase verwendet. * Einsatz von mehr Tonkugeln (Leca): Die Steinwollwürfel werden im nächsten Grow deutlich besser mit Tonkugeln abgedeckt, um die Oberfläche vollständig vor Licht zu schützen. Dies wird die Algenbildung effektiv unterbinden und somit zu einem stabileren pH-Wert beitragen. Ausblick: Trotz der aufgetretenen Schwierigkeiten bin ich mit dem aktuellen Zustand der Pflanze äußerst zufrieden. Sie ist ein starkes Beispiel dafür, wie widerstandsfähig diese Pflanzen sein können, wenn die Grundversorgung stimmt und auf Probleme reagiert wird. Ich freue mich auf die bevorstehende Ernte und bin gespannt auf die Qualität des Endprodukts.

Getting closer to harvest.

Hi people! Everyone knows that growing requires patience from the grower! otherwise nothing good will come of it .. and in this case my patience is at the limit)) but I hold on .. I'll tell you why ..)) I'm used to growing my plants using lst topping defoliation and all possible training methods .. (as you can see by reviewing my diaries ..) well, I was planning to do the same on this girl .. at the age of 3 weeks I did Topping .. well, I was planning further LST and all that .. but it is so beautiful that it will grow, grow round and turn into a beautiful round fluffy bush that I felt sorry to touch her and interfere with her natural beauty .. so I got patience and decided not to touch it at all until completion ..) hands itch to cut off at least a leaf! there are a lot of branches with flowers inside)) I just imagine her in buds in a few weeks) and it takes my breath away from understanding how beautiful she will look ..
