Harvested the more mature plant, it had lost it's top to the wind, harvested a few days ago and has had a couple spots with a little rot removed. Seems stable enough and mature. Going to let the remaining one run out a bit as it seems a bit slower.

Here we are in week six of flower and not a lot has happen this week other than the usual watering and letting her do her thing. Only trouble this week was updating GoPro had to try a few times. Other than that we got some rain in my home town and collected about 60 gallons that I'm going to use to finish the rest of the grow. Also, got my new AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T4, Quiet Inline Duct Fan System with Temperature and Humidity Controller, 4-Inch. I was really hoping this two plants would finish before the year ended, however, it looks like they got others plans. See you guys next week.

It's been fun to see the 2 different pheno's develop of this strain, but now the Indica dominant one isn't going up anymore. I hope in the stretch phase she catches up with the rest. Switched to 12/12 on the 10th of november

A solid 13cm vertical growth this week but look at how much she has bushed out! I think she's going to make a very nice adult plant.

she is chopped and hanging. I took her down at day 46 of flower. she is not a super yielder but she is a heavy Indica smoke and is very nice body and heavy high, very enjoyable. wet I got 133 grams, trimmed and jarred 31 grams. still not bad. she grew small from the start, you could see the Indica, small and good for gorilla grows. she grows really sticky so keep an eye on the smell. from the start of this she took a few days longer to get going than the other testers. she can up on day five from seed. she got a nice 5 week veg time and stayed small. she went into flower with no problem and gained a few inches in flower but still remanded small because of the genes. she frosted up starting in the third week, and as the flowers grew so did the trichomes. she is real sticky starting around the fourth week as well as the heavy smell. again the smell needs to be watched. I did not have to do to much with this one just let her grow. I pinched her a few times during veg and a few in flower. when I say pitched I should say twisted and pinched the top down so the side branches could catch up and also build the side branches and flower sites up. you could increase yield by a 5 gal a good 8 week veg and a net. I had fun with this and will have a smoke report next week on this one. I also was able to get a nice fade of yellows light green and some purples going. real hard to get photos of.

7/19 I’ve come upon the realize that I had been under watering to an extreme degree. I have since adjusted accordingly today and hope they look better tomorrow. Did remove some leaves and then found out I really shouldn’t have, hopefully I didn’t stunt them.i believe they are now flowering and next watering I will be adding some tiger bloom at very low strength. the newts I’ve given them have shown tip nute burn often and I have been very minimally watering so my conclusion is my soil was so full of nutes I could have waited until now most likely to start my first feedings. I’ve read about this and w ocean forest this seems to be the trend. Still really happy about the progress. Peace

08/21/24. Going into week 8 flower Welcome back to hell. Just kidding.. kinda.. Day 57 out of the 71 stated. This girls definitely going the whole way, if not more. She’s trying to make up for time that was taken from her. With the way she’s filling out now, I’m like damn. What would she have been like had we not hit a huge long bump in the road?? I’m shocked at what she’s even doing honestly. Big ups to Pablita. 👊 I guess this diary can just be a testament to this strain being resilient af. Also, hopefully it can serve as an example that you can bring a plant back from near death. Anyhow, giving her plain water currently as I think there’s still some build up in her soil. I tried feeding her a bit and noticed immediate tip burns. Going do water again next time as well and then a VERY light feeding that time after and see the happenings. I’m just trying to take it as slow and easy as possible with her. With progress .. don’t wanna throw everything back to shit. She’s thirsty every other day. Drinks almost a gallon, and get about 10% run off. Guess that’ll be all for now. ✌️

Well life came up and i didnt have time to transplant last weekened. probably for the better, as i noticed deficiencys starting to come through on nearly every plant! Not detrimental but few leaves turning color mainly tward bottom. Pretty much same thing dark pruple leaves that crunch and die off. Started treating them with spray and they seemed to love it

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 70 – Grow Day 15 – Flowering Phase: Except for relative humidity, everything is running as planned. After the lollipopping, the dehumidifier is no longer able to reduce RH below 65%, so air circulation was increased by adding another fan. Every second watering the plants receive compost tea, while the first watering in the cycle is plain water with a slightly adjusted nutrient solution. Fungus gnats have also been spreading significantly. Yesterday, nematodes were applied together with the tea. While these insects are not as problematic during the flowering stage (they are mainly dangerous for young plants with weak roots), no one wants flies in the final product. As can be seen in the video, the strongest shoots of the left plant were supercropped. The stretch has won — the tent space has been fully utilized.

Ehi ragazzi come va tutto bene? A me benone! 😼🙏😆🌱🌿🌲😻😻

harvested first 1/3 at end of week 13 rest at end of week 14 after seeing no change in the trichomes, of which a lot stayed clear but that OK. It might be a strain where they don't all go cloudy. After chopping 1/3 down it seemed like more stuff just kept coming up, it's the plant that keeps on giving. In the end I was smoking this for about 3 weeks before I got to finally get a dry weight yesterday which was 7.5 tip not including what I smoked over the past three weeks which I estimate at a minimum of 1.5 ozs. So the total yield was 9 oz. This really did knock my socks off. I thought I'd get 7 in my dreams. There was likely a bit more than 9 but I just got too stoned to keep track properly. Buds are covered in crystal and the quality extended all the way down the branch, they are hard and dense and fluff out well. Unfortunately if I'd had known this was going to be such a big yield I'd have kept better records of what I used, when I say 9 oz that's because there was 7.5 a couple of days ago curing, and I'm estimating 1.5 oz smoked over the past three weeks, I'm allowing 1/2 oz per week for the past three weeks but in reality I've smoked more than that. per week so 9 oz is an absolute minimum the actual figure is more like 10 oz. The stone is exceedingly stoned but mellow, you forget how stoned you are. Does not cause too much munchie problem or dry mouth. Lots of flavour when used with the FireFly 2 and the flavours are still changing, but I'd call it herbal. The defoliating scrog and hydro set up made it easy to deal with but I can see this plant causing some difficulties for those not experienced in dealing with a bushy plant prone to mould. The Viparspectra did a pretty sweet job, using an average of about 270W at the wall.000

🌸 Mentha de Croco | Week 2 Flower (Week 13 from Seed) Grow Style: Indoor | Medium: Pro-Mix HP | Feed Program: Aptus Holland Clean Program | Genetics: Mentha de Croco by Terpyz Genetics Lighting: FOG LED Black Series | Controller: TrolMaster Photoperiod: 11/13 (Light/Dark) Camera: Sony A6000 capturing all the vibes ⸻ This week marks a major chapter in our Mentha de Croco mutant hunt: the second week of flower — and the official reveal of who’s who in the garden. As expected with regular seeds, we had both males and females, and this was the week we identified them all. From the original 12 beans, 5 revealed themselves as proud ladies while the rest — equally stunning in structure and expression — turned out to be males. 🌿 💚 Let’s talk about regular seeds and plant sex: Regular seeds are unsexed, meaning they can become either male or female. It’s a 50/50 genetic roll of the dice — and with unique mutant genetics like these, identifying sex isn’t always easy early on. Males typically show small pollen sacs, often referred to as “bananas” in their early stage. Females develop pistils, the first hairs of the flowers we’re after. Male plants, while beautiful and structurally fascinating (especially in this mutant project), can compromise a flowering room if left unchecked. Their pollen can fertilize female plants, leading to seeded buds — great if breeding, not great for clean flower. So, we say goodbye, thank them for their beauty, and move forward with the ladies to full bloom. The males? They’ll return to the earth as beautiful compost. 🌱✨ ⸻ This Week’s Feeding Schedule (Aptus Holland Clean Program): • Regulator – Strengthening cell walls and stress resistance • System Clean – Sanitizing the water lines (preventative, even if not in a system) • RO Water Conditioner – Prepping and balancing the base • All-in-One Liquid – Increased dose this week to 1.5 ml/L • Breakout Powder – Boosting early flower development • EC: 1.26 • pH: 6.0 • Water Temp: 18.6°C ⸻ 🌿 Canopy Update: All plants are now under SCROG netting — not because these particular girls needed it, but because they share the space with other cultivars. It’s all about harmony in the garden. The stretch is beginning, and the light intensity has been dialed up to match — PPFD around 800. We’re thrilled to see some early floral development already peeking through. The ladies are loving the new rhythm, and it’s clear they’re ready to shine in this next stage. ⸻ 📸 Captured Moments: This week’s shots include closeups of the male flowers for educational purposes, so the community can see what early male traits look like — especially in complex, mutant-style expressions. All captured with the Sony A6000 under those rich contrasts of dark and light. ⸻ 🙏 Shout Outs & Love: Much love and thanks to the brilliant minds at Terpyz Genetics for the wild beauty of these beans, Aptus Holland for the clean and powerful nutrition, TrolMaster for the precision control, and Future of Grow for the innovation we grow under. And of course — endless gratitude to the Grow Diaries community, the growers, the learners, the lovers and even the haters — it’s all energy, and it all fuels the passion. 💚 📲 Don’t forget to follow the journey on Instagram and YouTube — always sharing the love and the lessons 🌍 Genetics - Mentha De Croco Nutrition - @aptusholland https://aptus-holland.com/ Led Power @ F.O.G.
